If I could give negative stars I would and am currently looking for a warranty issue attorney. I purchased a 2020 Ram 2500 4x4 diesel back in November 2021 and have had nothing but trouble with the truck since literally driving it off the lot. The check engine light came on before I ever made it home. I immediately called the dealership and notified them. The codes showed everything to to with EGR valve and emissions. They were quick to respond and put the truck in their own shop. All they did was reset the codes and give the truck back to me. The light came back on before I finished the first tank of fuel. This time I took it to a Ram dealership and still the same codes. Ram performed a forced re-gen and gave the truck back because that’s all Enterprise would pay for. A couple weeks later while traveling to Florida and over 400 miles away from home my truck broke down due to the fuel pump. My family was left stranded. Enterprise had a rental company close buy but won’t accept debit cards for payment and received no help from San Antonio car sales people. We were pushed out of the door by the rental office at closing and left sitting in the parking lot. We got a Lift to Hertz rental who were more than capable of taking care of us. After picking my truck up two weeks later and another 800 mile round trip in another Hertz rental car the check engine light came back on with the same codes for emissions. These repairs needed are going to be over $3k for an issue I have had since I drove the truck off the lot and Enterprise has completely refused to take care of the issue. I have all documentation from every time the truck has been in the shop showing the exact same codes from day one. Enterprise has seen all documentation and still refusing to make good. I found out after purchasing the truck that Enterprise only shows the mileage in the list and does not include idle hours. My truck had 84k miles on it with 1700 driving hours. The idle hours were 1600!!!!!!!!!!! These new Diesel engines aren’t designed to idle more than 15 minutes because it will damage the emissions controls on the truck. This was the second truck that I purchased from them because the first truck had bed rails fly off on my way home from the dealership amongst other issues. If you purchase a vehicle from the lease side of enterprise you’re most likely to get a pig with lipstick. I will never ever purchase another vehicle from enterprise nor will I ever use their rental either.

We had a great experience buying a used fleet car from Enterprise. We had been driving a Hybrid Honda insight from 2000, but with a baby on the way, and a failing IMA battery, we needed something reliable with 4 doors, and quickly. My husband researched and found a 2016 4 door Nissan Versa for just around what our bank approved us for. When we test drove it, I smelled a little tinge of cigarette smoke, which really turned me off at first, but they said they could take care of it with an extended 'ozone treatment' at their shop, which I was satisfied with. It also had a little hole in one of the back seat cushions, but it was not that big of a deal and is to be expected with a used car. There wasn't much they could do to fix that that hadn't already been done. They did everything they said they would do and were very patient with us when our bank dragged their feet on getting all the paper work faxed through. Our salesman was Johnny Stewart, but we were helped through the whole process by multiple people who really seemed to just want to make the whole thing go smoothly. They knew I was pregnant and offered me snacks and beverages the whole time so I would be comfortable while waiting for the papers to come through. They even gave us a great trade in value for our old car, much more than I was expecting, because there was a deal going on for the month of August. It couldn't have gone smoother, even as I was driving the old Honda onto the lot, in what was probably it's last ever ride...I parked it in a spot that probably wasn't really a legal spot, and they were fine with it. I was so happy to drive out of there with a working, reliable, and nice looking car. We will definitely recommend them to friends, and we would probably return in the future. Louis Serrata was so incredibly helpful, honest and kind from start to finish. I initially contacted about a vehicle located in Austin, TX. I wasn’t able to stop in until Monday afternoon, but in the meantime Louis had contacted me regarding the status of that vehicle and had other options ready for me to test drive. I ended up purchasing a vehicle, but the next day realized I need wifi capability due to my job. Thankfully(!!!) Enterprise Car Sales gives us a week to return or trade without penalty. I contacted Louis and he did some research for me. A few hours later, I stopped in and test drove the vehicle he was able to get us approved for while meeting my needs. Before ‘allowing’ me to jump into this new vehicle, they made sure it was something affordable and a wise choice. We looked up cost to have the wifi in the car vs adding it to my phone data plan. At the end of the day, it came down to safety. I cannot stress enough how wonderful and easy it was working with Louis and Enterprise Car Sales. There were no games and no pressure. Most places will get your signature to make a sale without taking into consideration the hardship it can cause for someone. It isn’t a dealership’s job to do that, but it is nice to not be treated like a quick sell. Especially with my current life situation. Louis was/is very honest, willing to help and knowledgeable. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH to LOUIS SERRATA and everyone at Enterprise Car Sales in San Antonio, TX. My new(used) Nissan Rogue Sport is exactly what my son and I need to continue this journey and I am thankful for such an easy and friendly car buying experience. Enterprise Car Sales is a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend them.

