Les prix sont très compétitifs et je suis certain que j'ai le meilleur pouvoir d'achat avec eux. Tout problème est réglé rapidement. Que vous achetiez ou non, le personnel vous accueille toujours dans leur magasin et s'empresse de vous servir. Ce magasin mérite son évaluation de 5 étoiles et est bien recommandé. Over the years, I bought a few computers at Etek Laptop and have always been satisfied. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They listen to your needs and will only sell you what is best for you and respect your budget. The prices are very competitive and I believe I get the best buys for my money. Any problem is solved rapidly. Whether you buy or not, the staff always makes you welcomed in their store and ready to tend to your needs. This store earned its 5 star rating and is highly recommended.

All I can say is what an incredible space! I came to look for a laptop an elderly person and pc for another home. Elie and Rola were extremely attentive to my needs and offered wonderful price friendly options for my needs. They really listened and provided great quality and functional systems that made everyone happy. In addition they work really well together and that carries out a positive vibe about the place that noticeable welcoming. I also spent more time than originally planned. The opportunity to check out the museum, that had me grinning and laughing with nostalgic recall of the various systems on display was too tempting. I remembered so many models that I had not seen in decades or from original magazine adds. Crazy how they have such a good collection so near by. What a pleasant surprise. With good pricing, excellent service, an opportunity to geek out on old computer models and great vibes overall from really nice people, I will be a repeat customer for sure.. I wanted to ask "I need a monitor that is UBS powered or that has a display port." As soon as I said I need a monitor that is USB powered the guy started yelling at me saying that doesn't exist, USBs are just for data transfer, and maybe it looks like a USB to me but it's not. I couldn't even finish my sentence to tell him I could also get a monitor with a display port because he was too busy making me feel stupid. I ended up just walking out and going next door to Top Laptop. The guy not only let me finish my sentence, but knew exactly what I was talking about and had what I was looking for. He showed me a review very similar to my experience on here. Glad to know I'm not the only one! DO NOT GO HERE. The guy's rude AF.

I wanted to take my son to see the museum that was on a Facebook post. I thought it would be just a little row of old computers. But, my son loved it so much we stayed for over an hour. Much more than I thought would be there, it took me back to some childhood favourites and some laughs. Owners are so nice and even turned an older computer on so my son could see. The time it took to label and sort all of the computers into chronological order and all the electronics was much appreciated. We left a small donation as a thank you to all the hard work. You must visit if your child is kinda a tech geek!!! He loved it !!!

I went to Etek with my family to take a look at some laptops for my mother and we suddenly out of the blue realized that there was a museum attached to this store. We found all sorts of computers/computer accessories/game consoles from the past few decades. Some of the stuff such as the computers were incredibly old and the systems were from the 1980's, Some were even as old as the 50's. It was an awesome experience to witness the past technology and how they evolved. I personally recommend this Museum, a "must see" to the newer generations like mine. I'd love to revisit this place in a few weeks...

I am buying computers there for several years now. Over all i've purchased about 6-7 laptops and several desktop computes. They all still in a full operational condition. The prices are fair and also great selection of products. They will always assist if there is an issue with any of the items. I had an issue with several power adaptors for laptops (a known issue) and they gladly exchange them. They will happily give you a discount or throw in some extra items with your purchase. Just be kind and polite.

One of the best used computers and printers in Montreal. Owner and employees are so sweet and helpful. Price wise, they are the best in whole Montreal area. Repairing wise, then you can count on their expertise : if your equipment is repairable, then they will repair it to you in a very affordable cost and in a very timely manner. And if your equipment is not repairable then they tell you right away and they do not waist your time at all by telling you stories. Highly recommended

Had Good experience buying several workstations & parts here. They have all types of computers, and some nice performance models for a reasonable price. ( peripherals too ) The Museum Section is exceptional & like taking a trip in time. The hardware I ordered was as expected and functions well. The staff accommodated changing needs quickly and professionally. The captain of this ship is knowledgeable & sharp and that's refreshing in this business.

Bought 2 electric cables for 2 different computers. After 2 days, one of the cables was defective. Had to purchase another at a different place since I needed it for a Business computers and the work was urgent. Took the one that was defective back. They have a no return policy. The lady did try to assist me, but because I used a Debit card, they system could not refund the Purchase. I had to buy some of equal value which I really didn't need.

Confirmed my order, sent me an email that it is ready to ship then sent me another email a day later cancelling my order claiming they had no stock. Saw the same unit on the site for a higher price... UPDATE... Vendor called me to explain that there was a mixup in inventory and with another order. I still won't get my product but they updated their website to reflect inventory. I'm not happy, but I appreciated their call and explanation.

El the shop owner is such a nice Guy. Needed some stuff and compared to many shop in Mtl this one has the price right. Even discounted when i needed more and Accepted the Faulty board and replace it no question ask. By far one of the best Computer shop on the island I had to add after a full year of needing IT stuff, Etek Laptop is a gem. My minong endeavor has paid well and one reason is El Karam. You can get some fantastic components here in good condition for a ridiculously low price. Totally worth stopping by to see what they happen to have in stock. Recent video cards, power supplies, monitors, etc all very reasonable. Very friendly owner top who seems passionate about his work. One of the last few remaining old-school "Mr Robot" computer shops. Highly recommend.

In an age where people are throwing out computers whenever the newest version comes out, I think that this buisness stands out for doing the right thing and refurbishing. I would give more stars if possible Purchased a used pc from etek to replace an old server. Was not able to access The data from the server because of hardware problems. He offered me free parts to fix the problem on the server and found me a technician to resolve all my issues. Thank you very much to the owner!!

Been buying computers from them for a couple years now, prob 4-5 desktops as well as a few power supplies and other accessories, I've yet to have an issue with anything except for a faulty power supply, which they exchanged for me with no fuss. Great deals, it's a real hidden gem.

It is now 4 years I have a Dell latitude 6410 and never add a problem and I just went in to update the same laptop to add sdd and increase memory at a good price, it took only 30 minutes and everything works great.

It worth going there for the museum that the owner build. Amazing! Beside that, I was welcomed very well by the staff, they fixed my laptop right on the spot, and they have decent prices. I would recommend!
