On 2/2/23 at approximately 12:00 pm I returned a luxury model sedan to the Enterprise located at the Indianapolis International Airport. I rented the car from 2/1-2/3; however returned it a day early. While visiting a family member in a hospital (in a major urban city) my sister (a passenger) in the car left her toll transponder affixed to the windshield, and it was there when I returned the car. Our mistake was noticed by late afternoon. I made multiple calls to reach someone at the airport, only to reach an Enterprise phone representative who told me they don’t answer the phone at the airport due to volume of customers. I took several hours off my job, drove to the airport and spoke with a manager who took my complaint and asked me to submit an online loss/found document, to which I complied. He assured me the device would more than likely be there because they use similar device and that he would place a hold on the car upon return. So far, I have not received NOT one phone call from the Enterprise team at the airport, alerting me to their find, or unfounded search! I did receive two emails saying they haven’t recovered the item (to which the manager assured me should still be in the car!) Yes, we erred by accidentally leaving the device behind, however, Enterprise came across as disingenuous and perhaps added someone’s else property as their own! Emails are fine but to assure me the device would still be in their car and not receiving a call from them makes me scratch my head!! So, I’m horribly disappointed!

I rented a car from enterprise in Long Beach airport on 12 – 13 –2022. They sent me an email agreement which I did not look at. On 12-19, I received a notice that they were going to charge my credit card $25 for a parking ticket in Long Beach. Since I know I didn’t have a parking ticket in Long Beach I then looked at the agreement and saw that they had a totally different car listed for my rental. I called the citation department of Enterprise and I gave them the information off the key tag from the car that I was actually driving and the license plate number. They told me that they would take care of everything and that I didn’t need to worry. Since then they billed me and charged my credit card the $25 for that parking ticket and $13.95 for tolls and now I just received a citation for $85 from the Long Beach Police department for a different ticket. All of which I have no responsibility for since I was not driving that car. This has been an absolute nightmare. In the future I will ask for a written copy of my agreement and look it over very very carefully before I drive off. I have rented from Enterprise many many times and I’ve never had an issue before . They have always been easy to deal with and I don’t understand why this has happened. I will warn everybody to look over their agreements before they leave the rental lot so this doesn’t happen to them

I have rented cars from Enterprise for the last 15 years or more. In spite of the stingy rewards program, they always had friendly staff, convenient locations, a clean fleet, and competitive prices. This seems to no longer be the case as quality and experience has eroded significantly in the last 5 years. While the sales staff were friendly and helpful during my most recent experience, the cars were all dirty, beat up, and an older fleet. The first car I was shown was so dirty we couldn't make the scratches out. The second car was still not 100% clean and there was a scratch on every single door, panel, and bumper. This seems to be a consistent experience at Enterprise the last five years. I won't be booking with them anymore. I keep giving them a chance thinking it was COVID or this or that prior to the pandemic or isolated to just a few locations but has now been my experience in multiple states throughout the US. Hopefully they can figure it out.

When I looked for a car on the company website for the size car I wanted, I was shown a VW Jetta, but when getting to the airport they do not seem to have ever seen a Jetta. I had wanted a Jetta because I knew that they all have Apple CarPlay and would therefore not need to rent a navigation unit for extra fees. I also like VW's. Then, when offered what was actually available, the staff weren't sure which cars on hand actually offered CarPlay, so I had to research for myself which one had it before finding one that did. Not much fun to have to do after a tiring flight. On the Plus side, Enterprise had longer hours of having staff on hand that any of the other car rental agencies and given the odd hour of my departure, that was key for me to select them. Given the circumstances of my flights, I would still rent from Enterprise, due to the hours of operation.

I made my reservation 1 week prior my arrival but even with my email confirmation, the gentlemen in the counter can't find my reservation. Picked up my car at Indiana Airport, a gentlemen ask if I wanted a different car from my original reservation and I said know but before I pull out a manager name Eric stopped me because the person who gave the car failed to notice the huge scratch on the passenger side of the vehicle. Both gentlemen didnt even make a note on how much gas the vehicle has(2 quarter), luckily I did took a picture of it before leaving. I returned the car with 3 quarters of a tank abd yet this people charge almost $50 extra for putting a gas on the car??? It took 4 calls and 2 VM just to get an answer. Please advise your crew at the airport to pay more attention when a customer is explaining something.

I picked up my car at the Indianapolis airport. I had reserved a midsize car. The young man who took me to my car was very courteous and helpful. He even set up blue tooth for me and took the time to show me how certain things worked on the car. When I got to the checkout booth to exit the young lady again was very courteous and helpful. I realized that neither the ac nor the heat were working. She tried also and it would not come on. I told her it was ok but she insisted on getting me another car. This time a full size. We made sure that everything was in working condition. I wish I had gotten her name because she was so helpful and efficient and kind. She had a smile on her face the whole time and seemed to genuinely care that she gave great customer service. She should be commended for the great job she is doing!

