It used to been a great place to rent a car , cars are great and team was fantastic, but recently team changed and they not friendly or helpful. As a long time customer i was forced to drop enterprise poznan as my to go get car place due to workers. The attitude and lack of compassion was horrendous. Thank God for having option at other rental company that was extremely helpful at this particular moment. When I called enterprise customer service, the lady was very helpful and nice , and also disagreed with the boy with glasses that works for enterprise poznan lawica airport and said she will call them as that's not the way they operate. She offered me full refund . Sorry enterprise but that was low blow and I'm glad I gave my money to someone else.

Wypożyczalnia zdecydowanie godna polecenia! Odbiór samochodu jest możliwy 24h na dobę przy wcześniejszej rezerwacji. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i profesjonalna. Wszystko jest przedstawione w sposób przejrzysty i przy okienku można za niewielkie pieniądze dokonać upgradeu na lepsza klasę samochodu, w zależności jakie auta są dostępne na miejscu. Ja zarezerwowałem CDMR (Toyota Auris w manualu) i za dopłatą 8€ za dzień, wyjechałem nowym Audi A3 w automacie. Przy zdaniu samochodu sprawdzenie pod kątem ewentualnych szkód odbyło się odrazu w naszej obecności. Także wszystko bardzo przejrzyście i tak jak być powinno. Had an extremely pleasant experience with Alamo at Poznan airport recently. My Husband (Salim) rented a car for our week long stay in Poland. Patrick greeted us at the start of the hire and Pawel when we returned the car. We have to mention that Pawel and Patrick are both a credit to Alamo Car hire. Both very polite, friendly and professional. Great customer service from both of them. The car was new and clean, inside and out and exactly as booked and required for our trip. Alamo are highly recommended at Poznan and we will look forward to using their services again when we return to Poland. Thank you.

This branch is a scam. Trying to file damages for what would be considered so small that not a single person would see it or even consider it a damage at a normal rental car company. Likely because I didn’t opt for their €90 additional insurance premium. Never even opened the trunk but a scuff on a plastic piece (normal wear and tear for a vehicle) was marked. Not a single thing here can be standing 2 feet away. Good thing I took video before and after if they want to pursue anything. WATCH OUT!!!! Update: email sent by enterprise asking for me to remove this review.

I had an online reservation. The car was clean and technically perfectly maintained, brand new with only 16000 km, a low fuel consumption and an electronic panel easy to use. The prices were correct. Debit cards are accepted only if you take out complete insurance, if you don't need it, use credit cards instead. Rental agent Maciej was very professional and friendly, has addressed to each of the clients personal attention, given useful and practical guidance for every question emerged during the rental period. AVOID Got absolutely screwed by the guy on the desk tonight. He played the nice guy at first before ripping me off for insurance that cost twice as much as my rental, despite me already having cover. I’ve used alamo all over the US and never required a credit card. My debit card was always fine. Well it was fine here too, but only if I bought their insurance. Alamo has lost a lifelong customer due to the scummy behaviour of this franchise.

Used Enterprise again this Summer, Aug 21, second year in a row I have used them. I came back to them because of the excellent service I got last year. I didn't even bother looking at anyone else. This year the service was amazing again. Travelling in covid times with all the restrictions can be stressful, this is the one part of the journey that wasn't. What a terrible experience. My flight was a little late and i had reserved a car for 1200 but arrived at the counter around 1230 and NOBODY was at the desk... Called the number on the door and the guy said i will have to wait 30mins before i get my vehicle! Outrageous... ive been a little late at other car rental facilites and never had such a problem. I will be reporting this incompetance to Enterprise hq.

Obiecałem dodać opinię, Z samochodem wszystko ok tak jak z obsługą jedyny mankament w tym przedziale samochodu to brak turbiny i dosyć mały silnik przez co duże spalanie na autostradzie i długie rozpędzanie się po hamowaniu. Gdy trzeba jechać 400km autostradą bywa to męczące i niebezpieczne. Na przyszłość gdy szybka trasa fajnie by było coś nie tyle fajnego co z lepszym przyśpieszeniem.

Be careful with this low budget company - if you do not take 100 pictures about your car before, they will say you did scratches and they want you to pay even you did not do anything. They check also the bottom of the front bumpers. I have took a picture about a damage from the wheel but they wanted me also to pay for it. I did not experienced this with other rental companies.
