BEWARE. DO NOT RENT HERE. !!!! After 3 months with no notice my rate went from 84 dollars to 155 dollars, They say they send out a small post card to notify you. Never got it. But they do send emails and text messages when they receive your auto payment. So why would they send a post card to inform you of a rate increase? Horrible customer service by Karina who said she would see if she could have ot adjusted, but then when I said I waS moving out,she changed her story to if I stayed she would see if it could be adjusted for the following month. I did lose my cool and swear at her , I know that was inappropriate, I did apologize a few times for my outburst, still it doesn't make it right that I swore at her. Karina, again I apologize for the foul language

My reason for calling in today was billing. I had no idea my price changed from $138 to $157. Once I noticed it I was ofcourse livid. I've been with them for almost 3yrs now and when ever there was a change I was notified. Anyway I called in and spoke with Tori and she explained that a postcard was mailed to my address about a month ago or so. I never received it, before I received a text or email informing me of the increase. Well she did offset the price for me that made a difference we also talked about downsizing my unit so that information was helpful as well. Thanks Tori for your great customer service. A dying skill in today's world

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Very clean facility and the climate control is manageable. My unit is on the 3rd floor and the elevator functions efficiently and is also clean. I never see trash in or outside bldg. There are carts available to use but not enough of them for the amount of units at this location. I strongly suggest to bring your own backup if you are expecting to use a cart or dolly as you might find yourself getting in line to use one. I've only seen 3 carts there and most of the time, during daylight hours, these will be in continuous use. Just be prepared

My experience with Extra Space Storage has been exceedingly positive. That's thanks to employees like Heather (see photo) who efficiently, professionally, and kindly showed me around the facility and patiently answered my many questions over multiple phone calls. Huge thanks to Heather for useful guidance and to Carina, for a warm, caring, helpful attitude. Worth mentioning that Extra Space Storage branches overall actually answer their phones promptly (other places I looked into, do not!) and are quick to make things happen. Thank you!

Who would have thought that one of the best experiences I would have this year with a business, and customer service, would be a storage place? I wish more places were run like this! These guys were helpful, friendly, went out of their way for me and when it came time to move out, made it super easy. Prices were the best around as well, and the facility was secure and well run. 100% recommended.

I'm new to the area so I went to the wrong add 8501 instead of 5801, thank goodness I had the correct phone#, arrived late but was only there for I think 15mins to fill out paper work, Wam bam all done, Alex helped me very nice young man. Everything in office seemed to be clean everything in its place. We had 2 spaces back in California(same company) but here it's a space for a travel trailer..

Went to this place a few weeks ago to inquire about storage, the place was clean and very organized. A massive thanks to KEVIN who helped us soo much and answered all our questions. He gave us the warmest welcome and made sure that all our needs were attended. Would definitely recommend this place. Service was 10/10 thank you Extra Space Storage for the wonderful experience!

Employees were great with me but will force you to write a good review when opening an account with them (of course it's not their fault). I parked my car in this storage and my license plates were stolen. Exit door always broken, +2 WEEKS main elavator smells like STRONG REAL HUMAN PEE (it's not humidity), and sometimes you can find dirty bags w/some organic brown material

Clean establishment. Storage units are extremely convenient, I had a 10x10, so they had one that it was practically a normal size door but they also had some that were twice as big so no issue when placing large items inside. I wish they hadn't raised the price twice as much. That was not very good from the company but the employees are incredibly nice and easy to talk to.

I absolutely love this place! The rates were low and it only took me like 15 minutes ( if that long ) to get my storage room, and I did it over the phone. The employee, Morgan, was very knowledgeable about her job and she was very polite. Alex and Angela rock too! They were super helpful! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anybody needing storage!!!

I went in today and met Carina. She was extremely helpful and attentive. Answered all my questions, showed me multiple units I might be interested in and did a breakdown. What I really loved was her care for the property. It’s spotless and well kept; from the the gate, the keypad, and the lot to the office and units inside the building. Highly recommend.

I kept a storage unit here for almost a year and a half. The facility is always clean and well-lit. Customer service has always been fantastic the few times I’ve needed to use it. The only drawbacks are that there are only 2 push carts for people to use, so there is rarely one available. They also tend to increase prices without prior notification.

Staff was really helpful, and that really determines the quality of a storage space IMO. FYI, my unit was warmer than I would have liked (during the peak of summer), so if that matters to you, double-check with a representative before deciding to go with a certain unit. Mine was on the west side of the building, 2nd floor.

Easy to get into. Employers try to make your experience user friendly. But no one tells you every 6 months your fee goes up by 25%. The company is trying to discourage long term or loyal customers. If you do mot intend to stay here less than 5 months. RUN don’t walk away from this company. Would not recommend to anyone

The manager Debbie was awesome, I originally leased out a smaller unit and realized a bigger one was needed. She accomodated me with no grief or issues, very helpful and professional. Thankyou Debbie for making my experience very pleasant. Would recommend her and her location with no hesitation. 5 star service.

Each of the employees at the call center and at the storage unit were wonderful and went out of their way to ensure we had the right sized unit within our budget. Karina the store manager was super helpful this morning , she showed me two units and was super patient with me as I had so many questions in regards to my rental. If you need a storage place , look no further as you will be greeted with great hospitality from Karina and her store associates.

Had a unit here for over a year and there is no security or cameras. Someone broke into our unit stole a bunch of stuff out of it and put a new lock on. Completely disappointed and upset. Never been violated like this in years of having storage units in multiple cities and states.
