Brought our daughter to this mall for the American Girl experience. I decided to browse through Express. Two separate associates lingered around areas where myself, my boyfriend and our daughter were shopping. We didn’t want to assume we were being followed so we continued browsing and once to the back of the store it was apparent. It was extremely uncomfortable so I left without even making my purchase which was all the more upsetting. To the black female associate, you should be ashamed of yourself. You know this experience and I’m confident in that. The big black man walking around in the hoodie with his hat on backwards carrying a big American Girl Doll bag happens to be an elementary school principal. I myself, the black woman with the locs….a licensed mental health clinician. I should not have to explain that to any store associate to be seen as a “buying customer”. Disgusting and disturbing this experience was

If I could rate this store lower than a one star I would. The employees who work there look terrified of their manager, Mariah, who is treating them like garbage. I guess their GM is ok with that. Most other stores wouldn't let that fly. All she seems to do is give them more work when she lags around doing nothing and saying to other employees not to stand around. While girls are doing their best to handle guests and the basic maintenance of the store. When I asked for a fitting room they were all full to the brim with clothes and honestly I regret making the trip there. It's a good thing H&M is next door.

I went to the store to pick up my high heels. The cashier, whose name I don’t know but I’ll add the photo, was rude. When I asked to try on my shoes (because it was an online order and I wanted to confirm the size), she threw them at me, which shocked me. If you tired of your job maybe you need to take a day off and don’t put your attitude on clients

Really sad that you can't shop without being profiled. I walked in the store and immediately was on their radar as they faked to want and help but realiaity is they were watching me to see if I was trying to steal. I over heard the associates on their walkie-talkies telling one another my location. Very disappointing experience.

Had a bunch of great stuff with great prices. Things were 25 bucks when they were showing for 40 or 50 online. Worth stopping by, great cloths and quality is always on point here.

This is a really clean, organized Express despite high traffic since it's in Water Tower Place. It also has a great selection of ties, which often have great deals.

Everyone knows Express is the best!! So upset! This location doesn't have their times updated! I drove and got here to find out they close at 7PM!! Come onn …

It's a big place, staff were nice. Clothes were mostly all the same with dresses and stuff, they have jewelry and belts and shoes there. It's a bit expensive.

I was very satisfied as always. The quality of the product is great. I purchased 5 items and spent less than $100. They also honor military discounts.
