Our family were with Lance for few years. Everything went smoothly until last year. I guessed due to my husband and I had extra/multiple income, I received Notice of amended assessment from ATO. It was mentioned the amount of debit that I have to pay back. My husband and I were freaking out as 1st time happened to us and I were pregnant at the time. I called and sent email to Lance straight so he could help me out. However, the only response I received from his email that It relates to my husband income. When he completed my return I had mentioned that my income was the same. It is not clear to us as I went back to check my husband income and it was not like what Lance explained so I contacted Lance again. Despite of multiple phone calls, emails and voicemails from us, no response received from Lance after that. We felt very disappointed as we were being ignored. I don’t blame him for the ATO paid back, sometimes thing happened but please at least get back to your customers if they need assistance since you are their accountant. I do not recommend Lance service if you have family with extra/multiple incomes.

I have consulted Lance for my financial needs for about a decade. I feel the advice and services I have received are comprehensive, up to date and well informed. I have recommended many friends and colleagues to Lance and will continue to do so in the future. He is always ready and able to answer any questions I have and I found him especially helpful when I first started earning an income from property. I always receive friendly and professional service. Although I was unable to physically attend an appointment during the pandemic, I found the remote consultation just as thorough and professional, a transition many businesses have struggled with. I couldn't recommend this company enough! 100% will continue to engage for my accounting needs.

We were with Lace for a few years, great bloke, and knows his stuff! BUT, due to unforeseen circumstances, he did not back to us with an explanation and ghosted us. We get people make mistakes, that's fine, we just wanted an explanation that we couldn't understand - This was really disappointing. I recommend his integrity to my mates and family, but have now rescinded everything about him and his business. It's been more then 12 months for him to make it right, but...nothing...very unfortunate..

If you have an online business, Lance is the man to do your books, he knows his stuff. Don't waste your time with people who don't understand eBay fees, Paypal fees, international GST exemptions, it's complicated and highly specialised work. Lance gets it. He used to do my tax at another firm. When he left, I made the mistake of staying with the company, and the new guy bollocksed things up pretty badly. I'm going back to Lance now, I've learnt my lesson!

I used to think all accountants were the same until someone referred me to Lance a few years ago.
