I had the best experience ever! When I was having a tough time with the movers and realized I needed a bigger unit, Rachel helped me manage the difficult situation on both ends flawlessly. She is a total rockstar and made me feel safe and protected. The facility is beautiful, air conditioned and the staff is the best!! Update: After using the storage facility for almost a year, I am disappointed to share the feedback from today's experience. While being with the facility, the rent increased twice in less than a year by over 25%. When I asked how I was notified about the second rent increase, the person on the phone at the facility said a letter was mailed to me. I said I had not received a letter and asked if I could be emailed a copy of the notification. He said he would try to get that for me. The previous rent increase came with a text message alerting me of the change, and there was no text notification this time. I also checked my email and logged in to my account, and there was no record of the increase anywhere. He began speaking aggressively to me and then hung up on the phone on me without confirming whether or not he could send the rent increase documentation. To summarize, I have no documentation noting the increase in the rent and the price has gone up over $100 from $309 my first month to $411 this month. DO NOT consider this storage facility unless you are prepared to have your rent raised ridiculously and without notice.

Elle the Assistant Manager was superb in her Customer Service Skills . She was handling 2 customers when I called and she took the time to determine my needs and then asked if she could put me on hold for 3-5 mins while she completed service with the two customers in front of her. Then checked back with me in 3 minutes to reassure me that she had not forgotten me and was completing her transaction with the 2nd cyst and would be with me soon. She made sure she called me by the name I wanted to be called, was friendly, funny, efficient and quick in completing my contract. I haven’t even been there yet, yet feel confident the experience onsite will be equally as efficient and to expectations and how Elle described to me every step of the way! Thank you!

Thankful for such amazing Staff members and Management, Andreina Beraha and Norman Fonseca. My mom had to move out the building next door because her building was being condemned. The compassion Andreina showed through this hard moment for my mom is unheard of. She definitely values her job and executes phenomenal Customer Service, which honestly is hard to find these days. The storage facility is always clean. Andreina and Norman were always willing to answer any questions if needed and always greeted you with a warm smile. The simplest things, go a long ways. The space is fine.but I am not happy with the person that work there . i am a women and I told the guy that work on this storage that I was interest to rent a space and ask him where should I park and he say a cross street , my husband come after me and ask him where should I park and he open the garage for my husband , even that the storage space is in my name the person that work there give my husband the code and from the storage space that I rent for I think this is super sexiest, or preconceptions that’s was so disrespectful. Andreina fishes for reviews she posts online for people to give her 5 star reviews because she says it helps boost her pay at work. She randomly get people she talks to on the street that have never had a true experience at extra space brickell office. Not for nothing but I think that was pretty stupid and sad of her to go fishing like that lol so I’m sure plenty reviews here are BOGUS Thanks again extra space storage for the fake reviews and even bigger thanks for hiring scammers like this to boost your profile. I was looking for a storage space & before going to the big one I pass every day, I searched locally and found this newer storage, close to me, with great reviews. I had such a pleasant experience. The manager was super helpful, showing us the size unit we wanted to see, explained the process & accessibility. There security is great, access is flexible & he was very nice. Offered us two deals to get a better rate. Really great location.

From the very first contact with the employees of that place I could tell that this place was better than average. However, my last interaction with Andreina was just amazing. She went above and beyond to do all she could to make sure my needs were attended to. I am very thankful and I think Extra Space Storage is lucky to have an employee like her! Extra Storage Space is very clean and conveniently located to Brickell/Downtown Miami. In addition, the customer service at this location is great - especially Rachel. She helped me to secure a last minute storage unit and recommended the perfect size unit after assessing my needs. She is friendly and very responsive. Walked in to a bright, sparkling clean room, greeted by two warm and friendly folks behind the counter. We are moving, so we needed lots of packing and boxes and wrap etc from which the gentleman helped us choose the proper sizes and the woman graciously smiled and offered us a water or a Coke - my favorite drink. We will be back to get more supplies and highly recommend them.

Not only is it clean, reasonably-priced and easily accessible from Key Biacayne, but the woman who helped us — Andreina — is AWESOME. Great place to store your belongings if you’re looking for somewhere in Brickell. The facility is gated + secured and is always clean. There are also plenty of carts which can be an issue at some storage places. Andrea in the office is so incredibly nice and helpful when we’ve needed her assistance. We really appreciate you all!

Came here to visit the storage, and to check if there are units available. The light sign says it's open, the open hours sign says the same, but there is no one inside or answering the phone.