I purchase a 2016 jeep trail hawk from enterprise.on August 25, 2022 In less then 24 hours the service 4wheel drive light comes on. I took it back to enterprise. Spoke with manager Matt they took to the tepair shop toget fix and provide me a loaner car. This was two week ago it 9/8/2022 I still have no car back and not getting any updates of the status of my vehicle. Unfortunately I not happy at all with the purchase Update: As of September 14,2022 I still have not receive back the vehicle I purchased on August 25, 2022. What gets me upset is calling the dealership to check on the status of repair of the vehicle. Cooperation and communication is another problem with this car dealership. I get miss inform that my vehicle will be ready tomorrow. Here come tomorrow and still no car. I leave messages for manager to return my call and no call back. Yesterday I stop by in person I finally got an answer that now I need to wait until sometime in October. When the vehicle may be ready. The first payment is due on 10/9/2022 so I am paying for something which I had not a chance to drive or use. When I spoke to the manager I ask if they can discount the purchase price of the vehicle. He said no!! the price is set in stone and Corp will not discount the price. I feel for waiting this long and getting no response back something should be done. This was a huge mistake in purchasing this car from enterprise car sales division. I appreciate if I get my down payment back and cancel this contract or discount the vehicle purchase price. So far I not received any phone call back from there Corp office, car sales division to make this situation better. this is bad buy form enterprise car sales.

After losing my truck in Oct/2017, due to a "t-bone" hit n' run accident. I rented a truck from Enterprise Rentals for a month. I've always been a Enterprise "fan" ever since the 90's, so it is my personal favorite when it comes to rentals. As for Motor Sales, I'll be straight up. (My family has purchased cars through Enterprise Sales) Jose, was the sales guy who called me to inquire about my needs for a new vehicle. His persistence is what drew me away from purchasing a used truck through a "as is" private sale. Enterprise is known for their quality of inventory. You'll know most of their sales cars are within a year or two from new. Most of their vehicles will pass the "new feels" test. Add in Gabriel who watched over the financing process. Ensuring I can afford this truck was their primary goal. Add in Tim Hajl with paperwork, and this whole sales deal went flawlessly. The key thing for anyone buying a used vehicle from Enterprise is their three assurances, 12k/12month warranty on your purchase, unless you opt for extended warranty. A 7-day "return" policy, so if you feel like the vehicle is not the right fit, you can go back and return it, swap out for a better deal, or just get your money back (minus $200). The vehicle has been inspected front to back, and typically you'have a new set of tires on it. All in all, the whole deal after seven days I feel comfortable with what I purchased. I know the whole process from losing your "paid off vehicle" from an accident, to having to drive a "newish" vehicle. I know I received a good deal. I'm happy with it.

The entire staff was cordial and helpful. All gave explanations and information regarding the purchase, warranty, and what measures were being taken to give me the best buying experience. I was picked up and taken to the dealership. As i was not familiar with the area Teddy gave great instructions on getting back home. He drove safely and made sure of my comfort. Johnny Stewart was in charge of finding the vechicle I desired and realzed my need for transportation. He helped me get ownership of a car that met all quality without worry of a bad deal.I appreciate all his effort from beginning to completion. This included all details of warranty, steps to take if problems occurred or if I changed my mind. He even took steps to see that I had great car insurance and a insurance salesperson that would be the best choices for me. I recieved this help through Jerry Solis Insurance Agent/Nationwide. I have recieved my insurance promptly in the mail and feel I have reliable and complete coverage. Everyone at Enterprise came friendly introducing themselves and explaining their duties to making the sales as easy and understood as possible. The team explained fully and did not mind repeating precisely to any questions I had. The buying process was more smooth and pleasing as any of my purchasing experiences had ever been. I was scarred and jaded from hunting for a Ford truck that can tow an RV in my price range. I was cross eyed from all the research, and I talked to so many dealers that are unbelievably crooked and high pressure I expected the same when I called Enterprise. They were TOTALLY the opposite. They brought the truck to me (saved me an Uber fare), and the person that test drove with me and sold it it me was friendly, kind, real, and human. We had a great conversation in general, but I also discovered how much he knew about the truck and his willingness to share information. Rare. Every dealer I went to prior didn't know squat. What he didn't know he found out within a few minutes. The sales process was streamlined and well thought out. Hats off to their IT team (my former career) as the process they developed for the customer was easy to see, read and perform. GONE are the days of clandestine dealings with sales managers and things scrawled on paper with pressure pressure pressure. They do more than just offer "no haggle pricing." That is important, but true service comes from smart people with good hearts, and that is what you will find here. I will look to them in the future if need be and recommend them heartily to everyone I know. I've driven her for a couple days, and I love her. She's a beastie, and if it were legal in this damn state, I'd marry her.

