My husband and I had a storage unit for a year at this location, within a year our unit was broken into and the bandits had the courtesy of putting a new lock. Out of the whole year our phone calls were answered only a handful of times and the main doors are usually locked with no one in sight; I guess it was our luck when we tried. David helped in removing the new lock so we may place again one of our own personal locks after going back and forth with my husband over this issue. We informed him of the items we were missing and he stated someone would be reaching back out to us, that was 2 months ago and we have not received a follow up phone call. My husband calls today and speaks to Christy, she was of no help whatsoever, instead she argued over the fact we placed our own personal lock and stated we bought their lock when we got the unit. She did not want to provide corporate/ upper managements phone number or email so we can forward our complaint. After doing a quick google search we found it. We won’t be returning to this unit nor referring anyone here.

Unfortunately our circumstances that directed us to rent a storage unit was unexpected & heartbreaking. Monica comforted my family and I during these trying times. Not only was she professional, she was very empathetic. People like her are greatly needed and appreciated within the customer service realm. She attended to all our storage needs as she multitasked her commitment to your company passionately. All the while connecting with each individual she encountered while taking care of us. Monica should be celebrated for all her hardwork and dedication. It has been a pleasure crossing paths at this moment in our lives. THANK YOU!

My experience here has been amazing the young lady Monica that attended me yesterday had the most warming attitude very nice. It's very important that you have good public relations with your clients or customers, it leaves a very good and outstanding impression of the place I give it a thumbs up for sure Thank you Monica for making me feel like I matter and keeping my belongings is very important as well. Other places from experience didn't care they were rude, and all about business didn't care of our feelings nor struggles so thank you Extra Space Storage for your employee Ms. Monica.

Monica was a very professional and very helpful person very articulate she handled all my needs had an answer for every question that I asked These are the type of individuals that businesses need nowadays Hello everybody, this is an update from the prior post. The individuals that are currently running the place lack any of the predecessors abilities, and thenoticed this company has been continually raising the rent. Its become money hungry they continuously raise the rent. They don’t care for the customers I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

This review is not a reflection of the staff. They were nice, which is why I gave this location ant stars. This location reminds you of the adage "you get what you pay for" This location does not have electricity in the units. REALLY. So I can see me stuff. Okay, and the units are whatever is older than old. Not certain what you would put in this location but if it has ANY value to you, you may want to spend a few extra dollars for better units, and lights!

I highly recommend this location. The customer care that is received is exceptional and the staff goes above and beyond for their customers!!!! Any question or problem that is brought to their attention is addressed ASAP and working with Monica is great. Monica gives it her all when working with customers in making sure all their needs are met. She is very professional and prompt at addressing all issues that are brought to her attention.

Went into this location And had one of the worst experiences ever! From the time I entered Lauren Delgado Was rude Price gouging and trying to offer me services that I didn’t want and didn’t need saying it was mandatory. Wouldn’t listen to my needs rather over talked me and offered me the options she felt I needed. Definitely need supervision or better training cause it cost the company a customer.

Renting online was a very easy process. Never done that before! Ran into a hurdle at first with some miscommunication online compared to what the lot actually had. But extra space storage was able to upgrade me to bigger unit for a better deal. I really appreciate their help and they are very responsive as well. I Look forward to keeping my valuable things here for a while. Thanks again

be careful renting from this property, they will raise your rent by almost 100 dollars with zero warning or notice from them at all and then offer a 10 dollar credit off next months bill to compensate for it! Terrible people to do this to a long time customer especially right before Christmas!!! The grounds have been trashed for months as well! Place has went WAY downhill!

Unfortunately, I had to leave one star, but this is a very predatory business that consistently raises the rent I’ve had the unit there for quite some time and now I’m gonna take all 3 units out. I have Had the unit for a couple years they should be grateful. The staff changes continuously it’s like going to,a McDonald’s always different employees.

Alex and Monica are a great team. Alex reviewed online rental agreement , I had completed a few days earlier, meantime Monica was preparing unit selection, access code, and lock demonstration. Afterwards she showed me the unit and was pleased with it. Yes, I recommend this location.

Monica went out of her way to contact me about the extra services, and a great reminder to take photos of my belongings. I had questions and if she did not have answers then she would retrieve them as soon as possible. A pleasant person to speak to.

Monica is so helpful a big difference from the previous manager. She was able to take care of me and keep me on the property as I was about to relocate. She went above and beyond was I expected and is always available with any concerns I may have!

I been with extra space for 4 years! I love my units. Secure place to store. The office personnel are amazing, I love Blanca and Carlos. They are very helpful and friendly.

Blanca is super easy to work with and she made sure all my questions were answered. The storage units look very good and I trust my furniture will be safe here.
