I don't understand how this car wash rates more than one star by anyone. I've now used it twice now and have twice had to wash my car properly by hand after arriving home (three minutes away) when finding it still hazed with a film of grime. Mine is a black Jaguar sedan, not a filthy work ute or four wheel drive. The body panels are mostly flat and are not shaped with complicated structures that I see on very new cars these days. For twenty dollars and what is supposed to be the highest rated wash cycle, it was less than ordinary. If the owner(s) pay any attention to these reviews, I wish to be contacted for a refund as the wash has not delivered what I paid for...by a long stretch.

Car not cleaned properly first time, some areas not clean at all. Talked with owner who was very helpful and arranged to get car cleaned again. Will have to see how it comes up! EDIT- so after returning to the car wash and meeting with the owner I am really pleased. He explained the challenge with some substances on cars being challenging to remove via automatic laser wash, he gave the car a go over in the manual bay then got me to take the car through automatic wash again. Really helpful. Very satisfied. Great service. Thank you!

I was very happy with my car wash. I did the touch free car wash and my car turned out really clean. My car had just come back from a long road trip and the bonnet was full of dead bugs, the touch free car wash got rid of all the bugs and my car was shinning. I paid for the Gold Wash. In comparison to other touch free car washes that I have been to, this car wash is generous with the time. The machine doesn't rush through the wash and therefore the car was washed so well. I will definitely return.

Worst car wash ever for me. Car was not cleaned properly, leaving marks on the car. I paid for gold and it didn't dry my car leaving dust marks by the time I reached my place. Tried talking to someone and it's unmanned. So who will pay me back It's waste of my money.

Was so good to go into manual car wash and vacuum bays that were clean, in full working condition with legible signs and instructions. Do yourselves a favour and make the effort to pull in around the ongoing roadworks in the area. No regrets …

Great service! We had an issue with one of the automatic bays, gave the guy a call and he was a huge help. Got it all sorted very quickly. Our car was washed perfectly and is now very clean and shiny. Thank you.

If all you wanted was a wet car at the end of this, then sure, come here. After I went I had to wash the car by hablnd because it shifted none of the dirt from the roof or the bonnet. So $20 wasted thank you

Quality Carwash. The owner is outstanding. I left out a kids seat after vacuuming and when I called, he offered to drop it off at my house. Wow!

Doesn't work at all. Sprays water on your car but doesn't clean the grime. Scam.