In late May, my car was in in a three car accident (middle car), badly damaged and was towed away to a collision shop. My insurance carrier arranged for a long term car rental. On June eleventh I received an email that my car had been determined totaled and my car rental would be ending soon. I needed a car. I went online to Enterprise Car Sales and found a vehicle I wanted, a 2019 Hyundai Elantra SEL. I download and made of copies the info and went to the Enterprise store on IH-35. Senior Sales Consultant Louis Serrata greeted me and I explained I was interested in this car. He checked and it was still available. He brought the car around. He talked about it in general and then we took it for a test drive. I liked it. Louis made the whole purchasing experience easy and understandable. He was personable, patient, and professional. I never felt hurried or hustled. Rather, I felt respected. He said he could also close out my Enterprise car rental. Wow, that's service. Two hours later I drove off with a new car, all needed documents, and what to do next, with an invitation if I needed any further assistance to email or call him. I would rate him and Enterprise 10 stars for excellence. I would (and have) recommended this Louis/Enterprise to friends. I know where I will look should I need a new car in the future. I was actually referred to Enterprise Car Sales by a family member. It took me a while to finally go in. First off, I want to say people will write an entire dissertation about bad customer service, so please forgive me if I ironically do the opposite. My Sales Lady, Natalie Perez was outstanding. She was not pushy and did not sell me anything I did not need. I explained to her that I have small apparel company Script-Shirts, and was in the market for an SUV type vehicle. She went the distance. I drove a few cars in my price range and none of them wowed me. I asked about a GMC Terrain and she did her work. She got a Terrain for me to test drive since one was not at their location, and I loved it. After that she transferred one from Austin and worked with my husband and I in every way. It was such a great deal, and the overall customer support from the entire team just blew me away. If you want to buy a vehicle and not have to deal with the dealership hassle of doing so, you have to go to Enterprise. Natalie was great like I said, but you would definitely be in good hands with any one of the team members--Tim, Ernesto, and the others around the office. They were all working together to help us.

I live in Corpus Christi and I purchased a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales off of I-35 and it was a wonderful experience Joshua k e e s e was very knowledgeable and very understanding and what I needed. He always took the time to listen and he helped me find what I was looking for which was a Chrysler Pacifica 2020 and I have to say it's vehicles are very well maintained since they were used as rentals but they are well taken care of and you get a warranties 5-year warranty for mechanical 3-year warranty for Tire and rims which I had to use recently I got my tires replaced for free and then you have your gap insurance and I am so happy with the purchase I made and I'm happy with the vehicle I finally have a lot of room for my son who has multiple sclerosis I traded in my Nissan Altima he had no room because of his legs he was starting to have spasm so I needed something bigger and that's when Joshua came in and helped me. They were super fast very friendly they got the deal done to my amazement very quick and they delivered my vehicle to Corpus and this is where I signed all the paperwork and they handed over the keys and I was done.

Purchased 2021Ram 2500 from San Antonio Enterprise Car sales a few weeks ago. I was very happy because on my trade-in they gave me more than any of the other dealers in San Antonio, by several thousand dollars. I was dealing with John which was great and I advise anyone who goes there ask for him. He will go the extra mile to ensure your experience is nothing but great. After my purchase I did have a mechanical issue with the truck, so I was not happy. After peaking with Ms. Jackson she ensured me that the issue would be taken care of. They took my truck in for a the issue and for those several days I received a rental vehicle. So they definitely have earned by trust and will be buying my next vehicle from Enterprise car Sales. Customer Service was great! I was looking for a Jetta . The price I got at Enterprise Car Sales was reasonable since other dealerships, out of state, that had lower prices but included other fees that increased the price at the end. The San Antonio dealership was a couple of hours away and I was able to check and drive other inventory before making my decision. Sales Consultant Jose Luis gave us a thorough explanation of the current warranty coverage the car had and the different options we could add to it. We are happy with the purchase since it will be our daughter's first car and we wanted a car that would assure her safety. At the end he introduced us to Jimmy, the Area Manager in charge of sales, whom also reiterated all the information Jose Luis had told us and asked if there was anything else he could help us with. This is definitely my place to go whenever I am getting another car. Thank you!!

