So I stop at the deodorant shelf, see a new product. The price is 114% more than what I pay for my current deodorant. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT SOMETHING SMELLS LIKE BEFORE I PURCHASE. I think it is a fair ask, especially at that price range. I make a very quick squeeze of the trigger on the back of my hand. At this time an assistant runs up to me to inform me that I am not allowed to test. Let that quickly sink in. Im just the person that complains online. The rest just wont return. Which is also the result of my visit. Hope this makes the person that instructed their staff to do this, think. Edit after one year: Can still remember the shame I felt this day. And I see this is not a business that responds. The bad taste remains.

Great pharmacists, Christo has been the responsible head of the pharmacy for many years, long before the upgrades. The pharmacist assistants are always professional. I always deal with Emile, or Roelof or a chap with the surname of Le roux. They are very knowledgeable and always courteous. Essential Health Brackenfell understands that good professional service goes a long way in building a brand. Well done to all the staff for consistently providing exceptional customer service.

We took our kods there for their vaccines and the ladies and nurses from the clinic inside the pharmacy were great! From the booking to the treatment itself. They even called the day before to ask if I am on medical aid and they ran the injections needed to check what portion the medical aid will pay etc. They were super proactive and they were so nice and friendly with the kids and encouraged them a lot and commended them on their bravery. Will go back there any day.

They went out of their way to assist me and find a way to get my prescription from another branch. The head pharmacist called me just as I was about to leave because there seemed to be no way from another pharmacist's tries, and helped me to get access to my prescription. It was really a lovely experience and it made me feel valuable as a customer that they would go the extra mile. Definitely my pharmacy of choice now.

I finally decided to give this pharmacy a try I’m so glad I went in ,I have nothing but great feedback the pharmacist are so kind a tall gentleman assisted me with registering me on their system to be able to get a script from the doctor They have a small make up section just for the basics The store is clean with enough staff to assist I had a great experience, you can tell this pharmacy is run well

I needed medication while on a business trip from JHB. Pharmacist was very friendly & extremely helpful. He actually went out of his way to assist me as far as possible. Normally the pharmacists in CT is not very helpful, but here I was proven wrong by Hennie Pelser. Thank you for the GREAT service. Medication is not expensive & no long queues.

This is a great pharmacy that is perfectly situated opposite McDonald's and the Brackenfell shopping centre, not far from the train station. The client service is always excellent and dispensing staff are very professional and courteous. I prefer this pharmacy because of their efficiency and their delivery record for my prescription medication.

This is the best pharmacy in Cape Town. Wish I could give you more stars . Every single pharmacist in this pharmacy is so friendly. Service is amazing. They're not expensive at all. It's just the ladies at the till ain't friendly. But keep up the good work.

Place was empty but may as well have been full. A certain staff member (who wasn’t wearing his name badge) literally took his time intentionally and then had the audacity to carry on with something else when I was next in line. Seriously???

I place a order my prescription at 9:00this morning to be delivered they tell me that they only do kuilsriver from 13:00pm and it only arrived now it's 16:34pm no phone call I had to phone the six times. Not a good service at all

Always helpful. Iv called with a severe migraine before in absolute tears they delivered my migraine kit and meds in 23mins. I couldn't believe it. Plus some of the friendliest staff. And clinic nurses are amazining with my baby.

Quick and efficient service. The clinic is also very well priced if you don't have a lot of money. They also do gp consultations. Blood tests ect. They have some pricing on the wall which prevents bill shock.

The worst customer service I've came across. One of their shop assistants followed me all round the shop when they were dozens of customers in the pharmacy. I asked her why and she said I'm doing my job.

Visited today, pharmaceutical staff were so friendly, but the cashiers unfriendly and plain rude. Costs nothing to greet customers and answer them when they ask how your day is going. Very disappointing

Very helpful staff. Very large Pharmacy. Would be good if they stayed open later or till curfew as an after hours pharmacy as many people need meds at night urgently then we need to go to M- Kem

I went there to get my prescription. The Pharmacists are friendly and efficient. I only spent 5 minutes and the store is clean and neat. The cashiers are also quick and efficient. Keep it up!!!
