I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Enterprise executive, Graham Brophy, during a rental experience at the 603 Plains Rd E location in Burlington. During my rental period, I encountered an issue with the initial vehicle I was provided with. Recognizing the gravity of the situation, and with a personal trip hanging in the balance, I reached out to Graham for assistance. I was not only met with a responsive and attentive professional but someone who clearly understood the urgency of the situation. Graham went above and beyond to find a solution, even going as far as searching across other branches to find a vehicle that would suit our needs. Thanks to his tireless efforts, we were provided with a new vehicle and able to proceed with our planned trip without any major hindrances. This kind of proactive and customer-centric approach speaks volumes about Graham’s professionalism and dedication. He transformed what could have been a nightmarish experience into a smooth and efficient process, thereby salvaging our much-anticipated trip. I have always been happy with the service offered by Enterprise and their team, but this experience has undoubtedly raised the bar. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Graham Brophy for his help; his actions epitomize excellent customer service and I cannot thank him enough for coming through for us in a crucial time of need. Double check that staff write down previous car damage. Do a video yourself, do not accept a vehicle that has even a scratch on it. They will not investigate on their end and charge you for prior damages, even when discussed at initial inspection. I have my own insurance but they were extra pushy for me to get theirs- when all other locations aren’t pushy and accept people have their own and don’t push the sale after numerous declines. I rent from enterprise regularly and never have dealt with such shady employees as at this store. Calling on days they are not open to tell you about car damages that were pre existing to my rental. Do not trust Employees here, do not rent from this location. Enterprise has lost a regular client. —> claim has be closed and dealt with by insurance. I feel future clients/ potential renters will appreciate hearing my experience. As your staff either failed to report previous damage or damaged the vehicle themselves and refused to do any investigation/ look at any video surveillance of the enterprise property/ ask the car cleaner or other staff and made my insurance cover the damages. It was not a great experience to go through as a regular renter with Enterprise at other locations and I hope no one else has to go through a similar experience renting at this location.

I used Enterprises services while my car was at a body shop near by in Burlington. Based on my experiences of renting vehicles from various companies this particular location had the best client service representatives I have personally dealt with. Jade and Patrick were both outstanding ambassadors of what car rental services are all about. While the vehicle I ultimately rented (Corolla) may not have fully satisfied my experience, they both went above and beyond and did their absolute best to make it up-to me by asking for specifics about what I did not enjoy and documented them. Then they proceeded to give me a very reasonable credit to make it up to me. They really put themselves in my shoes and did not allow me to walk away until I was fully satisfied. I would totally recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a vehicle as they have a great selection of cars and even a greater selection of friendly staff. Thank you very much for the positive experience.

Was sent to this location to swap vehicles as the one provided by the Hamilton Mountain location was not comparable to the vehicle involved in a collision. Was provided a 2021 Toyota 4-Runner that obviously wasn’t cleaned properly at all, animal fur, food crumbs, dirty windows all over. I had to spend two hours cleaning it myself. A few weeks into the rental I discover illegal narcotics in plastic baggies in the glove compartment. Thank god my young children didn’t touch or play with it. I notified the place I returned the vehicle too and was basically blown off. I notified head office no one has contacted me. Absolutely disgusted by this. Heaven forbid I crossed the border or something not knowing that was in the car!

Very dissapointed as they advertise they will pick you up, but when my wife called to arrange for a rental they said they had a Kia Rio but they said they couldn't pick her up because we were as they explained 15min away, so I had to drive her when I got home from work. Then we get there within 15- 20 min only too here them say that the Kia Rio was given to someone else even though they had said she was getting it, so they offered a different vehicle a Kia Forte, which wasn't even on there lot, that they had to go pick it up and they still had to clean it all out....what an experience. If it was my choice I would not deal with this company or atleast not that location on plains rd.

Exceptional customer service. The friendliness of the staff and the positive experiences we have had at the west end location has happily made us returning renters for about 10 years. For our most recent rental, Stella, Graham and Simran were attentive, caring, helpful and personable. Responding to our hopeful truck request, the Dodge Ram Sport was clean, almost brand new, top-of-the-line and came at a reasonable cost - we felt safe yet spoiled. It was ideal for our long trip during the 2022 'storm of the century'. We always appreciate the offer for a pick up/drop off. Once again our experience far exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the Enterprise West Team!

