Google should have negative points options considering zero is neutral!!!! If anyone like to become a spiderman, pick the car from here and you'll be one soon...Jokes apart.. First off all, the guy who is a manager there I guess, don't like the customers who are booking in a discounted rate ( I think he dislike the word discount and suspect that he never and not gonna use any discount in his life time). I believe discount doesn't mean free but a agreement to have mutual benefits between companies. If anyone booked on discounted rates you should not expect the variant what has been booked, except ready to pay more for the same variant. Nothing but a scam. If you made up your mind to pay more as you have planned your trip already, you should not expect the vehicle to be clean and disinfected. Since most of the person's received both of their covid jabs, these guys decided that hygeine is not part of their job. If you give up the hygiene you should understand that insects also rented your car and you will have to adjust with them. If you ask them to clean stating that you spotted more insects, these guys will definitely do within 4-5 mins. Not the car wash, it's the eye wash. I spotted some spiders but only one gave a pose for my photo click. Finally if you could not continue with insects just coz you have kids in the car and decided to return the vehicle, you are so welcomed with the statement "Don't rent with us anymore with a (rude) face and tone". Note: This is my first rental with this branch and a very worst experience. I generally don't like to write negative reviews but this incident enforced me to write a review here. I assume Enterprise is not hearing out these review comments otherwise the attitude of the person would have been changed earlier itself as I could see lot of review comments about him for more than a year. Enterprise you are rocking and losing out your standards!!!

I am a loyal Enterprise customer since 2014. I have a business card with them. I have rented a vehicle from this location. I have returned the vehicle after 2 hours, but the office was close by that time. They charged me 3 days. I am not a new customer of Enterprise. I have returned many vehicles after hours. If this is the new policy of Enterprise....Well, Enterprise has lost a customer. There are other many car rentals near by. —- I sent the email as per Enterprise mentioned here. A guy from the location called me and started yielding at me that I knew about their policy, still I made the complain! Well, that’s the location policy and still that’s how the business is running! Also he started lecturing me I should have rented from the airport location….He shouted over me in last two years when I rented from Enterprise and returned on the weekend after hours! I have already paid and never asked for payback. First time very poor customer service from Enterprise. You still remain bad review.

Can’t emphasize the amount of trouble we landed up in this particular outlet. We booked in advance and it was our first time renting out a car in canada as tourists. We were initially told about a sedan and they started the paperwork. But somehow the manager of this particular outlet suddenly felt it was a good day to ruin some new tourists plan and she came and changed our car to a RAM. As drivers with IDP, we repeatedly asked the executive to change the vehicle to something smaller. We could see the executive was wanting to help for us but the manager didn’t even pay any attention to our heed and didn’t give a damn. She even didn’t want to communicate with us. Somehow the other executives were good enough to understand our situation and they redirected us to a another outlet location of enterprise. Let me reiterate we were visitors in this place and we had booked the vehicle a week prior. The sudden bigotry was very uncalled for and made us feel uncomfortable.

Troublesome. I booked an Enterprise car rental online through the CAA portal, to get the CAA discount. The online interface doesn't allow you to select any custom pick-up location, only Enterprise locations and a few other places such as mechanic shops. I phoned into this 777 Dundas location to get the pick-up location updated to a certain shop that's not on the list. The 777 Dundas rep said they couldn't update it because I booked through CAA, and I had to do it online. I checked online again and you CANNOT pick any custom location, you can only pick from their list! After that, I used the website to move my reservation to the 265 Enfield location. I called into that location, and within seconds they had accepted and entered my custom pick-up location without a hitch! I do not know what is the problem of the 777 Dundas location, but I won't be going back. I'll be visiting the friendly and helpful people at 265 Enfield.

i have rented a chrysler T&C minivan from enterprise between OCT 23 to 26, 2015 from the woodchester location.I wanted to rent from the dundas location but they seem to be always booked out. Not only the booking over the phone was easy, the staffs at the woodchester location was very friendly, they even allowed me to return the car to the 777 dundas location which is literally across the street from my home with no charge, hassle free. they even dropped me off across the street which saved me 10mins of walk in a cold windy evening. adding to their helpful pick up and drop off service, their range of selections such as the pick up trucks are beyond fascinating. the price was very competitive at 47.99/day for such a van and unlimited mileage. I am now made a repeating customer, just booked their weekend specials for upcoming weekend. wish my experience with you guys stays good.

This review is for enterprise car rental at 777 Dundas St West in Mississauga. I came in this afternoon to rent a car which was prearranged by my insurance company. I received a very poor service by branch manager Fahad Khan. He didn’t have the car size that was reserved for me. Instead, he was insisting that I take a different car. I asked him to check a different location and he said that I would wait all day and then laughed with his colleague. Very unprofessional on his part. The place looked very empty, there were no customers. That is unfortunate on their part, that’s a loss of one month long rental. Later that day I went to Hertz and they immediately provided me with world class customer service. Sincerely, Dissatisfied former customer

If only I could give "ZERO" Stars, I would!!! I was not very impressed by any means. When I went to pick up the car, which I had booked two weeks prior. When I arrived, they were going to have to cancel my reservation, because the keys were in the safe, and they couldn't get the safe open. They finally found me a vehicle, but two other customers arrived, & they were canceled. When I received the vehicle, it had not been cleaned outside or inside, indicating to me that nothing in the vehicle had even been disinfected, when it is supposed to be, due to the COVID-19 issues. Also the vehicle had only a quarter tank of gas in it. They are not very organized at all. Will definitely think twice before I order from there again.