Our family became urgently in the market for a new car right before Christmas, but we had trouble getting approved at “big box” dealerships, so after reading reviews of working with Enterprise, we decided to give it a chance! Best decision ever. Josh worked with us, and made things happen, and got us in a car even better than we thought we could get! He was so down to earth, beyond patient, and cool with our 7 year old hanging out with us the whole time. I hope Josh has no plans to leave Enterprise anytime soon, so we can return to him in the future! (Also, he has the best Christmas sweaters in the business!) We submitted an application online & immediately received a response from Mr Keenan. I explained to him that we want to sell or use our car towards our down payment. He then asked us to send pictures via email. Called us back 4 days later asking us to put down $2500 & he could pay off our car & get us into some SUV HE CHOSE. I told him that's outrageous and I said I already told you our car was paid off & that his down payment was outrageous. We've NEVER had ANY car salesman ask us for that much down. He was not listening to our needs, didn't remember our email convo and disregarded our pictures that I submitted. He the calls me at least 10 times a day and actually made an appointment WITHOUT my knowledge. This guy just won't leave us alone.

The customer service! Kelsie Parham was excellent, patient, extremely helpful, polite, friendly and went out of her way to help me get in to a vehicle. Her manager, Chris, not sure of his last name but he was awesome as well! He took the time to check out all options available to me in order to get me into a vehicle. So I never thought I'd write a positive review of a car dealership but here it is. I went to the Enterprise lot with my mother who is an older woman that I insisted on going with. Many other car dealerships she had been to were predatory and shady, so it was really nice to go to a car lot where the cars weren't busted and the website inventory matched what they actually had on the lot. We had only planned on stopping in for a look but left with a really nice car at a reasonable price. Everybody there was nice and helpful, granted they want your money but it certainly wasn't the hard sell I experienced at other places. If you're looking for a used car in the $9000.00 plus range, they are definitely worth a look.

As someone who works in customer service, I hold others to the same high standard that I try to provide to my own customers. Enterprise and especially Justin Martinez pole vaulted right over those standards to go above and beyond! I was able to apply for financing online the night before and Justin called me first thing at 9:00 a.m. and then delivered my new car right to my door during my lunch break and by noon everything was taken care of before my lunch break was over. Justin was fast, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I honestly can’t even imagine a way to make a car buying experience even better. 5 gold stars, A++, and I will definitely be recommending Enterprise to anyone I know buying a car!

I had a very nice experience for my SUV purchase. Enterprise has a huge selection of vehicles in their database throughout the nation and they are willing to transfer your vehicle of interest with clearly indicated transfer fee. The biggest plus is I don't need to negotiate the price since it is already lowest among the local dealers and there was no tricky sales of any unnecessary options that people are sometimes suffered from. The SUV I purchased was brought to 3rd party post-purchase (usually pre-purchase) inspection and found out in a perfect condition, so I didn't use 7-days money back program. At this place, you can buy your next car with confidence. Thanks Theo for his warm support in this process.

My salesperson was Keenan B and he is GREAT. The team at this specific Enterprise Car Sales location has been nothing short of amazing, and that's every person I've interacted with in this office. If you're sitting in the lobby, they ask if someone has helped you. They're very pleasant and accommodating, when possible. The truth of the matter is, when buying a used car, there is the potential for hiccups. A company's or team's value is in how they handle the hiccup. This team handled it well and they have an awesome vehicle exchange policy, allowing me to get into one of my dream cars. Digging deeper I discovered that Enterprise far exceeded the online search experience of its competitors. Once I connected with Abby at this location she provided a great explanation of the process, advice on selection, and three same day finance options from which to choose. This customer service smoothly transferred to her colleagues Tim and Alex. The consistency with which they operated underscores Enterprise's customer focus and training. Coming from a sales background this was my big takeaway, That and a wonderful, affordable, quality car.