I drive 96km one way each day to work. You don't realize the luxury of your car until it breaks down. They definitely understand what I was feeling and going through at this location. Brittany was very calming as she arranged for my rental to be picked up in Waterloo and did her best to get me a great rate for the 3 weeks I needed the car. The experience picking up the car in Waterloo was hassle free and very friendly. The car was immaculate, clean and ready when I arrived. Both locations took a very stressful situation and made it smooth and left me with peace of mind. I would recommend these locations and Enterprise for their amazing customer service.

I had a car rental from here through the Chevrolet dealership in Burlington. The car was nice, clean, and well cared for. The representative that rented me the car made a mistake on the initial agreement and marked that the car had a full tank when I received it, but in reality it only had 3/4 of a tank. I was quite grumpy to be notified that I was getting billed for the missing amount since I had missed that on my copy of the rental agreement. The branch manager was lovely to work with and she was able to make the situation right. She turned a poor experience into a very good one!

Incredible service at this Enterprise location in Burlington. Graham went above and beyond! Always greeting you with a smile and ready to assist you no matter what your question is. I rented cars often but this customer service is exactly what you need for when you arrive brand new to a new country.and have no idea where to start with the thousand things you need to get done. All the people at this location is been amazing and very helpful. Definitely a 5 stars review and a MUST place to go if you are in need of a car in Burlington. Thank you!

Plains Road East location is the most unorganized joke of a car rental place - pickup time at 10:30AM - come in at 2:30pm - car still needs to be cleaned (no problem!) asked to come back in 15 minutes so we gave them 30 minutes. Arrived and was told oh sorry never mind the car actually needs an oil change so you’ll need to go to the other location 15 minutes away. No apology, blamed US for not having our number listed??? Even though the car was supposed to be picked up hours before we even came? How do you not check these things?

Intended to only rent 1 truck but due to moving day being much more hectic than planned, we had the original truck which was recurved and scheduled well before hand but had to come rent a second truck. Both rentals were extremely smooth, customer service was amazing. We've rented from other well known companies before and the experience is completely different. Shoutout to Zach and Victor who were both absolutely awesome to deal with, we will be recommending anyone we know to this specific location for rental needs.

Reserved a last minute rental on line on Sunday night for 8 a.m. Monday pickup. Car was ready in the morning for me. Staff were friendly, answered my many questions, and paperwork was done promptly. I stepped into a nice warm vehicle, and was on my way. Instead of dropping car off Wednesday at noon, I dropped it off Tuesday at 5 p.m. and again, was amazed at how friendly and accommodating they were. This included a lift home when I asked for one at the last minute. I would definitely use them again.

We've always liked the customer service at Enterprise, but the office at 603 Plains Road in Burlington tops them all (we had need of a rental several times over the last 2 months). Professional, efficient and caring describes Karenjeet and Torriya. As a senior, we have rented many cars over the years, but our experience here is as good as it gets. We encourage anyone who is in need of a rental car to visit this office.

Stella was so amazing!! That i have wonderful car rental experience this time. I will say that's the most wonderful car experience in my life. I always use enterprise from Montreal 3 years ago until now. Stella really make me feel what called "service" Also It's my first time to try truck. Don't worry guys. This car really does gas friendly And feels so cool driving truck!!!

I was entitled to a rental car through insurance and called so many branches and none had any cars. Fortunately, I called this branch and Graham was able to get me a car last minute before the long weekend. He showed that he cared and his customer service was great. I highly recommend using this branch over the others and the workers here clearly care more to help their customers.

Nice car, free upgrade but so many buttons and gadgets I did not even know how to turn on the A/C. Car was not inspected prior to my departure but when returned there was a gash on the side of the tire, guy tried to make me pay for it so I asked him for the vehicle inspection report at departure. Realizing there was no way that was possible he just charged me the rental fee.

Great staff and experience! Alicia and her team were friendly, courteous and professional. Extending my reservations for many more days than anticipated was done without fuss, muss or headache. The prices were extremely reasonable and the check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. Will definitely be booking all my rentals at this location.
