"Questionable Integrity or Simply Unfortunate Experiences?" My experience with this company has left me with doubts about its integrity. Right from the start, when I found a house through this agency, I had concerns about their trustworthiness. After agreeing on a price and just before signing the contract, I was asked to increase it due to a higher offer from someone else, which made me feel pressured and uneasy. Even after signing the contract, I faced more issues. The agent requested the security deposit in cash to expedite the maintenance process, but unfortunately, the promised maintenance never started or finished on time. As a result, I had to reschedule my shipment delivery, incurring additional costs. To my surprise, two months after moving in, the same agent contacted me about the owner's intention to sell the house and requested viewing appointments. The agent claimed not to have known about the intention to sell, which raised more questions for me. Adding to my frustration, the same agent managed to sell the house within a year, leading to another move and additional agent fees and logistics costs. All these incidents have left me with a lingering question mark regarding the integrity of the agent or if it was simply a series of unfortunate events. I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.

We moved our apartment over from long term rentals to short term rentals when Anjouli set up the Vacation Homes arm of Exclusive Links a year ago. She has been fantastic to work with - she is extremely professional, honest and has the knowledge and skills to ensure both the owners and people who rent are all looked after. She always has time to answer any queries - nothing is a problem to her! In more recent times I have communicated with Karen on a number of occasions and she is the same and always very helpful also! When you are an owner from abroad, it is very important that you trust the company / people who are looking after your property.
