If you are in the market for furniture and good service, go check out Enzol and talk with Jin. I'm glad I did. I was looking for a bed for my mom and stopped by the store. Jin attended to us. She went above and beyond to help us get the right bed frame for our unique situation. Due to height and length restrictions, it was challenging to find something but Jin rose up to the challenge. We initially ordered a different model but worried that the bed as installed may be slightly longer than the showroom bed, Jin stopped by the house (after work hours) to take the measurements herself. It was then confirmed that the ordered model will not fit. She immediately sourced and recommended a different bed. Although the new bed is cheaper, she did not hesitate to recommend the bed. I appreciate that a lot. The good service did not end with sales. The person arranging the delivery was accommodating and courteous. Today, when the bed was delivered, we had a very good experience with the delivery crew. They were skillful, efficient, and helpful. I will certainly come to Enzol for any future furniture needs again.

Has been a loyal customer to Enzol for the past 10 years. Always impressed by the professionalism and service provided by their sales consultant. This round I'm being served by Jin. Very patience and professional in showing us the demo and differences of each materials. They might not be the cheapest in the market but Cheap always come with a sacrifies of Quality. I would say theirs is definitely Value for money. This is my second sofa with Enzol after 10 years. Actually the old one still in pretty good condition :D.

Mei, the store supervisor is very experienced and sharing lots of knowledge on how to get the sofa we want. She has all the information at her fingertips. She's very patient although we stayed at the showroom way past the business hour. Looking forward in receiving the sofa we bought! Follow up review: No regret in getting this sofa set. It's so comfortable beyond explanation. The reclining function works so well it would not take up the space at the back. So satisfied as it blends in so well with our living room!

Very nice showroom and excellent service from Mei. She was very patient and explained in detail pros and cons of the different materials. She was honest in terms of wear and tear for some products and not a pushy Sales person at all. Naturally I took my time to decide and returned to her for purchase. Mei also helped me with expedited delivery and constantly helped with follow up. Highly recommended showroom, do look for Mei if you go there. Selected the eco fabric material and so far so good as it’s brand new.

It's a great furniture gallery, especially the service provided by the sales person, Jonathan. My purpose is to buy a new set of sofa. He delivered information according to my living room's situation, very professional, and he made some amendment to the sofa design according to my living room's size. My wife very satisfied with the sofa design and the comfortability of the sofa, so without any further consideration, i just bought a new sofa in 1 hour time.

This showroom is fully equipped with many trendy and designer look furnitures like sofa, bedframe, dining table and etc. All are well designed n matched to designer concept with nice ambience. Sales person, Jonathan has provided quite a professional recommendations for my Airbnb renovation needs and never hard push for sales. Highly Recommended this shop and this sales person.

Purchased mattress set with bedframe during home expo. Then, visited to the showroom for colour confirmation and delivery arrangement. The environment there was comfortable and Jin did a good job in helping us to make decision on the bedframe colour and height.
