I go there to break dollar bills sometimes by buying cheap gummies. But today, I went there after work! at around 5:30pm. I bought a small bag of gummies. The cost was $1.79. Asked the lady if I could get as much change back out of the 10 dollar bill I gave her to pay for the bag of gummies. She agreed. Instead, I get 8 quarters, 1 loony, and 1 dime back. Which adds to $3.10 back. I was not given my proper amount of change. I was ripped off instead. Even though I went back and told her that. But she said she gave me my proper amount. I don't care about getting my proper change back now. Its too late. . But I'm writing this review hoping this doesn't happen again.

I used to love coming here for gas and tims until those panhandlers started camping there. They are quite aggressive in asking for money and won't take no for an answer without telling them to eff off. They stand right by the door or they come up to the pump with the same story that they need money for a hostel. Pain in the butt. On top of that. Trying to avoid going into the store now but the pump are having issue reading my esso card sometime. It nice out today and it didn't read it after a few tries. They need to fix their card reader. I hope they enforce booting those panhandlers out.

I realy wish one of the employees could take some intitative to put some paper in the printers. The lady i talked to about this said that the walk is not that far. I said to her if its not that far rhen why didnt you bring it to me when i told you on the intercom that it was out of paper. Im thinking that since the prepay rule they have lost a large number of store sales and this is one way to get clients in the store. It may be but having an irritated client will not get you sales.

Prepaid $80.00 gas on my MasterCard only pumped $67.95. A few days later my credit card was charged for the full amount of $80.00. I noticed on the receipt they issued it shows form of payment cash tendered $80.00 change due $12.05. But I didn’t pay cash. Looks like the employee kept the $12.05 isn’t that theft? Also noticed the pc optimum number on the receipt does not match my optimum card. I’m also missing PC optimum points. Possible employee theft?

ESSO fuel station with 7-11 convenience store/lotto tickets and drive thru Tim Hortons and in store. One shared washroom which was "old" looking, dirt buildup in corners, only semi clean. Soap and toweling available available. Car wash used and was working well. Overall, a convenient place to fuel up and buy lotto tickets/car wash. Frustrating long line blocking car wash entrance for Tim Horton's DT.

On Oct 30th around 3pm the car wash was not working properly, I noticed halfway through the wash and it hardly cleaned my truck so I went into the store afterwards to speak to someone and nothing was done, she was not helpful at all. Customer service is not good here.

Everytime I come here it's a flip of a coins out if I'm going to get good service or bad service. They keep running an advertisement of a free luxury car was if they don't ask. It's such bs as to how the staff run/argue about it. It's

Advised me not to use the carwash as it was too dirty. Wouldn't give me the fuel discount as it was on at a different time.. Car was too dirty from the cities salt and this wash couldn't handle it... Kinda sad

The car wash is a complete scan, as I paid for the 13.99 wash, and got just a spray on my vehicle. Got a refund only after I made a complaint to the company. The photos are AFTER THE CAR WASH.

Not sure what the other bad reviews are for, I took my long box pickup through this car wash and it did just fine, didn't leave no salt or dirt behind and I was satisfied. 5 stars from me

The seem to always have what I assume is homeless people hanging around. One was standing at the door harassing customers who were coming and going so I didn't even stop on 20FEB2021.

If I could give a zero I would. They stole the propane tank my husband brought in to exchange after calling and confirming they would. Don’t trust them and don’t waist your money

The cities SLOWEST pumps. While my hubby was filling up,vi went inside wandered around buying snacks and drinks and by the time I got back her has only been able to pump in $30!

Our "go to" station to purchase fuel and our lotto tickets. Station is tidy, stocked and staff are, for the most part are pleasant and helpful. Always thank us for our business.

Usually a very busy location due to the Tim Hortons drive thru right by the pumps. Has a car wash, but again can be hard to access due to the set up of the pumps and drive thru.

I've always found it convenient for Gas if your in a hurry. This location is set up to push people through fast and theve done a very good job at it. No lines but always busy.

This place is price gouging big time! Been charging 179.9 for gas for the last several days now when all other gas stations are 169.9 and 164.9 and Costco is even cheaper!

Did what it supposed to do. It does seem to be a hangout for people experiencing hard times, though. Have not had any issues and I gas up there almost every 2 weeks.

It's a gas station. The loiterers lollying about on the curb out front can be bothersome but overall it's...a gas station. Convienient that it has a Tim's drive thru

They shouldn't let homeless people sit in front of their store and harrasing people for money. Made my visit very uncomfortable at 12:30 at night trying to get gas.

The car wash is better now than in the past. Quite expensive for a Luxury Wash and it zips through each phase very fast which seems un-luxurious to me.

I always get my gas here. For some reason they are cheaper than the surrounding gas stations. The place is generally organized well with good staff.

According to my father in-law, this station usually has one of the lower gas prices in the West End of Edmonton. He was correct.

I always get my gas here as well my lottery tickets. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Service is quick as well.

Slowest gas pumps in the city. It's nice to stop and smell the roses, but not when it smells like gas and it -40 out.

Pumps are sooo slow here. They’re about the same flow rate of you trying to suck molasses through a straw.
