Using a different Google account but I just had to leave a review for the outstanding Ms.Michelle Bermudez(assistant store manager)!! I can't even describe in words how amazing she is! I only went into my storage unit for one item and noticed there was finally an opening on the bottom row(we all despise climbing that ladder lol). I asked Michelle if I was able to switch from the top to the available bottom unit and she immediately went into action. She quickly retrieved my account, gave me the details on the new unit and BAM; I was all set and SO HAPPY! She even offered to go and sweep/sanitize my new unit but it was already cleaned out. Michelle is one of the best associates I've come across while using this storage space and I hope every customer has the pleasure of meeting & engaging with her. Michelle is the BEST Extraspace employee you guys ever hired. For two years of being with this company, she has provided outstanding service. She makes sure your unit is properly locked and locks dont look damaged or messed with, she patrols the isles every now and then to make sure that everything looks ok for every unit, shes very on top of her stuff. As long as she works for this company ill always stay, i never had an issue with my unit as long as she worked for the building i was in. However i cannot speak for other locations. Michelle has made a huge impact for this company and deserves recognition for it.

It’s a great storage facility and so close to my house but unfortunately they increased my rent by 50%! I understand business though but I had to move my stuff out lol. I got the smallest unit and didn’t even have it half way filled up so it wasn’t worth it to me(attached photo for your reference) Staff is very helpful and friendly in person and over the phone! Sucks but I’m off to find a different facility :( Just an fyi this facility isn’t climate controlled. Not an issue for me but keep in mind if storing anything that needs to be in a certain temperature.

Went into this storage looking to rent a unit for my move. Michelle assisted me with great service and her personality is like no other. She guided me to the perfect sized unit and she also made the move in the easiest thing ever. Thanks Michelle! Workers like her are always needed in this type of environment. I came to this location with my daughter to get some things from her storage thing. I met with a new employee Jarred who was so helpful, I would’ve never imagined he was new, very patient and knowledgeable about the company. While leaving I was able to meet the Store Manager he said name was Jay and he also was just very nice and eager to listen and solve whatever issues came about. I felt impelled to recognize these 2 for their professionalism.

I’ve been at this location for 10 years. It started as cubesmart and it became EXTRA SPACE STORAGE. Ever since Extra storage space took over. The level of customer service has gone up tremendously. For example, Keith Miles is always kind, courteous and professional. Always makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I wish I could give them 10 stars but I can only give them five. Luckly I met SAM, who was running the show on Sunday at Extra Storage in 321 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn. I felt very welcomed, entertained, and explained of all the things I needed to know to keep our storage safe. She was very friendly and helpful.

The Assistant Manager Michelle was very very knowledgeable & polite. I walked in inquiring about a unit and she was very informative. I felt very satisfied when I left. Once I move into my new place, I will be returning and renting a unit.
