On the 19 th may I put my 2000 model white land cruiser through the new car wash at 36a Cawarra rd caringbah The Environmentally Friendly car wash, eco automatic no brushes. I was shocked at the result , My truck came out pink with darker pink lines all over, it also etched all the paintwork, taking off the gloss coat. I spoke to the attendant ,who said well put it through again and see if that cleans it off,it didn’t just made it worse. He suggested it was because it was and older car , I said but you don’t have signs up saying ,no older cars or white cars, I was contacted by the owner , All he could say is no one else has complained of a problem. Today a trade I know had the same issue with his white van ,it’s completely pink. The panel beater has told me my truck will need a bare metal respray. SO Be VERY CAREFUL

I’ve always used the underbody wash after 4wd trips Went down today and I was using the underbody wash when a staff member claiming he’s the owner came out and rather than taking to me he straight away started verbally abusing me calling me a “f$&@ing idiot” multiple times aswell as telling me that I’m wetting everything (ITS A CARWASH) because I used the underbody wash feature too many times, I prefer to wash my car at home and the minimum amount of time is 6 minutes so that’s how long I used the underbody wash for. Was in complete shock that this happened as I’ve never had a problem down there and some of the staff are very friendly. Completely unprofessional and disgraceful

First visit and used the automated touchless wash. Unfortunately it leaves runs and spots of soap, which if left to dry, then require a moist chamois/cloth to remove. If you get to them before they dry that's better, but I've found from other similar outlets that I have to do a few short drives and stops, because the soapy solution keeps seeping out of all the nooks & crannies, and also, some of them will inevitably dry before you have time to get to them anyway. What's probably required is a HIGH PRESSURE spotless rinse, but I've yet to find a place that isn't too stingy to provide this. One day someone will develop a true touchless wash system. Maybe.

I’m a little torn to be honest. I’ve had great experiences up until today. I’ve got a 2014 Toyota Hiace Super long wheel base which is the tallest. Knowing that my work vehicle is 2.285M tall is important for my line of work. So when I see 2.3M height restriction, I think Im in luck. No dramas driving. No dramas with the whole super wash. Only drama was the rude attendant who swore at me and said I can’t use that automatic car bay because it’s over 2.3m. I tried to show him on Carsales or google the vans specifications, but he just walked away. It’s a shame because of the convenience I do like taking the rest of my cars there too.

This is a new and modern coin-operated car wash with clean bays for both cars and trucks. All functions cost $1 per minute with a minimum purchase of $4 required. This means that if you think you need six minutes of wash, you should buy $6 worth in one go; otherwise once $4 is up you will have to buy at least another $4. Both cash ($1 and $2 gold coins only) and EFTPOS are accepted. There is also a “touch-less” car wash bay. The attendant is very friendly and pointed out to me the nearby coin changer.

You have the option of DIY bays and automatic(1×Touchless &1×brush). Touchless won't work and leaves chemicals badly on cars with very low height and might damage the high ones(the SUVs' paint). So other than DIY, You might want the brush option. However, they are the dirtiest looking brushes and I have never seen them new so it's safe to assume they have never been replaced. In addition, the opening is not suitable for big car. Also don't approach brush if you have low profile tires and rims.

They changed prices. Few months ago it was $4 for 4 minutes, now it's $6 for 6 minutes. In theory price looks the same, but try soak, soap brush and rinse your car in 6 minutes . You can wash your car in 8 minutes at descent pace, but that means you have to pay $6 twice which makes up $12 instead of $8 in total. So the price has been jacked up 30%. I don't know about you but covid/inflation/fuel prices increase unlikely affect water prices at the wash. But that's just me.

Put $4 in the machine and the gurney wouldn't work, went to another wash station and put another $4 in - This time there was no soap coming from the gurney (Yes the correct selection had been pressed). I've found this is a common issue, I've had problems at the Sutherland Envirowash with the gurneys + vaccumms not working. Such a waste of money. I have video proof if Envirowash would like to contact me.

Used the touchless car wash on a number of occasions, good thorough and quick wash, had one instance with the payment being taken without receiving the wash as it was playing up, but just got into contact with them via email and received a refund with no dramas, easy staff to deal with and any excess soap left over it takes 2 minutes to run over it with a dry cloth and your good to go..

  • Nancy Tsiamis

I went to the self-service wash and tried to pay two times and it said payment failed. However, money was taken out of my account two times despite not being able to use the machines. How am i meant to get a refund? There website doesn't work, and there isn't a telephone number to call to contact someone in regards to this. My friends have told me it has happened to them as well.

