The worst owners, everytime I enter this store I’m barely helped when asked. Workers and owners have prioritize their conversations over checking customers out. And I was profiled when shopping, the owners aggressively dig through my bag when I had no reason to suspect me stealing. Black people send your money elsewhere 0/10

Counterfeit products!!! I’m a cosmetologist I’ve invested a lot of money at this place I realized the high end toners I usually get and decided to purchase here were just damaging my hair not toning. I doubt they’ll reimburse me for unused products . When asking for opinion on colors they don’t know .

I purchased the most expensive extension there because they said I can color and bleach them. Well now I’m in the salon and that say that there’s now way you can die these extensions. Now I can return it because of the policy. Just threw away 230$.