Horrible Customer Service!!! I only went to enterprise because my Insurance Company referred me to them, my insurance company covered the cost of the rental, however a hold was still put on my credit card, I called my Company they said that all Enterprise has to do is call them quickly and remove the hold, when I called this location to have that done he quickly shut me down and was not willing to help...I returned my car Monday Morning and am still out $100. I will never come here again and also told my Insurance Company (who I work for as well) about the poor service... hopefully they can find a better company in the future to deal with...

So I called for information about a rental and talked to someone named Tim or Tom? Whoever it was, was very rude and unhelpful. The website said the rental was $19.95/day but I was then told $42 plus a fee for being under 25 which I understand. Last time I rented from them though that fee was waved. The person also told me they didn't have any cars and didn't know when they would get some back but tried to make me book anyway. I've rented with enterprise for 4 months straight before but with the small issues I had then and now this I will have to reconsider who I chose to rent with. Disappointing.

First off, I had a positive experience with the employees working on the Saturday I picked up my car. They were helpful and the vehicle was as advertised. I had to do an after hour dropoff and refueled to the level the vehicle was at when I picked it up. I received a call to say I would have an additional fee as I left the vehicle with a quarter tank instead of a half tank. My advice is take a photo of the dash - before and after. I trusted the company but it's their word against mine. This is learning for future although I likely won't return to this location.

I hardly post reviews but the great service I recently received at this location need to be acknowledged. The gentleman (Wayne S) who helped me, went above and beyond. He knew I needed the vehicle for my daughter's wedding he replaced the original gray SUV I rented for a white SUV which he delivered himself to our home. After returning the vehicle I realized I left something in the car, instead of asking me to come pick it up, Wayne personally delivered it to me at the house. I'm very impressed and will definitely go back there for my next rental. Thank you!!!

Two main things to remember if you want to rent a car from Enterprise... (1) their prices for the same period varies from person to another my firend paid 60% of what I paid... (2) 45 days after I have returned the car; I found out one transaction on my credit card for Toll (I have never passed any toll during the rental period) tried my best to refund my money .. nobody from their team helped ... for a week was trying to call and left voice messages without answers. BE CAREFUL and look for others before you receive a transaction on your credit card....

Very unprofessional and liars when you show interest in getting a car they are nice and gives you a vehicle saying that they will switch in a day or 2 which is filthy inside out with sticky steering wheel and dust all over the dash and when you want to have it replaced they avoid you. I have to get it cleaned and washed in order to drive. They dont even keep their fleet clean and gas was quarter tank which was unusual for me as I always got tank full. I would not recomend them just go to Avis or Budget their service and vehicles are far better.

First time renting a car! But after this great experience I will be doing it more often. There were two associates and the tall one was a bit more helpful but maybe the other one just thought I knew what I was doing, he was a bit fast and didn’t show me how to turn on the car because I’ve never used a car that’s push to start. So I had to walk back in and ask. I love how you can just drop it off at the end of the day without it needing to be open, super convenient! The car was clean and felt good to drive. Will rent again!!

I have had amazing experiences at this branch.. the agents are super helpful and they do their level best to accommodate all your requests. they have always provide great customer service and answered any question I may have regarding the vehicle or the agreement. I have been renting vehicles at this branch for years and have always received clean cars. Absolutely AMAZING services, NEEL was the one who helped me and provided the absolutely best and most professional service. I’ll definitely be coming back, I’ve been renting cars from enterprise for a while now and because of employees like NEEL, I constantly want to come back. Extremely unprofessional service, shady pricing depending on the mood of the associate. I called to see how much it would be to rent for an additional week (I spoke to a "Chris" and he told me its 136.00. I asked him how much it would be with tax and he told me "I dunno just multiply it by 1.13"...well no sh** Sherlock but there's something called customer service. I got my car filled at 25% gas and had to fill up the rest myself. Poorly managed and a messy place.

I called to reserve a car and was told no problem. When I asked to be picked up and have the car delivered to me it all of a sudden was an issue. They said there were only 2 staff members so I had to get there myself. They offer this service that's why I called them first. When I asked for the manager he came on the phone after 2 minutes and said they had no cars available for that day. I have used enterprise before no isuues. Extremely disappointed!!

Worst company ever, they never get in touch or notify you of whats going on. the cars they rent out aren't even properly cleaned, always short staffed. and the WORST part is actually dealing with head office because they just charge your cards without notifying you or sending you receipts/ invoices. the only thing you guys "managed" to accomplish is becoming a worst company than they already are. Thanks for nothing. be VERY careful of this company.

