i got my double helix piercing done here by kate and i wish I'd come here for all of my previous piercings. she was so lovely and patient, making sure i was comfortable at every point. ive never felt so looked after before, during and after the process. i stopped by to get a new ring for my septum today and again was greeted with amazing service and advice, even offering to change it over for me so it was sterile. you can always tell that everyone is treated with the same care because of the positivity that comes from every client out of the rooms both times ive been here which is a lovely thing to see from someone who works in customer service. i will never go anywhere else for my piercings and i recommend these wonderful people to anyone thinking about getting anything done!

I have extremely sensitive skin and I’m always very nervous to try new facial products. However, Recently I had a series of Microdermabrasion facials and experienced their Tonic Organic Skin Care range and it is FANTASTIC!!! My skin has never felt so smooth, hydrated and rejuvenated. I highly recommend you do yourself a favour and have some Microdermabrasion facial treatments and try their skin care products. Your skin will love you for it! I have been coming to this salon for many years, even after moving to the other end of town! Kate and James (the owners) are extremely welcoming and friendly and have always found time to fit me no matter if I have booked or not. This salon is exceptionally clean and Janice is not only friendly and knowledgeable but the best waxer I have come across. I will not let anyone else touch me! I suffer from PCOS so have unwanted, unslightly facial hair but not only have achieved the results I am after, I have always been treated with professionalism and compassion and never felt embarrassed. This is also a safe space for anyone from the LGBTQI+ community with a range of services. Keep up the good work. I am a loyal lifetime client.

What a little gem! Not only is the salon fresh, modern and super clean but the owners are fantastic. And the wide range of treatments offered are great. As an experienced therapist who was seeking work while in Aus from Ireland on a temporary two year visa, I couldn't have asked for a better place to work. Started going here to have lash tinting was impressed by the professionalism & quality of work, followed up with lash curling, again excellent work. Spoke to the aesthetician about micro blading my brows (a child of the 70’s) my brows we’re almost non existent, as I am fair haired & mature I was concerned that I may end up with two caterpillars on my forehead, need not have worried, was given a consult prior to deciding & given all the relevant information to make an informed decision. I am so happy with my eyebrow touch up done by Vidhi at Essential Beauty at Castle Plaza today. They have just been done and they are barely red at all. I usually just pluck my own eyebrows and in the past have over plucked them, so they are quite patchy. For quite a while I had left them completely alone to try to get them to grow back. Now I want to shape them a bit. Vidhi listened to what I wanted and did a beautiful job at starting my 90's and 00''s Gwyneth Paltrow circa Sliding Doors thin eyebrow recovery journey.

I recently had my belly button pierced by Janice, THE BEST!!!! beautician I could have asked for. Im very disappointed by Essential Beautys service and wouldnt go again. I came in early for my appointment and was left waiting atleast 10minutes after my booking. I was told that to insert my peircing it would cost $20 and was happy with that. However she failed to insert it but still charged me the full price. I was told it was because of ''gloves and time'' even though the peircing was my own and the whole appointment took 5minutes max. I was spoken to as if I was a kid and decieved.

So impressed! A big thank you to Kate and James for taking such good care of my granddaughter when piercing her ears. Kind, considerate, professional customer service set in an impeccably clean and private salon. From the professional and reassuring approach shown towards their little client to the comfort teddy and the ‘bravery’ certificate awarded to Ella. I got my septum pierced by Janice She was absolutely lovely, she was very gentle when it came to putting the piercing in and she cracked a few jokes while I shedded a tear lol. The store was really clean and everything felt nice. It was a really quick and easy and I didn’t have to wait long. I would definitely recommend going to this essential beauty as it is now my number one store to choose. They take AfterPay which helps out soo much, and not a lot of them do.

Got my nose pierced here, had the ring (yeah i know.. should have gone with the stud first). 2 weeks later had to get it changed as it wasn't healing properly and they were so nice and helpful and changed it over for me. Was extremely gentle and friendly! Very clean and overall great experience. Got my eyebrows and lash lift & tint done here by a wonderful lady named vidhi, love them so much, very relaxing and calm experience!! Highly recommend her.

Went in with a pretty messy piercing that I had been given from a different store and the service I got was incomparable, the genuine care and attention both ladies gave me into rectifying the damage a helix piercing had left. They walked me through possible options and very gently changed the jewelry. The only place I will be going to for future piercing related enquires. I booked in for a xx wax last minute as I'm going away for my 10 year anniversary and my regular girl cancelled, this was the closest salon to where I was. I wish I just hadn't bothered. The girl who did my waxing, just ripped everything off, completely different to my normal style(which is a clear line, I get this done regularly), was really rough, did an overly average job, and has ripped off my skin leaving me extremely sore and red

The worst Essential Beauty Franchise place in Adelaide. Most convenient, but unreliable. Waited for service for 20mins on Friday 18th Feb. 3 customers walked out disgusted. Tried ringing Sunday, no call back after leaving messages. Drove there Sunday. Fully booked with only one technician on. Manager needs to step up and pay for more staff to work on essentially the busiest day for some.
