Where do I even start… My family and I fell victim to an intoxicated driver who decided to hit all three of our vehicles parked in our driveway. Insurance for involved and we were guaranteed rentals and this is when we were referred to this enterprise. My family and I dealt with Michael and another gentleman who were very kind and accommodating despite how busy they were. So koodos to those two they have great customer service skills :). Well into my third week of having the rental the company decided to charge me 600$ - despite having my claim number. I called back and spoke to a gentleman who tried to help me out… great intention but made it worse. He agreed that the company was not supposed to charge me anything yet. they charged me another 900$ , then refunded me another 900$ and charged me 200$? Anyways… this messed with my credit. I wasn’t able to purchase anything until the refund was fully processed. I was extremely patient. Insurance company called and confirms that they are not supposed to be charging me. This is when I had a very very bad interaction with CANDACE. She was very dismissive and told me to be patient. I told her that I was stressed out because of this unnecessary charge and se continued to be dismissive and rude. She accused my insurance of being at fault despite her colleague agreeing it was their fault. She made the whole experience a lot worse. When my vehicle was ready for pickup I called Enterprise and unfortunately, got to speak with Candace again.. She told me that I had to bring back the car because they were sold out on vehicles for March break l. I asked if I could Keep the vehicle for my planned road trip and of course agreed to pay the difference. She refused and said that there are no vehicles available. I asked if I could return the vehicle and return the next day to rent it out. She refused and confirmed that there are no holds on any cars I asked her if the vehicle im returning would be sitting in the lot for the weekend she said yes until someone rents it out?! Then she said “trust me, I’d love to make money off of you but I can’t.” I was shocked and did not want to talk to her any further. We called the next morning and spoke to another representative and she confirmed that i could Keep the vehicle to accommodate my vacation. I don’t understand the miscommunication between the staff. I returned the vehicle upon my return from vacation and Michael was accommodating. He said I was good to go and the vehicle was in great shape. To this day, I have not received my deposit back. I don’t write many reviews like this but Candance gave me a really bad experience. Would never come back.

Enterprise is normally the car rental place I like to use, but it's guaranteed that I will not be returning to this location. I booked a compact car for a weekend trip two weeks in advance. The day of, I get a message asking to confirm but if I'm cancelling to let them know. They seemed to be pushing more toward the cancelling option on the message, but I had no intention on cancelling. I didn't call back because I was at work and then had half an hour to get to enterprise. I got there at 5:30pm when I was scheduled to pick up the car and had to wait until 6pm to be called to see the car. They were understaffed, which I don't hold the two employees responsible for, but they seemed rushed. Sasha who works at this location called on me at 6:00pm to give me the car. I went to the parking garage thinking I'd see a small car, and parked for me was a Jeep Wrangler. I had rented this car for my girlfriend and I to drive to Montreal, and didn't like the idea of such a big car for no reason in old Montreal where streets are narrow. Gas consumption was also an issue. I brought both up to Sasha, and he assured me that on a full tank of gas I could make it from here to Montreal. This ended up not being true. He also kept pushing the free upgrade even though I didn't want it. I ended up caving and taking the jeep because they said they had no other cars any smaller available and I had to get on the road. He set me up and I drove in a big circle around the underground by accident. When I passed by the enterprise parking area again, I saw the other employee (I believe named Dan) doing a circle check for the guy who was behind me in the queue for cars. They were circle checking a Chevrolet Cruize, which is a much smaller car and would have been a suitable upgrade for me but Sasha had told me they had none. Basically, I was pressured and lied to by Sasha and I ended up spending well over my gas budget for the weekend. Next time I need to rent a car, I will think twice before using Enterprise and will definitely not be returning to this location.

Absolutely inept and incompetent staff at this location. I was made to wait for a good 40 minutes for an All wheel drive car with winter tires (as none of the cars they keep with them have winter tires). Finally when the guy showed up with the car he crashed it in the parking lot and I was asked to wait for some more time for another car. They told me they would upgrade me to an atlas without winter tires and would keep the charge for the winter tires because the car they were giving me was an upgrade - FYI I didn't care about getting an upgrade and wanted a car with winter tires as it was snowing pretty heavily that day Finally I see the guy brushing off snow from a Ford explorer instead of an atlas and I asked someone "I thought I was supposed to get an atlas...why is he working on the explorer". The guy told me that there was an issue with the tires of the Atlas and that they would be giving me an explorer instead (again without winter tires). This time I stood my ground and demanded a refund for the winter tires and they finally relented. Worst part is I returned the car 4 days ago and I still haven't received the deposit back. With other enterprise locations I get the deposit back within 48 hrs. I called them and they put me on hold for almost half an hour...after which they said I would get it by today evening (although I don't have any hope for that) They said if I dont get it they will connect me with the accounts dept. Isn't that something that these people need to figure out and not the customer? Don't make the same mistake as me and stay far far away from this location It is run by a bunch of clowns.

