I read the reviews and thought this would be a safe place to go. I have had a bad experiences with dentists so I always try to do my due diligence. When I called to make the appointment I asked if they would contact my dentist to get all my information. She said if I wanted. Of course, I would want someone to know what was going on. I went for my appointment and they said I needed a root canal on a cracked top tooth. I thought they had my records so I agreed to the procedure. I could not do it that day, so I made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Over the weekend the only crown I have fell out. Immediately my pain went away. I call them Monday and tell them what had happened and the person that answered seemed a little defensive that was the tooth I said was hurting. I still am oblivious to what is happening. When I go to my dentist to see about the crown they inform me that they sent me to get my crown looked at not the top and had they sent for my records they would have known this. This place was going to do a root canal on a tooth that only needs a crown. Not only did they misdiagnose me, but they also charged me a $180 consultation fee. I do not have money to throw away. I urge you if you are needing something done to your teeth. Please keep looking.

Had the best experience visiting Essential Endodontics recently. I was referred by my dentist to see Dr. Attar to have him help with an issue I was having with a tooth that had been crowned a few months back. I had been having pain and was sensitive to both heat and cold. Dr. Attar and his staff were all friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease right away. After my exam, Dr. Attar determined that the best course of action to solve my problem was to undergo a root canal. I was expecting to have to schedule an appountment to come back and have that done, but to my surprise (a very pleasant one) Dr. Attar worked me into his schedule that very same day! The procedure was painless and quick and I left Essential Endodontics pain free....for the first time in months! If you find yourself in need of a root canal (or any other dental care that this office offers), I very highly recommend Dr. Attar and his staff! Thanks to the great care I received at Essential Endodontics, I came in for an exam and left feeling so much better! Thanks guys!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Over the years I've become terrified of dental work and have been putting off 2 root canals that I've known I needed for a couple of years now. I visited another practice in Southlake and after 2 reschedules and 1 no show they said they would not accept me as a patient. So the Google search led me to Essential Endodontics and I'm so happy it did. Dr Attar is a miracle worker and the tooth whisperer in my book. I just had my first one done and at the end I was like "that's it, you're already done?". I can't say enough about his gentle and patient demeanor and overall calm aura he constantly exhibits. I would recommend him to anyone that has that trepidation of dental work - he's gonna get you through it with ease! Also, the overall feel of the office atmosphere is wonderful as well. Jocelyn was great as she assisted the doctor and Celeste had everything laid out for me with regards to insurance charges and billings. Great doctor and staff!

Dr. Obadah Attar was the most reliable and patience person that I've never met ! My 7 yrs old daughter had a big cavity in one of her molar and after have gone to 3 differents odondotist and called more than 6 endodontist offices , I finally landed on this facility , The doctor was super attentive with my daughter and explain to me every single options that he could do , finally he got everything done in less than a hour , my daughter never felt the anesthesic pinch and she was super excited because the doctor was funny , he gave us the confidence we needed. Thank you Dr. Obadah y thanks to the staff your guys are awesome ! If you are struggling looking for a doctor to treat your children’s tooth , I highly recommend this Doctor.

Dr. Attar and staff are excellent in providing the best care possible for their patient. I had root redone ( 6 years after initial root canal failed that was done by another provider)and whenever I have concerns they are able to accommodate me immediately. He explained the risk and benefits throughly as well as other options before I decided to have it redone. Dr.Attar did really well during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable all throughout the process. Dr. Attar and staff are courteous and very helpful.Parking is easy and the facility is clean. Will definitely recommend Essential Endodontics- I was seen at the Keller location at Beach Street

I had a wonderful experience here and was so happy that my dentist referred me here. Dr Attar and Sindy were amazing they made feel very comfortable. I came here for a root canal and was super nervous. Sindy explained everything that I needed to know to calm my nerves and reassured me that this would be smooth and so it was. Shout out to the Dr he definitely knew what he was doing the had me in and out in no time. I have to say I have never had an experience like this, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional endodontic experience this is the one.

Have you ever had a dentist office offer you a blanket?! Because my visit with Essential Endodontics was the first time I had ever been offered this, and boy did it help ease the nerves of getting my root canal treatment. Cozy enough to help make the experience as comfortable as possible. The helpful commands from Dr. Attar to wiggle my toes and focus on my breath work while I was getting the numbing injection were also super helpful to take the attention off the pain. All things considered, I felt very relaxed and at ease during my visit & treatment.

I had a very pleasant experience today, everyone here was so kind and it helped ease my anxiety because I was so nervous. They happened to open on a Saturday and called to ask if I would like to come in. It all worked out great!! UPDATE: I am giving four stars because the service provided was great!!! However, after conducting research they charged me $1300 out of pocket with insurance and that was extreme compared to other offices. I should have done my research prior but I went with this recommendation from my dental office. It’s a lesson learned.

Completely amazing experience here with Dr. Attar and the entire staff. I went in with very low expectations, knowing that I needed a root canal. However, not only was the procedure COMPLETELY painless, but Dr. Attar took the time to truly hear me and take all the extra efforts to make certain that I was comfortable and pain free. This was my first time seeing Dr. Attar and he was very patient, informative and detailed which made my procedure minimally uncomfortable. I was very pleased with my overall experience and care I received from his office. His staff (Valerie) was very professional and made my experience amazing. Dr. Attar and his team explained every step prior to starting my root canal procedure and allowed me to feel comfortable and at ease. I would definitely visit his office again, if needed in the future, but (hopefully I won't need to anytime soon).

This was my first root canal. I didn’t know what to expect and to be honest I was nervous. Dr Attar explained everything before getting started. After it was done I was surprised how little pain the whole process was. Getting a cavity and crown in the past was more painful. I found out I had to have a root canal and was scared, like most people. I called their office and the front office staff was so nice and helpful. They instantly put me at ease. I scheduled the appointment and went in today. The office was very nice. Dr. Obadah Attar was great. He showed me the X-rays and explained everything to me before the procedure and after. It was honestly a great experience and I would use them again if needed.

Dr Attar was amazing! I have never had a good experience at the dentist and I was very worried about my root canal. I didn't feel a thing! I was very surprised about how easy and painless it was. I had the root canal yesterday and even today no pain (although I have been taking advil). It's almost like nothing even happened. Jasmine was also awesome during the procedure helping Dr Attar. I strongly recommend Dr Attar!

I went in for getting my RCT extracted and filled again. This is a small place but I was served very nicely. Wait time was only 15min which wasn’t bad at all. Doctor communicated well with me about my RCT procedure and the process of cleaning and filling the RCT was almost painless except the numbing injection. Entire process took around 30 min. They discussed about how much I would need to pay before the procedure.

My husband had an awful pain on Christmas and after spending Christmas Day at an emergency dentist who referred us for a procedure we went in this week and had a truly great experience considerate my husband was in for. From start to finish the staff was friendly and explained everything so that we were comfortable with what was going to happen. It went smoothly and my husband feels much better!

Dr. Attar is AMAZING!! I have the worst teeth and have spent the last 30 years in and out of the dentist office and this was by far the best experience I have had. I get severe anxiety when getting numbed and Dr. Attar reassured me the entire time and helped me breathe through it. The doctor did an incredible job at explaining what was going to happen and the instructions after. During the root canal, I didn't feel anything except a slight pressure, which is what he said would happen. Very happy with the experience. If I ever needed another root canal, I would come back.

I am absurdly scared of dentists in general, but especially so of the numbing shots even with nitrous! I just panic and I know that's not reasonable. Dr. Attar and his staff are unbelievable! He is calm and calming! Everything was explained completely and I sailed right through the shots.
