Perched on the 22nd floor of an Uptown Charlotte high-rise, Enzo Custom overlooks the city with breathtaking views. That alone makes one feel like a powerful elite, or dare I say, "King of the World!" (Okay, maybe King of the City, but you know what I mean.) Where to park was a bit complicated, but it didn't take me long to find my way. I was immediately greeted by Brad when I entered the boutique. He made me feel like his number one priority while I was there. Brad really personalized the experience by sharing some backstory on the shop and the company. I was personally fitted while overlooking the city and was given the option to select every detail of my custom order dress shirt, down to the buttons, collar stays, collar spread, fabric, pattern, etc. The fabric and button choices were almost overwhelming. It was difficult to even choose a collar option with only three options. Brad helped explain the features and benefits of each, along with current fashion trends. The fabrics were so luxurious and soft, yet many items are affordable for a working businessman. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my custom shirt and cannot wait to return. I saw gift ideas and other items I am interested in for myself. The experience was topnotch. I look forward to telling others about my experience at Enzo and with Brad when I'm complimented on my new custom fit shirt. Enzo also offers private sessions for future grooms and their groomsmen with a billiards table in the boutique for gentlemen to enjoy between fittings. In my search for a wedding tuxedo, I wasn't quite sure where to go at first. Then I happened upon Enzo Custom and met Brad Bradley. From the first consultation, to the measuring appointment, all the way until the final fitting, Brad made every step of the way a memorable one. I truly felt that I had a world-class clothier, who listened to my every need and gave me free range on how I would like to look on my special day. If I could give this business a 10 star I would. Brad has been professional and helpful as I am new to the suit/tux side of fashion. I came to Enzo with Zero knowledge about how to prepare for my wedding look and Brad explained to me from the smallest detail of the perfect look that I wanted. With his advice and professionalism, I am twice as confident and satisfied with my look. Other suit/tux places(inside the mall or men’s warehouse) felt more forced and rushed as other customers were in the store with you. I’ve always made an appointment with Enzo because you need that one on one interaction with no one else around. After I get married, I’ll be coming back to shop for more suits as Enzo introduces more seasonal selections as the months go by. BIG thank you to Brad! Brad has been so easy and friendly to work with. We made a special trip to Charlotte just to see him and have him help design jackets and pants. He also been very easy to do virtual meetings with us as well. Brad really knows how to measure each body type (this is the most important and critical skill to have in this industry). My husband has an athletic build and Brad made sure to give him more or less room in areas he needed. We trusted Brad with ensuring his wedding jacket would come in for our wedding and Brad made sure that happened! Each order from Brad has been perfect in fit, fabric, and design. We couldn’t be happier with the outfits we’ve gotten from him.

Great experience. Hard for me to find shirts that fit me well and Brad measured me and my shirts fit perfectly. He’s been extremely helpful and offered to make any tweaks to fit exactly how I want but honestly none are needed. Pricing is much more competitive than I thought for true custom clothing and I’ll absolutely spend the few extra $$$ for clothes that fit perfect. Would absolutely recommend Enzo to anyone who is on the fence about it, and anyone who is looking for a custom tailor.

Brad was terrific fitting me for my first suit from Enzo. He explained their process well and kept me up to date on the progress of the garments. His service seemed candid as he was upfront and honest about the true value of each option. Also, the fitment of the jacket, vest, and pants wete terrific from the first try on.
