It's starting to look more & more like a bait & switch going on. I reserved a unit for $36 because it was supposed to be 24/7 access but when I get there to confirm the unit, it's not 24/7. Then I ask about using my own lock & the front desk woman says I can't use my own lock. Storage unit that doesn't allow use of your own lock? Sounds suspicious to me. So I'm looking at the half lock package they gave me (seemed like it was a multi-lock pack they just cut in half, but wanna charge $20 per lock) & the rest of the lockers & I'm thinking hmmm, we all got the same kind of locks - what's to stop someone from using THEIR lock key to access mine or someone else's locker? Quite sure the insurance for the lockers wouldn't agree with that going on. Then I ask about if I could have mail or a package delivered - only to be told no. So can't use my own lock, can't have mail delivered, restroom closed & locked when office closes, no 24/7 access even though it said that would be the case for Premium membership - is this REALLY Extra Space Storage, or... some other kind of joint? Cause the last time I had an Extra Space Storage locker 3 yrs ago at another facility, it wasn't like this. Might contact corporate for further clarification on matters.

Always clean, the staff members are always so nice and very helpful. The units are in excellent condition. Customer service is just wonderful. For example: i called to pay over the phone one day, after playing phone tag for a couple hours and a gentleman i was speaking with went the extra mile to help me out. It was the final day of my grace period before they tack on that late fee. I was like .32 cents short and he took care of that. Even though it was only .32 cents, he didn't have to do that. He could have told me well, you're short so you get the late fee. Instead he called several times to reach me and made sure I was able to pay it via phone since it was late and store was closed. He was super patient with the situation. I recommend this place over all and I will continue to rent from them when needed.

Very friendly professional staff. They helped find the perfect unit for my needs. Never tried to push me into renting any units just educated me on the sizes, how it works and gave me a tour to see all the different sizes. I actually had 2 units and needed to cancel out one of them. They made it very simple for me to do that. No Hassel. No questions just helped me get it done. The manager who helped me this afternoon on a Saturday was outstanding! I will definitely be coming back to this location when I need to open up a 2nd unit again. The only reason I canceled this one was due to my suv being able to fit in my newer garage. No longer needing this large unit. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs!!

The price at this place is amazing, the storage rooms, and security is out of this world. However, it would have been a five star if not for the fact that when I went in to confirm that I was moving out, the girl at the front was on her phone. At first I thought she was on the phone with a customer but then I realized that she was on a personal call over something that she wanted to get into. I'm sorry but something that we got over with in 5 seconds took 5 minutes because her conversation was more important than a paying customer. When I first signed up, the girl I interacted with was amazing and caring, so hopefully you deal with her instead.

Have only talked with Tori over the phone, but she has been extremely helpful in walking me through the process of renting this storage space. When I had another very important call come in, she understood. I really appreciated this. I look forward to doing business with her and your company in the future. Spoke with Vincent today, 9/04/2023, RE: increase in unit price. He checked into the matter for me, and the price was corrected in a short amount of time. He was very pleasant to work with. Since I had already been charged the higher amount, he is looking into getting me a credit for the extra charge. 5 stars for Vincent.

Easy transactions, convenient, good site management team, and I most appreciated the safe and clean facilities, which were always well maintained--to the point of being pristine. I rented 2 units at excellent rates for several years while settling various family estates. Nothing we owned or managed for others was ever lost, stolen or damaged. I will be renting from this facility again as needed. Update: The site manager doesn’t offload me to an automated chatbot or or ask me to contact the office during ‘business hours’. This is why I am a long-time loyal and happy customer. Client support like this is rare and wonderful.

Customer service over the phone was excellent and even better in person. I met with Tiffany who showed me around the building and rental units. She explained to me the best way to store my valuable items and keep them secured. She put me up to speed On the insurance that was offered for my protection and the protection of my items. Overall she was friendly and informative! I will definitely be calling them back when I’m in need of storage!

I highly recommend the Extra Space Storage family on Timuquana Road. The unit was clean at move in and the facility was safe and secure. The best part of this experience was the staff at the front office…both ladies working in the office were always so pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions throughout our stay. Moving is not always easy, however these ladies made my day on more than once occasion. Thank you!!!

Kawaysha was extremely courteous and professional. She was very thorough in making sure I understood the lease terms and made sure I got exactly what I needed! I’ll definitely use this service at this particular location thanks to her. As a first time customer she made the experience very pleasant. Such a relief in the midst of very stressful time. I have been a long time renter at Extra Space Storage on Timuquana Road and have always been happy with this choice. This location is always well kept and feels very secure. When I have dealt with the office staff they are friendly and professional. A special shout out to the manager Tory. She returned my call promptly and resolved my issue quickly. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a storage solution!

I think the cost for a storage lock is ridiculously high, and I don't like the fact that we can't use another type of lock on the door except the one that is provided. It's bad enough that there's a nonrefundable administration fee of $30, and there's a non working light in the unit with no switch, but a $20 lock is just robbery and adding insult to injury for those already paying a high cost for storage!

Julie helped me when I visited to rent a large storage space. She was friendly, and very informative. She answered any questions I had without hesitation and made me feel comfortable in my decision to use them. She walked with me to view the space first before I committed to rent. Am very pleased with Xtra Space. Always clean, safe, and a friendly helpful staff. Recently I accidentally left my unit unlocked and they were immediately on top of it. Notified me, changed the lock and held keys until I was back in town. Vincent was very helpful.

So far so good. Website request was fast and efficient. Phone call to solidify from the facility immediately, and Corey (Torey) was super-helpful and answered all my questions. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes to complete. Great process.

The units were clean. Place was safe. As a solo female I felt safe going any time of day or night. Staff were friendly and when my card was stolen, they were not jerks about auto payment going though. Staff were very sweet and place was great.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting T, one of the assistants and she was very helpful and offered excellent customer service! She made it all quick and easy for us to get set up with a unit and we had a good time chatting with her.

We had a unit for almost 2 years and the Manager Chris was always professional, prompt and very nice. We had an Excellent experience with staff, service and security. Most people were long term and friendly. Highly recommend!

The facility is clean but they will raise your rate every 6 months for as long as you’re there. I pay more than a 1/3 more than I did when I started there. It’s kind of a scam.