I have had outstanding reviews from Enterprise as a whole corporation from friends and co-workers. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the car and how this enterprise operates. I picked up the car on the day of my rental at 6 pm in a rush (a couple of minutes before they closed) and did not properly check the car before I left. However, when I started to drive off I noticed that the car reeked of perfume and the backseat was stained with a sticky substance. As I picked up the car at the end of day and needed it the next day for business, I was unable to obtain a new car. In addition, the car was not filled to the max with fuel. When I returned the car and notified the manager/employee of my concerns, he gave me excuses such as "sorry the summer season is really busy, the car you got was just dropped up recently and we didn't check it. Or, you just had to fill the tank up at exactly the same level as you recieved it." I personally think it is extremely unresponsible for them to offer cars to customers that are not clean and unfilled with fuel. How are customers suppose to "estimate" the amount of fuel that should be added to fill up 0.8 of a tank? They offered me 20 dollars as compensation and I wanted to leave it at that. However, they issued me the reciept 4 days late and not immediately even though I needed the receipt to expense it to my company. I am very dissapointed in Enterprise.

I book with Enterprise very often. Other locations are better as this location is very unprofessional. Ordered a pickup service with "Ashley" well in advance, and the driver picking me up was 1.5hrs late causing me to miss my appointment. Tried to charge me double the agreed rate when I returned the vehicle, but the manager corrected this because I had a copy of the itinerary in my email. I noticed the pricing error when I was picking up the car but the guy signing out the vehicle "Andrew" assured me that he would correct this and tried to get me to sign off on the incorrect rate on his tablet. I refused, so he took me back into the office to print up a paper copy with the correct rate. But of course, he printed up the paper copy and refused to put any rate on this document whatsoever and said "Trust me I'll fix it and email you the document". Second day into the rental and yet no email so I called the office and spoke to Ashley again who said she'd email, still no email. Don't get me started on the vehicle that I was provided with either, definitely needed an oil change and wheel balancing for the front left tire. The manager at this location is fantastic and professional, but his staff are just plain incompetent. I will stick with my usual Enterprise locations for rental as this one left a bitter taste in my mouth.

EDIT Oct 19: Unfortunately I need to edit this review and drop down to a couple stars. Called the store today to discuss my rental to be told by Candice that it was given away (2hours passed the pick up time) and when I asked why no one called to check in (which is what is typically done) I was asked why should she call me and if I have an issue to search the head office number online myself. I asked her to please provide me with the number and she put me on hold and never came back to the call. — REVIEW BELOW COMPLETED 3 WEEKS AGO: Thank you Santasha at location C21S (206 Dundas St. East) for your patience and understanding in helping to sort out my rental issue today, and creating a great customer experience. Unfortunately the Enterprise app allowed me to rent a car same day when the location was sold out (this is a Enterprise app limitation nothing to do with the location); however, Santasha’s professionalism, knowledge and quickness to solution allowed me to be up and running with another car in less than 10 minutes. I sincerely appreciate all of your help and thank you again for your patience with me. I will refer everyone I know to Enterprise and I hope my positive customer experience is shared with the location management.

Took a van from Ottawa. The van had a steering safety issue while I made it to Toronto. called a few locations in Toronto, explained the situation no one was willing to help and said they were out. I called this location as well they said they were out of 7 seaters and will get one in 8 or 10 hours. I called them back again in 5 minutes someone else picked up the phone, This time I didn't tell them that its a safety swap. I acted like a new customer for a new 7 seater. This time they made it available with in 30 minutes. I walked in confirmed all the pricing and then pulled my original agreement to instead do a swap. The customer service rep got angry and said it was a sly move. He purposefully put me on wait and served other customers. He became rude just too much detail to put in a review here but will not deal with Enterprise again. I could take my business else where when there are so much options out there. Avoid Enterprise!... You may get better service else where I would recommend Enterprise to put life safety before business. There is no substitute for human life. Update: The response from the owner looks phoney! they just put it only on google to try to look better. in reality they dont really care.