We arrived very early in the AM (btw 1&1:30). Overall, the staff were nice but the rental car wasn't. It had been wrecked (side swiped on both sides) and the remote keys needed a battery change at pickup. The gentleman that checked us out (didn't get his name) seemed to be working by himself. He had to fetch the car and process the transaction. He also had to document all of the damages that we pointed out because they weren't in the system, so it took a bit longer to complete. Upon check in, Cody started reviewing the damages on the car and told us that they were not documented. Luckily, we took pictures before check out and told him and showed him proof. He didn't give us any trouble after that and we were able complete our transaction. Word of advice: Do not accept a damaged car upon check out.

There were a few issues with picking up the rental. The first car needed an oil change, the second one was only 6 seats, not 7 like we needed, and finally we settled in the 3rd one (from the back lot) about 45 minutes after we had gotten to the kiosk. It was stressful traveling with 5 children and older grandma so the in and out of cars (including installing/taking out car seats and luggage) after a day of travel really sucked. I still gave 4 stars since every employee we talked to was very nice and they did eventually resolve the issue for us. This was our second time renting from them at the airport and the first time went off without a hitch. Overall I would be willing to give them another try.

Overall, the service from all employees whom I interacted was great. From the desk agent, to the gentleman who showed me to my car, to the phone agent where i reported the cigarette smell (see below), and the return agent, everyone was kind and helpful. The complaint was the car. I requested a non-smoking car and although they added LOTS of perfume to cover the odor, in the hot sun, it still smelled of cigarette smoke. And, there was a constant rattle coming from the trunk. It was basically a new car that hadn’t been cared for. This was my first every reservation with Enterprise and I have another in October. I’m giving them another chance to show improvement.

We rented from the Indianapolis Airport. We rented a 2023 Toyota Camry. There were pits and scratches all over the car before we left, so I made sure to take pictures before we left. The maintenance service light came on after we pulled out of the garage as well. The car itself drove great after I disabled the lane assist mechanism. Be sure to document any issues with the vehicle before you leave so you aren’t charged for damages that were already there. The employees were kind and helpful, but I was disappointed with the employee’s decision to clean one of the back windows with a dirty towel. The window was foggy for about 3 hours after renting.

*Edit* customer service reached after I posed this review and rectified the issue by comping me a free upgrade on the next rental. Due to inventory issues I was rented an economy sized car when I had reserved an SUV. I asked for a refund to cover the difference in cost and the manager at the location is ignoring my messages after only offering the option to drive back to the airport and swap out with a bigger car in the middle of my trip. It’s simple calculate the total cost of my trip with an economy car and subtract that amount from what you charged me for the SUV I reserved. The remaining amount is what you owe me. This is theft.

A deal with Enterprise a lot overall you're all are great customer service are wonderful people is very kind and response quickly understand the demand cars sometimes you only can get what's there which I don't mind I use them for work purposes Enterprise cars are very reliable I like everything else some things just wear and tear but I know one thing if you have any questions they will respond the best way they know how a deal with Murray Kentucky and Atlanta Airport in the Enterprise on Jonesboro Road Southeast West Memphis Arkansas most of the time but overall Enterprise are great.

Customer service was great! However the car I rented was extremely disappointing! I had a long flight and was looking forward to my drive home in the rental car. As I started my drive on the freeway I put the heat on. To my discovery I stared to get a smell of cigarette smoke. As my drive continued it got stronger and had to roll my windows down to stop from getting nauseous. I’m not a smoker and can’t stand the smell of smoke. I was extremely disappointed and will make sure I smell the car well before excepting it. However cars that smell like cigarettes should never be rented!

Enterprise at the Indianapolis IN airport had the friendliest people. Savanah at check out for paperwork explained everything well for one who doesn't rent a lot of cars, Mark at car check-out greeted you with a warm, welcoming smile and talked of the different models available to rent, and Wendy was super helpful with return of vehicle and unloading when we returned. The vehicles were clean, ready to go, and thankfully had no issues while driving. (I've had a flat in a rental before). Overall, Enterprise has been the best rental company I have used.

This was such an easy pick up experience. Brock at the Indianapolis location approached us immediately as we were walking into the parking area and walked us right to our choice of cars. The car was clean and in perfect condition with 5000 miles on it. It took us about thirty seconds and we were seated in a car. We returned it in Charlotte and Tim handled our check-in the same way. He immediately helped us and was friendly and efficient. Both locations were running so smoothly even though it was a holiday weekend. We were so impressed! Thank you.

