The car was clean, great working order. My low rating is regarding the overall customer service. When I picked up the car it had 1/2 a tank of gas. I was asked to bring it back with 1/2 tank. If I didn't I would be charged to fill it up. There is a gas station right next to this location, I asked if they could fill it up and I would bring it back full? Out right the answer was no. I asked what if I brought it back full? Would you pay me for the gas? Again the answer was no. When I took the car, the original walk around was up to me to find damage. I pointed out 2 areas that where "missed" by the employee. When I brought it back she was done on one knee at each angle looking for any wave or dent that could be located with the eye while walking at a normal angle. When I did bring the car back it was 1/16 less than 1/2 tank. I did the math it was 7.80 owing. The app that was used on the tablet calculated over $9. She told me I had to pay HST on the gas owing, even though the gas was taxed at originally at time of sale. Over all the experience was not in the favor of the customer. There was 4 instances that showed otherwise. Customer service I'd rate it a 1 of 5 for trying to exploit the customer.

My staff and I have rented vehicles from Enterprise from various locations over the past with consistent good customer care and service. Unfortunately, that perfect record has been destroyed through my recent experience at the 2244 Princess Street, Kingston, Ontario location. I was originally surprised at the lack of interest by the reserving agent. I am sure we’ve all experienced that tone and unwillingness to be proactive or helpful. But after I spoke to other team members during pickup and arranged return, my faith in Enterprise returned. Unfortunately, that renewed loyalty quickly dissipated when I spoke to the branch manager who presented herself in the same manner as the original agent. If Enterprise is able to pull the recording of the call, they will find the manager terminated the call. I am reminded of one of the laws of marketing. Success leads to arrogance. Arrogance leads to failure. This one experience has converted a loyal customer to a shopper for a competing service. A shame for the many other good people who work for Enterprise.

Excellent service! The agent that looked after me was friendly and very efficient. I picked up my very clean rental car and was on my way in about 15 minutes. The return was even quicker! My only complaint is with the company's policy to attach the 2 keys together with a cable that must be cut if you want to separate them. Together, they are more than what will fit in the average pocket and take up way to much room in a purse. When I asked about it I was told it would have been ok to cut them apart. The policy exists because frequently, cars are returned to different locations from where they were rented, and the second keys are often left behind. The dealerships must then retrieve them, causing problems for both locations. I just found it a pain to carry around 2 bulky keys all the time.

Man where to begin with this place, I'm torn because even with the multiple issues I had with these guys, the staff was always really nice. Rented from them three times over three months. First time I ordered a vehicle online, day of pickup they call me to tell me someone else rented it before I got there, which kinda defeated the purpose of me booking it online. Next time the same thing happens and instead of an upgrade like last time, they give me a downgrade because all the cars were taken already. Third one I just didn't reserve anything to try and make it easy for them, seemed to work out best that way.

If it could be zero stars it would be. Reserved a car and received a confirmation number by email, I also called the office and asked they had received the booking and was told yes, we have it in our system. I asked if they could guarantee the car would be available - absolutely yes!!. Next day I get a call at the end of the day to say they do not have a car despite having guaranteed it the day before. Now stuck without a car - no customer service at all

Another excellent experience at Enterprise. I made a few errors when booking but was quickly sorted out by Dylan upon arrival. I was also able to get a vehicle 2 hours prior to my original booking time( mistake on my part) and also one large enough to accommodate all of my luggage(another mistake on my part).Everything about the vehicle and arrangement was well explained. Would certainly recommend them and will be returning in the future!

They gave me a nice 2022 Ford F-150 XLT EcoBoost (w/ Nova Scotia plates) to rent for 3 days while my Cadillac was at Taylor AutoMall in Kingston ON for a thermostat diagnosis. The guy who helped me get everything started and gave me the truck was friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely rent from this Enterprise branch again if I need to. Thanks!

Love the staff and their customer service, however no Saturday service meant handing the car back before we wanted to and that limited our ability to get around freely by a whole 24 hours!! Beware, the other enterprise is open on Saturday but no one told us that when we booked the car, hard up for business during covid I guess.

I was renting every weekend and didn't like the attitude or customer service. When I ask a question about the difference between my bill & the hold on my credit card, they always look like I'm bothering them. Glad I found another alternative. Customer service is very important, be nice. The guys who pickup were nice always.

Never open Business closes at 5 and staff want out at 5. Show up at 455 and they tell you come back next day. Hard to believe a business would be closed on weekend in a busy town. So your forced to take any vehicle for 3 days if renting on a friday. Theyve lost my business other places are open on weekends

They are lame..They never deliver a car with full tank of gas. It's always 2/3rd so it's the customers responsibility to fill the same amount when they return the car back but they often has to put the gas in full fearing it could be less than 2/3rd otherwise enterprise deduct the money from their card

Seems to flip their staff more often than a 5 Guys burger. Consequently you are always talking to someone new. Have not used them in a couple of years now, as a regular renter I was getting frustrated. Hopefully they get some solid, longer term staff and a few more cars?

People in this agency were very helpful. Enterprise price policy about return to another location should have been made more clear (but it was a different location which advised me). But this location assisted me in a very helpful manner. Also people were welcoming

Staffs are very accomodating and proactive. Transaction before and after was very quick. They hold a deposit which is way cheaper and they returned it right away when I returned the unit which is way better than there competitor.

I’ve always had great experience with Enterprise. Especially this branch. The staff are very courteous and professional, and they understand when customers need to go early. They let me take my car 50 mins before opening time!

My car was rear-ended, and because of the child seat needing to go in my car, I was given a loaner. They didn't have any cars like mine, so was put in a small SUV. Nice, but I used a lot more gas than I wanted to.
