I have purchased RO Water @ R1 per litre for over 11 Months from the store .I only have 20l and not 25l Containers. Today I get told "They cant help it if I have a 20l container and will do me a favour only this time by charging me for 20l.The cash register is programmed for 25L which is R25 and that is what I will pay for 20l" Fortunately there is an alternative supplier in Rinaldo Road and I will NEVER shop at EURO Spirit again. I must add that the Staff of the store are an absolute pleasure to deal with its the owner with that sort of attitude.

The folk here are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They wont try to sell you something you dont need. They have a big selection of marine and freshwater fish as well as snakes/reptiles and all the things needed to keep them happy. This is more of a personal passion driven place rather than a chainstore. Probably more suited to those folk who are serious about specialist pets than for kids who want to pet the animals.

Every time my wife and i go into this store, the staff seem to be going out of their way to just help you! I bought two frozen mice(jumper mice)this morning. Got to my store two feed two snakes only to find i got the two largest mice possible! This just upsets me!! Ether ur staff do not know how to run,manage,help or this is a peace job for your staff! Worst pet store hands down!!

Very nice pet shop that is tucked away off the road. Very friendly and helpful staff who run a very clean and happy petstore. They have a small selection of animals and a large variety of fish. They have lovely display of very large fish. They have a nice selection of toys and treats for pets and some of the stock you don't get anywhere else especially their budgie selection.

I have to give credit where credit is due this afternoon I went to euro spirit it was packed full of pets fish hamster birds etc I bought 6 fish from there which was onlyR20 this is not just a shop it was home so whoever wants to go there don't hesitate the staff was extremily helpful and the man who was in the wheel chair was also helpfull THANKS

They open at 8am which is a huge bonus. Not the best priced but the location is convenient and my brand is almost always in stock. The staff load purchase into your vehicle and parking is always available. I don't shop there for anything apart from dog food (Montego 25kg goes for R420/R450). There's also fish, birds and certain reptiles for sale.

Not too impressed. I asked for advice on compatible tank mates for my dwarf gourami and they gave me a fish that is constantly harassing my gourami and angel fish. I would recommend you do your homework and only go in to buy what you are looking for and not ask them for advice.

Expected more! The owner Shaun is one of the most knowledgeable person I know regarding fresh and salt water fish. Minus him the shop becomes less knowledgeable and his reflected in the way they assist you. I expected more and was disappointed.

My Mexican Red Rump tarantula, Lady Agwa, will only eat crickets. She will not eat mealworms or roaches. So as she has grown to almost the size of my hand. She likes her crickets a little bigger. In th whole of Durban North only 2 places

Very dismissive and unwelcoming staff. Staff very unwilling to assist; and, lack of subject and product knowledge,... especially relating to fish and aquarium products. Very disappointing and pathetic service.

Good range of food, medication and other suppliments for especially marine hobby. Helpfull advice from assistant Magic. Sean is a well experienced hobbyist himself always willing to help.

Went to many other stores in Durban who could not help with my algae problem. Sudhir and staff gave me advice and sold me the correct product that sorted out my nightmare in a week!

Best priced Montego Dog food in the area, and very friendly and helpful staff. They always have someone available that will carry the dog food to your car as an added extra.

it's not a bad place and there is a variety of cool animals. they gives us excellent service and friendly animals. I don't know how they do that but keep up a good work