Bought a minivan this past weekend, went in knowing exactly what I wanted and they delivered! Got a van with all the new features we needed! They even ordered a few minor interior missing parts for us no charge (sometimes rentals have interior cosmetics get damaged). Tom and Osi assisted us and were both amazing with communication and friendliness. The entire process was easy fast and no haggle. Retired rentals are a great option when looking to keep your cost low on a high end vehicle. They even beat Carmax' buying price for my trade! My mom even bought a van the same day as I did and they also gave an amazing trade value on her Kia. Thanks Enterprise Sales team!

I was recently in a car accident that put me in the situation of having to get a rental car. The staff is extremely friendly and had no problem fulfilling my request of a slight upgrade due to my injury. My rep Colt went above and beyond what could be expected. He was very thorough with the explanation of how the process works and did a full walk through with me. The only problem I had was the wait time. I was supposed to be picked up at 1230pm. Enterprise didn't get to the house until 1:10 and it took almost 1 1/2 to get the vehicle. I completely understand that they are short inventory, but that is a long time to wait when the reservation was already confirmed.

Josh keesee is that guy to go to straight up!!! After weeks of frustration I put an app in just for giggles just knowing I would not get approved. I actually called back right after to cancel the app just knowing there was no chance. Josh called the very next morning. Already super friendly. I honestly did not feel like talking to him because I was just so frustrated. I told him the issues going on and he said "that's OK, not a problem". I told him the car I wanted, and he called back 30 min later and said he got me approved.. I thought I was dreaming lol.. But he came through in the clutch.. Again his name is Josh Keesee, great dude.

We were in the market for a replacement vehicle for our totaled Toyota Sienna. We had prior experience with a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. We were pleased with it mainly because the middle seats stow into the floor. Enterprise listened to me and provided a 2019 model from my evaluation. The deal was reasonable. I bought it immediately. I had to get out of the rental vehicle. So far very pleased with the 2019 Dodge. A bit of a quibble in that I did not receive a detailed history of the maintenance and am not sure exactly what oil was in the crankcase. Overall, I think you can expect to be treated fairly at Enterprise Car Sales.

Very happy with these folks here. They were great through the whole process. This is the second car we have bought from them. On the way home with my wife’s car we noticed dings in the windshield after we bought it, they scheduled the windshield to be replaced no problem. A panel on the side was coming off a month later, they took it in and had it fix. They always make things right. Special shout out to Pritesh for his fantastic customer service and congratulations on the news! As well as a special thank you to Jade for finishing up the sale for Pritesh while he’s out of country. She was amazing.

Buying a new car is usually a very stressful process, especially when your current vehicle was declared a total loss after an accident, but Diego and Alex were extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. This is the second car we have purchased at this location and we will literally NEVER go anywhere else. Earlier in the day we attempted another dealership because it was close by and it was a horrible experience. Louis S. is a amazing sales consultant! Within 6 months he has helped us get into 2 vehicles. He even took time to meet with us to deliver our first vehicle. My actions with the Enterprise car sales on I-35 in San Antonio was the exact opposite. There were no visits with the manager. At no time did the manager "bow up" on me(yes this actually happened when I told them I didn't have it in me to play games at 8pm). This is the third car we've purchased from Enterprise Car Sales. They take REALLY good care of their cars; many people think we got them showroom new. They've got so many vehicles across the country, you can be very specific about what you want and they can probably find it. Whatever car I thought I wanted , im no longer interested in buying all together. Extremely annoying and pushy . Even called me during a rain storm to look at there vehicle and called me at my job . I'm not very happy with this purchase. I've been told that an oil change would have been performed before I took possession of the vehicle and it obviously was not. Further, whoever did the last service on it put an incorrectly sized oil filter on it. Depending upon the style of oil pump this can strain the circulation system and cause premature damage. This is one of those " tip of the iceberg"things that make me wonder what else was done improperly or what other corners were cut.

I'm not feeling well, so I ask my brother in law to go and pick up the vehicle and they didn't let him get the vehicle because he didn't have any proof of residence, I really don't know why is the reason to ask for a proof of residency, when I always rent their and they only asked me for my driver's license and my debit or credit card. And the person how was helping me he wasn't very nice he was giving me attitude. Not a really good service this time

I applied online which was easy then the following day I called and customer service was great! Awesome!! I was able to talk to the manager to talk about the financing on the vehicle. The next day, Enterprise brought the car to me where I was able to see it. The only thing I didn't like is that it didn't have tinted windows and that it was lacking floor mats.