Have enjoyed renting from Enterprise at Indi airport, but this last rental made me feel very very very uncomfortable. While picking up our car, my child and I were subjected to a very invasive line of questioning by the agent, such as "where do you expect to spend the night tonight." And a whole lot more that made me feel very judge and very "targeted." That was WAY over the line in my opinion. I wrote to the management of the place and over three weeks later, I still have not received a reply. I will surely not be renting from them again.

I’m only giving a four star the car is beautiful but when I got the car, the car was dirty and inside it had mud everywhere inside the car and the windows were extremely dirty so I had to take it to the car wash and get it clean and clean out the inside of the car and wipe out the mud In the car and I had to clean the seats because they had stains and mud on it too but other than that the car is beautiful it rides nice might end up getting me one because how bad I love the car but other than that I love Enterprise

I have rented cars frequently over the last year, so I can safely say that my best experiences have been with Enterprise. In addition to getting a superior car each time, I've gotten superior customer service. When you are in a hurry, or tired from traveling, or anxious about a new place, nothing is more reassuring than friendly, sincerely helpful personnel as you pick up and return a vehicle. Enterprise must take special care to select and train its people to believe in good service and making customers feel valued.

I travel for work many times throughout year. Enterprise Car Rental has always been a reliable rental service with great customer service no matter where you are renting. I had recently booked my car rental at the wrong airport and the lady at the counter helped get my error corrected and on my way and in timely manner! The enterprise at the Indianapolis Airport is one of the best rental car business I’ve dealt with. The vehicles are of great variety to chose from and the customer service is exceptionally good. I had some issues come up in my travels and couldn’t get the vehicle back on time and Kyle called me and reassured me everything would be ok and he would update the rental details. I was able to return the vehicle the following day vs when I thought I could get it returned. They just treated me wonderful there.

I needed a rental car and Enterprise at the Indianapolis Airport was Amazing from beginning to end. Easy check in and easy upgrade when there was not much to choose from. I was so pleased with my upgrade to an Audi. I had the car for 5 days and enjoyed it. The Car return was very quick and easy too on the way to my flight. I highly recommend Enterprise. Smooth pick up and drop off. I encountered friendly staff at the Indianapolis Airport location. The only "negative" I encountered was the low tire warning light. Two tires were really low (although they looked fine) but a tire shop happily helped me out several miles away from the Enterprise location. The light was not on when I picked up the car, so I'm sure the last renter may not have mentioned it as it takes a bit of driving around to have that light come on.

Enterprise always has the vehicle I need and on time! I tried other rental companies, however they dint meet my expectations. I always rent a Suburban or an Expedition and they always have it ready. I wish enterprise would offer a credit card for points, since I always travel and use their vehicles. But other than that I have no complaints.. returns are absolutely easy and so are check ins. Locations at the airports are also easy to find. Grab and go.. love it.

We had a very nice rental experience at the Indianapolis Enterprise location. Very quick pickup, nice clean vehicle, and even though I had an issue with a tire and some questions I had about pricing, Hailey helped deal with the issues I had. She was pleasant and got me an updated receipt to assure me of the correct price. She was also apologetic about the tire issue I had and helped to make things right. I will be back with my next rental in a few months.

The airport is very easy to use. I had chosen a luxury automobile. I had 4 cars to choose from, two of which I wouldn't consider luxury. Of the two Audis I had left, both had damage on the hood. The Audi I chose had damage inside, as well, on the driver's side arm rest. I had inquired about the cost of adding insurance coverage. The dollar amount that was told to me was much lower than the actual amount. I would like more options and more honesty.

The encounter was so efficient! Flying is always stressful, as one is prodded, shouted at, and herded from one queue to the next. When I reached the Enterprise desk, everything calmed down, yet it was the smoothest part of my airport experience. I'm certain very busy times happen at every car rental concession in every airport, but my Enterprise experience was the most orderly, friendly, and "no drama" part of my trip to Indianapolis. I recently rented at the Indianapolis Indiana airport enterprise and left a men's jacket in the backseat. I put in a report with lost and found and have yet to hear back from anyone..The only thing I can't say is. One of the employees kept my jacket and didn't reporti. There are theives everywhere.. The least they could have done was email me.. I always use enterprise for my rental, but I have to reconsider my choices.