  • Nigel Pike

Used the automatic wash with the brushes. Found that the crushed are long bits of rubber not soft cloth. Very hard on the car and folded my mirrors in. It didn't even clean the back end of the car, it left it dirty like it was untouched. I do not recommend it, try the touch less or so self serve maybe.

  • Kenny Wong

I went there 3.30pm. 16/8/23No staff to help. I change tyre wash then spray wash. Suddenly stop. 30 sec. But the time still on then i want wax. It still wash mode. Ridiculous. If no support during business hour. I understand off peak or night time. No staff was reasonable. Please hire staff operator.

Look, I think the *owner*was having a bad day. He asked if I was homophobic because we had a disagreement and I told him what I thought. I had my 2 year old in the car and was disappointed he was up for an arm wrestle. I've been going here for years and will return. He's harmless and car wash is OK.

  • Sarah Ajeimi

Always clean and machines never out of order. I just wish someone was there. But its very much a self serve place which pretty much runs itself thanks to the great maintanance work of the one person who normally is there. Very nice customer service and always helpful. Its a clean place and reliable.

  • Sebastian Elsey

Scammed out of $6. High pressure spray water gun was completely broken. No water was coming out but still charged $6 fot the timer to tick on a complete countdown. No phone number to call or any staff on sight. Emailed them and its been over a week now with no response. My advice. Steer clear.

  • Mo Hassan

By far my favourite place to wash my car. Love going at night with a few mates, wash our cars have a good time. Perfect lighting at night too if you cant stop taking snaps of your ride. It is a little more pricy than other self-serves but you definitely get what you pay for! …

  • julia rolfe

We had absolutely no idea what we were doing however the gentleman working at the carwash came out and gave us a lot of great tips and amazing customer service. We had a lot of dirt and concrete stuck to the car and this place took it off straight away. Definitely recommend

  • Simon K

$4 to start the wash. When you press rinse, the pressure goes down for like 20 seconds, then the water is still very soapy through all rinsing process. Spent $8 for soap and rinse, was rinsing for 3 minutes, still heaps of soap on the car! Worst carswash I’ve ever been to

  • Qben Stevensen

Went through the touch free auto wash with its super wash option. Car came out wet and had soap and tri colour mix still on the car. If I wanted to dry my car myself I would of opted to wash the car myself for $12 less. The touch less wash at Kirrawee works a lot better.

  • Matt Osborne

Still the best self serve carwash in Sydney. You actually get a decent amount of detergent in each of the options, it has the real pre-soak and high pressure soap as well as wax and spot free rinse. The place is immaculate and well looked after by a local car enthusiast.

  • Ben Warrington

Drove car in got half way through wash and machine stops, has to leave with soapy wet car, nice! Tried emailing them twice, no number to call, evidently the under car wash on the autowash doesn't work either, the place is a scam. I cannot recommend to never go there

  • Penelope Gill

Waited for 20 minutes and then wouldnt accept a tap or a chip from my card. It appeared that transaction was complete finally and i drove in and …. Nothing. Drove out again and went somewhere else and paid with same card. Never again, plenty of other places to go.

  • S D

Abusive and bullying staff member when informed card payment didn’t go through. But more importantly this car wash didn’t even clean the car properly. There are plenty other car washes that a)Do a better job and B) have friendly professional staff members

  • Gary

good clean place, only issue is you can only eftpos 4 bux at a time minimum which is a pain when you only need a minute to finish something off. plus you can't just put say 10 bux in you have to stand there and re tap while the timer runs down. dreadful.

  • Damo Mihelich

Good carwash, due to the high washbays I'm able to bring my truck here for a deep clean. Multiple washing duties supplied through the wand and $1 a minute. Oh and $2 little trees.. hopefully they don't get stuck in the machine though. …

  • Keith Newland

Visited Kirrawee site with a token, but both booths were broken. They suggested Taren Point, where blocks prevented use of tokens. Returned to Kirrawee later for a Superwash, but seemed two treatments (wheel scrub and wax) weren't applied.

  • Robyn Vorsa

The wash booth's water pressure was really low. We could not rinse the soap off the car. We waited for the attandent to arrive to assist us but there was no one here. The sign on the office door said back in fifteen minutes, we waited to

  • Glenn

$6 to start the self clean car wash, the sound warning you of the time running out has had the volume set by the owner to very low, so you don’t hear it while using the high pressure rinse, so it times out and you need to add another $6

  • Matt Medland

Great little coin operated self serve car wash . The price was $6.oo for 6 minutes and it cost me around $20 to wash my pride and joy fully. And was $4 per 5 minutes for the vacuum cleaner. Very happy with the outcome of my car wash.