I dealt with this location as per my Insurance company. I was so taken aback by the lack of communication that I didn't bother complaining right away. I was expecting a call from them the morning of June 13th to arrange everything but that was not the case, I ended up calling them 2 hours later when they informed me they had no vehicles on the lot! I was already extremely late for work by this time that I kept questioning why they didn't bother to let me know beforehand. They didn't have an explanation and kept apologizing. When the car finally arrived, the man who greeted me said "Gas is on me" and only filled it up HALF WAY knowing fully well that I worked in North York. I was also given a Nissan Macra which is NOT highway friendly in the slightest and the alignment was completely off. I definitely will NOT be going back to this location

From my experience, they are good until you make a booking modification while renting or until you accept any of their "offers". Two weeks back, I had to extend my rental for a single day, I called them and ended up extending for 3 days when I heard about one of their offers. To my regret, I ended up paying more than double the the amount that was told to me for the extension. To top it off, they also added another extra day though the car was returned well before their closing time on a Sunday. Although I was able to get the amount for the extra day back after calling them up, I still ended up paying double the amount for my booking extension. They never mail you any updates on the initial bill(unless you ask for it multiple times), my advice is to keep an eye on the credit card bill after returning the car.

It was my first time renting a car and seeing the good reviews, i choose to rent from this place. I got a ford enforcer, the car was clean, worked well, the ride was smooth and no problems at all. Along with the car, i took a damage waiver as i was told that i wouldn't have to worry about any kind of damages. I reached the place an hour early than the scheduled time,. The car was ready and it took not more than 10 mins for the formalities and i was ready to go. I would like to thank Kamal who answered all the questions i had about the car and renting and Bilal to whom i handed over the car next day. Both of them are friendly and professional and i had a great experience interacting with them and with the car. i will definitely rent the car again from them

Rented a car for an emergency on Sunday. It was a one day rental and I was in a rush. The vehicle was dirty and didn’t even get a wipedown. I had asked when taking the rental how long my grace period was and I was informed that it was 30 min. I came to return the rental at exactly 28 min over the correct time. Unfortunately I had to stand there waiting for 15 min. When I informed the assistant manager that I couldn’t get the gas and I will accept the charge he informed me that it was okay because I received a dirty car. He did not inform me that he would charge me an hour because I was late. I only found out when I went home. A little transparency would have went a long way as the charges weren’t an issue but I feel was weasled in.

My wife and me always have a great experience for leasing a vehicle at this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. Ambience for customer service location is awesome. The whole staff team including the front desk are very dynamic and courteous. As we enter, a warm welcome awaits with a smile. Appreciate the sincere dedication/customer service of Mr. Michael Anderson, Asst. Branch Manager who reflect as a potential asset to its employers. He always looks forward in person to meet/greet/explain/accommodate and ensure that customer enjoy their service, and leave the premises fully satisfied. I just returned the car today after a week lease and had a very good experience with him. Thanks to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Keep it up.

We went today to drop my moms rental car, we hitch it was trough the insurance, and the they supposed to be open until 1pm, we were there around 10am and no body was there the office was closed, very bad! What kind of employees you have that say there going to work and no show up , this a customer service business, so bad and upsetting ,You guys knew Monday is a thanksgiving holiday so nothing is open so you could charge us extra, my mom was desperate and we called and no answer, we had to call the main office and they told us another location we had to drive to drop off the car and the keys so there will be no charge but since that location was closed had to be at our own risk, this is not correct!

i booked a minivan 2 weeks ahead my reservation was confirmed went there to pick up the van the check in was quick even though there was a few guys ahead of me, the problem was they didnt tell me that they didnt have a van it took them a good 15 mins before they told me that they were calling other branches to get me a van, make the long story short i got delayed by an hour and a half, took me longer to get to where we are going and forced me to stay longer to where we went.. it screwed up our schedule,, time is gold! theres a reason why we make reservations,, despite of that i was very civil did not nag them in anyway nor asked for some sort of compensation.

I booked a reservation at Enterprise and by time I reached it was closed. I called up at this location and spoke to satasha told her about my situation that I am visitng from Calgary and wasn't able to complete my trip if won't find any vehicle. Point where she went above and beyond for service is when she waited an extra 30 mins for me even after the branch was closed on a "weekend" . I was very much impressed by her service and dedication to the work. She is perfect example for customer service.Treating the customers with the best of best! She's an asset for the organization.. I wish her best for the future and also pray she gets a promotion too!

