“Where Art Meets Experience.” A perfect description of Suzie Marty’s whimsical Everett & Charlie Art Gallery in cozy Linden Hills. Named after her two precious grandchildren, Suzie displays, sells and supports some 60 artists’ work, many who live in the neighborhood and Everett & Charlie was voted “Minnesota's Best Art Gallery” in 2021 by readers of the Star Tribune. I deeply admire the creativity and energy Suzie puts into her retail business, including a summer sidewalk music series, pop-up fairs, and collaborative alley initiatives with Fernando and Ka at Harriet Brasserie. Suzie is consistently working to make her business go. A million-dollar smile and personality to match doesn’t hurt either.

This is a great place. Really compelling pieces, at great prices. You can walk in and walk out with ART, and not feel like you spent a lot of money. The woman who runs this place used to curate at the airport or something, so she KNOWS all these artists... and so she carries LOTS of good work, by a variety of people. It's a cut above your average gallery-store. I usually find those are either way too expensive, or the work isn't that good. This work is really good. And you afford it. Check it out.

Everett & Charlie is a cute place to shop for items made by local artists. The also feature music on some occasions and live demonstrations on other occasions. This place is worth checking out. Ps... The Harley family is wonderful to watch if you get a chance to see them around the Christmas holiday season. Great show!

Variety and quality and so many Minnesota touches! Walking under the purple awning and right into a world of art. You can't just come for a peek because there is so much to catch your eye! What a quaint place for this beautiful gallery! Congratulations to Suzie the talent behind this fabulous place.

This is just what I expect to find in Linden Hills--it's local, eclectic, and bursting with beautiful things. You will find something cool to decorate your home, gifts for friends, and things like jewelry for yourself. It's a bright, fresh space and experience and I love it!

I like the place very much, but not the opening times. I know that small businesses which are open on weekends are closed on Mondays, but this gallery is closed Monday AND Tuesday AND Wednesday AND half of Thursday. I don’t want want to make an appointment just to browse.