  • Ross Matthews

Best car wash in Sydney - the touch less super wash did a great job. If like me you do not want to risk stretching your paint. I always use the self serve to do the wheels first but the super wash does the car very well!

  • Elkana Akwila

I got charged $23 for a touch free automatic service, but when I went in, the machine didn’t do anything. So, I reversed and saw the machine says ‘out of order’. I don’t see any staff or contact information.

  • Daragh Murphy

Quick , cheap & Easy manual wash! Super easy to use , well lit and Clean . I will say the vending machine charged me twice for a micro fibre towel at $3 , but a wash n vacum under $10 can't complain …

  • Eseta

A good carwash with everything you need. I enjoy that there is a card option for the car wash and other car services. Although the price was $2 before and is now $4 for car wash and $3 for vacuuming

  • Ozbullwinkle

So much faster & easier than mucking around washing you car at home. I love that it is 24 hour access too. Plenty of self wash bays & some extra height for trucks. Also 6 vacuum & drying bays too.

  • Nick Hayes Reviews

So this place is apparently meant to be open 24 hours, arrived at around 5pm after work to find cones covering the entrance and all closing up for the day. Unusual, won't be back anytime soon.

  • Aaron Paul

Owner and staff are f n legends always keen to help give little freebies here and there. Clean tidy good value regular customer love it .. great to wash ya car when your off guts late at night

  • TARAJ

Paid $3 and $2 for cleaning rag and little tree to vending machine. Product didn't came out both time. Got charged for nothing. Tried to call them, number seems to be incorrect.

  • Gerald Maxwell

Avoid. Paid $23 for a wash, for the machine to stop mid-way, leaving my car full of soap. Under car wash also broken. No way to refund money, no staff to contact. Avoid.

  • phil ashford

Went to clean the car after a good weekend of 4x4 ing and paid for the jet wash but there was NO soap so just a power wash waist of money won’t be going back. …

  • Paul Khoury

Easy wash, do it yourself. Great value especially for frequent washing and when you don’t have enough time to wait. 24/7. Bring lots of clean clothes to wipe down.

  • Mark Twain

Scammed out of 23 bucks I put my car in and the machine broke half way through. And said out of order. There were no contact numbers to even get my money back.

  • Hossam ElFarra

Nice and convenient. Don't use the change machine though. It took my cash and didn't return change . There was no number to call and no one attending. …

  • Paul Foss

Good facility with lots of room. There’s also a game on the wall where if you put in a $20 note you can win 20x $1 coins. Not to brag, but I win every time

  • Cath Rykee

Great place to wash your car all of the equipment is well maintained and working also the high pressure water gun is lightweight and easy to handle …

  • Eric Blackwell

Pay yourself Machine was broken, Still took my money. There’s no contact details for the company. No one around the place to help, Ripped off. Not happy

  • Christian Niño Diones

One of the best self service car washes. Always a clean area to wash your car, and ol' mate always shows up for a picture when he sees the camera out

  • Julien Ch

Touch less automatic cleaner is good thing to have but doesn’t rinse well and doesn’t dry well. Had to come back to rinse the soap right after using

  • Scott Johnson

Not happy with this facility. The touch free wash doesn't do a very good job at all. Literally had to go home and wash my car by hand again.

  • Mel CSarti

Nice option for a quick self wash on your car. Spent $6 per wash round (I used 2) and it accepts card. Overall its easy with good results.

  • Gerard Quazzola

Self wash start 30 seconds after you press start. Wasting enough time that you can not finish a selection, hence they ask for more money.

  • Create or Die

Great car wash, especially for high clearance vehicles! They have self serve, under body, vacuume, soft wash & touch free drive throughs.

  • Stephen

Used the regular car wash today. All windows were still dirty at the end. Waste of $20. You'll get a better job done at a servo car wash

  • John Bevan

Works well. Suggest waiting customers input payment while customer in wash is working. Not possible at the moment. Will save time!!!!

  • Mr Yosiph

Machine didn’t dispense after paying $6 for som cleaning product! No number or staff to help, this lot are laughing! Won’t use again!

  • Colin Wilkins

  • Greg Ward

Price rise from $20 to $23 for the automatic wash is too much for someone who washes a few times a week Will be going elsewhere

  • Rebecca Kucler

$6 to wash your car in 3 minutes i mean really, at least give me 10 mins its ridiculous. Such a shame cause its convenient.

  • Your Driver Downunder Quality In Transport (We tell Your Story)

It was ok for $20 wash, BUT no drying, I think for the cost of $20, it should include drying up the car. Overall 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Victor Skiba

  • Lucy Aitken
