Fourth time travelling to London by train, first time since brexit, and this has a very negative effect on my experience. We were too late for passport control and therefore not allowed to board. There was no way of changing our booking as online and telephone service were unavailable. Hence, we had to buy a new ticket which cost us more than the total of our return ticket. The time benefit of travelling by train are undone by the fact that you have to be there 1.5 hours in advance. Process should be shorter and more streamlined. Telephone or online service should be available at all times.

While checking in on the Eurostar to London, I had all my data on the dutch coronacheck app. The best employee you guys probably have (Anjelica), Informed me, calmed me down, helped me out to find my data in the right form. Because of her help I could continue my journey to see my big brother and his baby boy. Day 2 of less regulations bring stress to all. Anjelica kept her head cool, stayed friendly, patience and helpful. So @Anjelica; if you get sick of your job and want a new career in Telecom, let me know Cheers!

3,5 uur zitten wachten in een overvolle terminal om dan te horen dat je trein geannuleerd wordt. Op zich al vrij teleurstellend natuurlijk maar wat het nog erger maakte is dat er vanuit Eurostar amper support en nazorg werd geleverd. Op het perron kregen we heel onduidelijke informatie, wel werd gezegd dat we alle kosten terug zouden krijgen. Tot op heden heb ik de terugreis niet vergoed gekregen… Erg slechte service, ik zou het niet aanraden om met Eurostar te reizen

Eurostar cancelt je trein de avond van tevoren en geeft vervolgens op de website aan dat je geen recht hebt op een refund. Op mails tweets telefoontjes e.d. wordt niet gereageerd. Dit geldt voor mij maar ook voor heel veel mensen die al maanden of zelfs jaren geleden hun geld terug hadden moeten krijgen en genegeerd worden. Volgende keer weer gewoon vliegen naar Londen of eventueel met de boot, dit is absoluut geen betrouwbaar alternatief.

I have had the pleasure of travelling with Eurostar 2 times from Rotterdam Centraal and so far I have been met with kindness and support. Plus, if you go early enough as indicated you go pretty quickly through all the checks and could wait in the lounging area where it has outlets to charge your phone. Last time I travelled was on a hot day, so they even offered me a free water bottle. Definitely a better alternative than a flight.

Staff are mostly amazing here. There was one guy who was a manager, not as helpful. Depending on which escalator you come up there are no signs to indicate were to go. There are clear signs to business premier. When we mentioned about the limited signs to the manager he didn't seemed bothered or entertained. I've taken a picture to show the signs to indicate to go to passport control as you come up the escalator. There are zero.

Inmiddels 3 weken terug gemaild en tot op heden niets ontvangen. Bij de klantenservice in Brussel ben ik netjes te woord gestaan. Maar ik moest een mail sturen om geholpen te worden. het personeel van Eurostar had een verkeerde ticket geboekt voor mij waardoor ik een nieuwe tickets moest kopen. Volgens de Eurostar medewerker was dit onterecht en ik zou deze fout van de medewerkers vergoed krijgen. Maar niets gehoord nog.

2022/ September Prima manier om in Londen te komen, St-Pancras station, daarvoor 5 sterren. Geen 5 uur van te voren aanwezig moeten zijn zoals nog in Juni toen wij vlogen vanaf Schiphol. Het grote probleem is de slechte after sales afdeling en communicatie met de betalende klant, rampzalig !! Hiervoor 1 ster.

Not helpful staff. Couldnt help us online, on the phone and at the gate so we needed to buy a new ticket. Contact via the website of Eurostar.com also doesn't work. And i can't find an email address or a person. Worst customer services i have ever experienced,

Compact waiting area with a few facilities like restrooms, power plugs at most of the seats, coffee and snacks vending machine. Seating is limited though, people who were last to arrive had to wait for the train standing or sitting on the floor.

Easily reachable but the waiting room inside is rather small so gets crowded very quickly. If you have a long wait it's better to not check in too early and get a fresh coffee at the main station.

Great service. Always very fast and convenient. Took me less than 30 minutes to get through security and border control. Staff very friendly and nice views over Rotterdam Centraal.

They cancelled the train 40 minutes before departure time so many passengers are already in the tiny lounge. We were only notified by email, not by the station staff. … Meer

It's important to know there are two lounges for travellers. One is premium and the other for regular passengers. Comfortable and great place to people watch.

Security is swift. Why you are made to wait in weird cramped corridor/room upstairs I do not know - there’s a huge platform that would be nicer to wait on!

The best Eurostar terminal I’ve been to. Modern, light, with ample seating space. Just needs a few more signs, as it is behind the gateline.