So I didn't have such a good experience with them which is disappointing because they used to be very good. I called a couple of days ago before my reservation and they had told me there would be many cars to choose from. when I got there it was not the case. They gave me the right size car, however it was dirty. There were crumbs and water empty bottles in the back seat. The key fob would not retract my key so I struggled to get it out in order to start the car. The rearview Camera was crooked. I'm going to a different rental place from now on. Check their times. If you return the car after the work day at 4pm, they will count it as another day

This is review for this location in particular and especially because of an employee called Miguel (thats what the name was given to me, I have no way to validate as this was a phone conversation), I had a reservation for 3.30 pm and nobody even called me to tell me that they will not honor my reservation, I received a confirmation email from Enterprise and this person tells me that they wont give me the car. Enterprise please take action against such unprofessional behavior from the employee at this location. Pathetic. On top of that this person was rude.

I have used their service twice and will be using in future too. It was good overall. I had recommended to my friends as well. The second time, I rented Chevy Spark in which the Steering was tight after I drove a few km. I sent an email in the night but there was no response. The next morning I called and they gave me another car which was good. I had to spend a very little time both at the pick up and Drop which I liked. Actual closing time seems to be 5pm where as the website & App says 4 pm. I have already mentioned this to the staff.

The customer experience at enterprise is always consistent and reliable. This is one of several locations that I rent from through my business and the service is top notch. Our plans changed quick and we requested a same day pickup, they were able to pick us up within 20 mins even though we were outside of there normal pickup area. The vehicle we received was clean and in new condition which is always great to have. Thank you for the great customer service! This is why we choose Eneterprise over the other brands, they actually care.

I was looking for a rental and Happened to book one at this location. I changed my mind when I reached their Location. I got a pleasant surprise reaching their as I got to meet Michael there. He gave me the best customer service which one could expect. He is so very knowledgeable and accommodating that even I changed my mind that which car I want, he left no stone upturned to get me to the car of my choice. If you are looking for good customer service and want to deal with someone accommodating, I guess you can rely on Michael.

hit n miss. if you dont have cars, why does the website let us book? This is a recurring theme and looking at reviews, clearly has happened to others too. They give you a call saying that we dont have cars and reason for the mess is "website is not linked? Ingenious. we are almost in 2020 and smart people still get opportunities to "blame" technology. SO at other instances, when the website REALLY DOES say that there are no cars (and wont let us book) then that should mean you guys have gone out of business. Isnt it?

These guys were really good to me; I needed a last minute rental with no reservation, and I was stuck at another Enterprise location that had no small cars available with such short notice. This location drove a small car to the location that I was at so that I didn't even have to come to them. All in all it was a seamless experience that took 15 mins max from phone call to driving off the lot. Highly recommend. Steven Ligori was the rep that made it all happen. Thanks Steven!

Hands down the best Enterprise branch ever. Enterprise in general has really great customer service but some branches are better than the others. Enfield is bar none. Their customer service is excellent, they are pro active, they go above and beyond. So much so that I'll pay the extra $10-$20 over other branches and companies. Then I'll be pleasantly surprised that they'll match that. Just so so pleasant. And I rarely give rave reviews. I'm very picky about customer service.

Made a reservation for Saturday 8/15 over the call with customer care. She confirmed the reservation and also confirmed the vehicle is available. I went to pick the car, stood in a queue for 30 min and to my dismay the staff said that they do not have any car available in inventory. I showed him booking confirmation but he said may be customer care person did not check the store inventory. Seems like there is a huge disconnect between customer care and rental offices.

This location has an awful service. Rented a standard SUV (Cherokee or similar) and they wanted to put a Wrangler (claiming it to be same category) on me which does not have the same space, massively uncomfortable and has a HUGE gas consumption. Which is not ideal for long trips. As per their usual excuse "there is nothing else available" Had to cancel the reservation and go someplace else. I am never renting with this location again and advising people to stay clear!

My first experience of renting a car from this branch is quite good. Hassle free pickup and drop off. Although my car was not cleaned from outside when I received it but that is because they don't have water supply in the building on that particular day and enterprise asked me to clean it from gas station and reimburse the cost through them which I felt perfectly fine approach to make your customer happy. I would definitely rent more cars from this place in future.

I have been trying to reach your team for last two days and looks like your telecom is not working. Its almost three moths since the time I am using an SUV. I had spoken to your guys more then a month back that the vehicle I am using is having issues and needs to be replaced with exactly similar one. I haven't heard back from your team. Guys are bothered for customer and taking things for granted just because my company has booked me through you guys.

Friendly and efficient. I needed a rental car for a couple of days while my normal car was in the shop. This 265 Enfield location got everything arranged perfectly, with CAA discount and a custom pickup location. Everything went smoothly both in pick-up and drop-off. Just be sure to inspect the car yourself when you get it. Upon return, I was asked about some scratches on the car, which I had already identified and pointed out when I picked it up.

