I am very disappointed with the service I received by Claire she argued with another customer while checking me out then proceeded to dismiss my interest in a coat that I wanted to order online and said she wouldn't be able to assist me and when i went to place the size that didn't fit me she barged into me and said excuse me rudley as I was browsing the other coat options

The staff is rude, they're breathing down your neck but probably because the manager is riding them hard. The manager Francis besides dripping sweat all over you and blowing hot rank breath in your face is very combative, hostile and argumentative. Will NEVER set foot in that store EVER again!

One time I bought a dress from here for a wedding. The place was pretty much what you expect from a corporate chain clothing store. It's clean, the staff are pretty cool, and you leave with mild body image issues. Express did it's job!

Good staff work there, forget about any coupons guys the new manager An Asian woman is the worst Ive ever encountered. Treats her customers like THEY owe her something and like she is doing me a favor to spend money at that store.

You can choose well for it was all organized. The only store that almost has the stuff you want at a very reasonable rate. The bag I bought here was of good quality. Even my friends liked it so much. I would recommend this place.

Wow amazing selection but what impressed me more was Blanca the store associate she was extremely helpful and even went out of her way to help with ways to get the most discount on my purchase. I highly recommend shopping here!

For some reason, I can not seem to find nice items here. Every time I come by, I hardly ever find anything suiting to me. The Topanga mall location has a better selection.
