I have not encountered a better customer service department in a very long time. The company must provide training to direct the attention of the employees in a customer service oriented manner. Erik has assisted me through numerous obstacles and difficulties. The owner has gone the distance in customer-oriented decisions. I'm impressed with the service these guys give me, and how friendly and helpful they are. I dealt mainly with Jose, but everyone I've met in the staff are very eager to please and inform, and I love the fact that the spaces are all on one level. The only thing I'd like to see is them switch the punch-in keypads as you have to get out of your car on both sides to punch in and out, a weird oversight that I can't figure out that hasn't been fixed by now. Other than that, a great reasonably priced place to store.

Clean, secure, and friendly, Courtney and Jose always knew my name. They made themselves available to help me out whenever I needed. I would recommend these guys to all my friends. No worries about getting stuck with an upstairs unit, as all units are conveniently located at ground level for easy access. I had a 10 x 20 unit, and the price for my driveway accessible unit was less than the upstairs units at nearby locations, and I got the first month free.

This is such a great location! The front office people are very friendly and helpful. It was my first time using a storage space and the help line and front office made things so much smoother and fixed me up with a great deal. When I called about a mix up in payment, Jose was super kind and helped me right away. I definitely recommend this location especially for CSUN students and first timers, as it is only 7 minutes away from the dorms!

Setting up my reservation and account with Extra Space was so easy and the representive was very professional and helpful. Within 10 minutes I had my unit reserved and paid for. I was able to sign the contract on line and did not have to leave my home to take care of the transaction. I won't be storeing anything for a couple of weeks but wante to reserve the great price they were offerring. I would recomend them.

The management is professional and friendly, they have helped me with a variety of items from cutting my lock when I lost my keys to crediting my account when I mistakenly moved out after my billing cycle. We were fortunate to be lead to the Northridge facility of Extra Space Storage and meet the manager, Jose, who carefully answered all our questions and assisted us in renting a large 10 x 35 foot storage space to hold all our household goods and belongings. The process was simple and we would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage in the San Fernando Valley.

Jose the store manager is awesome. I had an issue at the call center where the guy screwed up and gave me a facility in a completely different state. Jose jumped on it, fixed everything within 20 mins or so and gave me a discount for my troubles. Great customer service. He walked me through the instruction of the facility. Helped me out with the lock etc… I’m happy. Ty Jose!!!

Having had a unit couple years prior in Lancaster with them and that being a fantastic experience is what led me to the one in Northridge. The plan was to rent a unit for a month and now 5 years later I transferred to a larger unit. They keep a good eye on everything, always clean, helpful, professional. Also the lowest prices from what I found; they r the bomb

They have the best employees and managers I have ever seen, they are super friendly and helpful. But can’t say the same thing about the greedy company. They raised my storage fee $100 a couple months after I got my unit and I was told it’s because of inflation. That’s just a joke, I wouldn’t recommend this company. Save your money and find another company.

I was looking for a small storage space at a good price and I found this place on Google. Saw it had good reviews and decided to give it a shot. The facility is very clean and well maintained by the looks of it. Juan was helpful at setting me up to be up and running and had answers to any questions I had. Overall, it was a quick and easy experience.

This location ended up not being where I needed it to be, however, Jose was able to assist me in finding a location that best suit my needs. He also, patiently, took his time to help me find the best deals! From being a long-time Extra Space Storage customer for over 10 years, customer service like Jose’s will keep me returning for years to come!

Easy to get to. Jose was very helpful in choosing the unit I need and tried to help me get a better rate by telling me all the deals available. The place is single level and drive up access for anyone who cares. They have insurance you can buy for your stuff if you need it and its not expensive. I got a 5000$ coverage for 26$. Everything was professional And so comfortable for me and everything I needed and more was provided. They really went out of their way for me to be happy with my service from the very get go. Jose and Juan were great! I made a r sevatuon for a spot and I got a phone and an email from Juan within 5 minutes to set an appointment to view the space. The next day Jose met with me when I came and was very professional and patient.

I parked my 40’ RV there for 3 months and never had a problem. They have lights and cameras and I never felt like I had to worry about it while it was parked there. The manager, Jose, is awesome. Super nice and helpful. Very impressed!
