Bought a brand new bike from them but 2 weeks the bike needed repair. The staff were friendly and fixed it free of charge as I was within warranty. Not gonna lie I was upset so they sat me on the sofa, gave me tea and biscuits and I was feeling much better.. (Kidding but the service they provided is superb).