I have rented couple of cars from this enterprise unit and I am always satisfied with their professional and friendly customer service. They have very well maintained cars and extending duration of rental was super smooth experience. I would like to appreciate Shivani who went above and beyond with her service by showing me the vehicle and making me comfortable with the features of the car. Definitely recommend anyone to rent a car from this unit.

Horrible day today as my brakes failed. I had to leave my car for the weekend so desperately needed a rental car. Enterprise was able to help me immediately, gave me a good deal, the person I dealt with was kind and efficient and I was in and out quickly. My only concern was that another staff member was not wearing a mask and when this was pointed out to him he said it was ok he worked there. Unacceptable.

Bad Experience ! Went in Friday 23-09 . Had to use company coupon usually as a business trip I don’t carry company ID cards place to place . Usually never had a problem at other locations to produce a Id . Was turned away without even understanding the problem . I went to an other location and they gladly accepted it . Been using Enterprise for a number of years for business trips and I know when it’s bad .

Rented car from this location almost every weekend. always had great experience. Staff is always helpful and car is always on time and very clean. Due to Covid team is taking extra precaution by cleaning up car and providing sanitization wipes. Ankur and Fahad are always helpful and have excellent customer service. I will highly recommend this branch to anyone who wants to rent vehicles.

Rented a car on a pretty decent rental package last week from Mr Kamal Akbar. Legendary customer experience from this young gentleman. Its my 3rd time to visit Dundas street for car rental. I had my car repaired up the street at starcar. These guys picked me up and accomodated my feisty demands for specific cars. So thank you for putting up with me and offering me such a beautiful vehicle. I ended up with a 2018 Ecosport Titanium fully loaded. Liam and his associates were professional and super friendly. Loved the experience and heighly recommend this location to others.

Was my go-to car rental spot, until they ditched when I needed car at my brother’s birthday. I arrived at 12:10, but they were closing on Saturday. I asked if something can be done but no efforts were made. At least you can call that you’re leaving to a regular customer. Where’s the customer service! I even emailed, got no reply. Won’t be renting from this location anymore.

My absolute favorite car rental experience. Joe and his team are great. They are very accommodative and make sure you leave a satisfied customer. I have rented her close to 50 times and have had great experience every time. Their pick-up and drop-off service is the icing on the cake. Unless I absolutely need to, i will never rent a car from any other location. The best!

I was looking for an insurance rental, I had unsuccessfully called other locations and wasn't getting anything suitable. I called and spoke to Stephen Ligouri at the 777 Dundas location and within minutes he hooked me up with an awesome car. Service was fast, car was exactly what I wanted. First time going to Enterprise location. The guy there quickly helped me as soon as my turn came. He checked my driver's licence took CC details and gave me the car. He did a quick check of the car for tire pressure, car condition, engine if it's running properly before giving it to me. The car I got is neat. The whole process took me less than 15 minutes.

My car was being repaired after it was hit while parked at a grocery store. I reported it to CAA and the police. With the repairs underway, I got a rental car, covered by my insurance, from Enterprise. Picking up and returning the vehicle was quick and easy! Thanks to the guys at the Erindale location for the the great service. Awesome!

The first time they forgot about the reservation and kept us waiting for 45 min. until we called them again. The second rental time after waiting for 2 hours, they couldn't provide the car we reserved and kept us on the phone on hold for more than 10 min. and never returned. We end up with a different branch.

Outstanding customer service. Kudos for that. Was looking for a smaller car but ended up with a RAM 1500. The car was in perfect condition just that fuel was almost empty but the staff kept a note on that and did necessary things accordingly. Looking forward to book my upcoming rentals from this location.

Impossible to reach via phone. Tried calling using the options on the phone to speak to someone, the call kept on being dropped (3-4 times). No option to leave VM. Tried again using existing rental options - also to just to speak to someone, the call goes through in seconds. Very strange experience...

I have been renting at this location (Dundas) for the last 2 years now. Some of these guys are amazing at customer service! A couple though, seem very rude. However i still come here to rent. Hopefully they'll do something about the problematic employees here. Still willing to give a 5 star rating.

I would give negative stars if I could. I made a reservation and have my patients scheduled according to that plan. However, they were 30 minutes when they are only 15 minutes away. their office was also very bad in attitude. This affected my whole schedule. DON'T GET SERVICE FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Great Job! I just grabbed a car an hour ago. While it does have traces of tobacco smoke smell in the "non-smoking" car, I called them to report this, and they said they are aware of this. Doesn't bother me much; just good to know there will not be an issue. I trust this place. Check it out!

Be very wary of this branch! They will try to charge you even if your auto shop has told them that it would pay for your car rental. Make sure your auto shop deals with them or their dishonest employee/s will try to pull a fast one over you even when you are not supposed to pay.

Rented from them last week for one day $65 plus $20 for the extra miles. I noticed that I was charged almost $300. If i could give them -5 stars I would. Since it's Sunday I can even call to ask what's going on. My first time renting from this location.

Wow. Nice people. They didn't have a car, so the manager gave me his hybrid. He didn't even mention his sacrifice. But when I said I guess I was lucky to get a car, another staff member told me what the manager did for us. Give that man a raise!