I made a reservation 3 times at this location on three different occasions. They called to cancel my reservation all three times at the last min. The reasoning given to me was that they have absolutely no cars at the location in any category. I decided to walk-in and see if its true. The representative told me that they had cars and wanted to rent them to me at 3x times my reservation price. Sounds like a shady business and I would stay away.

I called twice to confirm a pick-up at 3:15pm. At 3:30pm, they still weren't here, tried calling and it took over 30 minutes to get through. They picked me up at 4:45pm -- 90 minutes late. No apologies from the pick-up driver. The excuse: "we didn't have enough staff." Then why schedule the pick-up if there's not enough staff? Wasted my time and made me have to reschedule an appointment. Won't be using this location again.

worst place to rent your car They will give you faulty car will not match the same replacement car as you had before. which every other car rental company does it. charge you more days and other charges will ask you to leave the car on driveway they will pick up woth no charge. but they will change you for extra days and service that they have to pick the car off you. they will waist your a lot of time not recommended

The cars at this location are not maintained at all. The first one (Mazda 5 black colour) I got was smoked and it was a gas chamber and I had to get oil change as it required service. The other one was a Hyundai Tuscon (Quebec number plate), I had to get a jump as its battery was bad as I got it home. The vehicles are not at all maintained at this location, be careful. I like the manager, but the cars are terrible.

I will always go to this location for rental- their services are amazing!!! I got a car in Jan 2018 and the guy who helped me was great. He even phoned after I returned the car to ask about my experience. I'm from out of town and usually the perception of services in GTA is relatively not great but this time it was different. The guy at this location was awesome. I'd give 7 star if I could.

Walked in for a last minute car from Enterprise Enfield place a few weeks ago. The experience was amazing, got great service from their front desk team- specifically Kegan. A clean car was made available in a jiffy with my multiple specific requirements being meet. Would definitely recommend the branch to many. Quick and hassle free pick up and drop off, great pricing and got a free upgrade too. Probably going to be my first choice while looking to rent a car next time. Only concern was the dirty windshield with smudges and streaks (both inside and outside), likely from an improper cleaning that made driving difficult at night and in rain. Had to pull over and clean it.

Great customer service but whats really shady about this location is that they always show the vehicles available online, it will let you book a car and then you'll get a confirmation message. The messed up part is that days later they will call you stating that nothing is available and basically asking you to either change the date or go somewhere else

I had reserved a Mercedes A220 for the day of my wedding. Upon arrival on the day of pick up I was told it was not available and offered a Volkswagen Jetta instead. After letting them know it was unacceptable Enterprise put me in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was a nice vehicle but smelled very strong of cigarette smoke, and not the vehicle I reserved.

Disgusting customer service. It’s disappointing that the people who I dealt with when I got my rental in August were not the same ppl I had the displeasure of dealing with this time around. They were incredibly professionally and proficient. Keegan/Adam on the other hand are unprofessional and Keegan’s attention to detail is clearly below average.

Please fix your phone system with the voice mail thing. I booked a pick up through insurance (enterprise priority pass) but when I called, I could not get through the phone system. Now I have to go to another enterprise location and because they don’t have the type of car I reserved, I have to pick up there and drive to this location to swap

I went to hire a car about a month ago, and the team there (Jamie and colleague) really looked after me and made me feel comfortable. They also allowed me to choose the vehicle I would like! - I re-booked another vehicle upon expiry and they allowed me to keep the same vehicle. I did not need to go back to swap the vehicle. Thanks guys!!

Tried to get a rental at 5:00pm, I saw 6 vehicle parked in the parking lot but he said he doesn’t have any cars available? Which makes no sense. Also no line up at this time but I was put on hold for more than 20minutes and no one picked up. Not sure if he was being lazy or just didn’t want to work because it was close to closing time?

Wrong location on map!! Just saw someone running late to return the car as Google maps took him elsewhere (300 meters away). The actual location is below. Put that address in map instead of navigating to the pin. 206 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L5A 1W2, Canada The franchise owner needs to correct it. I am unable to edit it on maps.

Impressed by the Professional customer service. Initially finding out the office for the car rental was a bit tricky by the manager helped over the phone to help me find it without much hassle. Also they responded to a last minute call and offered a good rate. Also delighted when I was offered a ride back to my home

Haven't rented from them yet, but some positive feedback: 1. A smaller location with less car choices than the larger ones, but the manager here (Franco) is very friendly and customer-service oriented. 2. Open on Sundays. 3. Cheaper than renting from the airport.