Two weeks ago, I rented a car in Indianaoplis for one week. Unfortunately, before my brother and I got to the desk, he fell injuring himself with lots of blood. After the paperwork was done, the person behind the desk, pushed my brother in a wheelchair to the car and turned the car in such a way that made it easier for my brother to get in. The guy was great and so was the car. I recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

The car I rented was picked up at Indianapolis Int. Airport with no issues and returned to a branch the following morning with a prearranged after hours drop off. Whoever checked the car in did not enter the correct drop off time and I was charged an additional $87.91. After 6 calls and a total of 2 hours on the phone they did credit the overage back after 3 days, but it was a huge unnecessary run around.

I want to give a special thank you to Josh Moseman, who went out of his way to ensure that I had a great time with my rental vehicle and even gave me his business card to ensure that I am able to email him directly if I have any issues with the charges for my trip. Needless to say, that friend is now an Enterprise customer. Enterprise always greets us with the friendliest people and their rental system is very streamlined and efficient. We picked up and returned a rental vehicle (Ford Escape) in Moab, Utah. We were picked up at our hotel and delivered to our car at the Enterprise office in Moab. The car was perfect for our 3 day trip to visit the National Parks. We returned the car to the Canyonlands Airport just outside of Moab. We didn't have any problems with the vehicle. The Enterprise staff was friendly and efficient.

Best rental experience ever at Indianapolis Airport! Landed, checked in with Enterprise on line, bypassed the counter, went directly to garage location, was greeted with "a little short on cars today, how would you like a complimentary upgrade?", directed to the car and handed the fob, waved at the exit and on our way!!! Return was equally simple. Another top notch rental from Enterprise!

The car was fine and mostly clean. The interior windshields on my last two enterprise vehicles were pretty bad. You don’t notice it until you have oncoming traffic at night or glare during the day. A safety concern for sure. I had to wait in line for about 45 minutes to get my rental. There was no ability in my app to complete my check-in despite renting several times a year.

I ordered the SUV and got a Chevy equinox but when I got out of the garage and on the highway the car shook so bad when I hit the brakes. I notified the customer service immediately and still haven’t received a response yet! It’s been 4 days. It sucked because I wanted to drive around and see family but I was limited because I didn’t want the car to brake down on me.

of all the car rental agencies I have tried, Enterprise is the best! best service, best interactions, and easiest and friendliest process. And don't let the price scams fool you. others might seem cheaper but then the added hidden fees end up coming out to about the same price you would pay with enterprise. at least enterprise is up front about their costs.

Despite checking in for my car rental 2-days in advance AND getting a text from the Enterprise App that my car was ready ... the car was NOT READY and there wasn't even a vehicle in that class at the location. While I did get an "upgrade" ... supposedly, the vehicle upgraded to was not worth it. Just another disappointing experience at IAH Enterprise.

I always have a great experience with enterprise. This last time we picked up and dropped off from the Indianapolis Indiana airport. Every single staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. I think I might have even got an upgrade! Couldn’t recommend more, I only use enterprise and haven’t had a problem yet! They make pick up and drop off very easy.

The Enterprise at Indianapolis International Airport is incredible. I never have had any bad experiences there, only good ones. The staff are friendly and just swell people in general. We picked up @ the Indianapolis Airport location - all three specialists checking us in, helping us to select the vehicle, and then checking us out with the vehicle were very friendly. Dropoff was at the Columbus, OH Airport location - excellent service again!

"Ryan" at PIE airport was EXCELLENT! Set up the GPS, etc., however....on my entire trip, I was not able to use the GPS, & most of the radio. It kept showing I needed to subscribe to "CLOUD".... maybe because I'm not a "techy" person, but I found it VERY frustrating! The car itself though, was wonderful.

Had a bunch of problems with the car being clean( found comb and lighter around seat, and fluids not checked such as antifreeze being low and oil/filter check light on. Wipers sucked. Everything was great especially Tim the manager and the young lady at the booth upon leaving the garage. I marked one star off because I had requested satellite radio and it didn't connect until after I called Enterprise to tell them the car didn't have a subscription. They fixed it within 15 minutes.

I was truly please with staff member who assisted car assignment. She was able to easily familiarize me with features of the car. When I returned the car another staff member assisted in the check in. She was efficient and helpful in the process. Thank YOU Enterprise for your EXCELLENT staff.

Excellent service in the Indianapolis airport. Budget with which we had a reservation, had a huge line and one person so very inefficient so I canceled my reservation and went to Enterprise. Enterprise personnel was very helpful and efficient. This occurred on Saturday morning March 4.

The “self service” at the airport was a little confusing at first. Overall very efficient and I will be better at it the next time. The car was clean and had to be switched out in town due to a tire issue but the transition was easy.

The car rented was not clean. We had to wipe dried spillage off of the driver seat and the second row seats. It did not look like it had been swept out in awhile either. The workers were very friendly though.
