Sent all my tax documents on May 22. Didn't receive a reply before September 13. I sent them e-mails & secure messages asking for an update. Took about 3.5 months to receive a first reply even though it wasn't my 1st time doing taxes with them. Asked for a discount because of the delay - they refused. Will be taking my taxes to another accountant for sure!

The folks at Ernst and Co are attentive, prompt and very personable. I've always found they do top quality work in the 11 years we've been using them.
