I normally don't write reviews but I had to this time as I received exceptional service from a young woman named Dominique at the Jerome Ave location in the Bronx. She was very attentive, patient, and knowledgeable about the storage units. Since this was my first time renting storage space, I didn't know what to expect. Thanks to her recommendation and professionalism, I was comfortable and able to make the right decision for me and my family's needs. This is what service excellence is about, being able to emphasize, go above and beyond and anticipate the needs of customers! I'm spreading the word to all of my family and friends. Wow!

They close randomly during business hours and I cannot get into my storage unit because all the doors in the larger storage building are completely locked. When this happens I have to call, but I don’t always get an answer and the main building and office is locked up. I have a business where I need to get into my unit at any time during the day and I’ve lost money in sales from not being able to get my products from my unit when I need them. In the past week or so it’s been better, but I still have to get someone to unlock doors from time to time, unlock carts, and even turn on the elevator so I can haul things.

had the pleasure of working with Rangel at Extra Space Storage, and I must say, the customer service he provided was exceptional. Rangel went above and beyond to assist me with my storage needs. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend getting a storage unit at Extra Space Storage! I spoke with Dominque and she was excellent and she definitely know how to treat customers with care and respect. All the staff at this unit is very helpful! They have no issues with communicating with me and answering all my questions when needed. Just like everything else the pricing eventually was out of my budget but I had no issues when I needed to close my unit. They were polite and understanding and moved quickly to ensure I had everything I needed.

Jerome on Jerome Ave was extremely helpful. He made me feel confident about using this location and I’m overjoyed with the access to my storage unit. I feel like I have prime real estate— it’s on the first level and right in front!! Although the unit seemed small at first, I feel that I’ll be able to utilize it effectively. THANKS JEROME!!!

I’m very pleased with the attendant at Jerome Ave location. he’s very courteous and helpful, very nice even offer us some water which I appreciated especially on a hot day. The storage location itself is very neat and clean. Upper floor is very accessible with the elevator. Highly recommended

Lee was very courteous and knowledgeable about the building. He had my key and storage ready on time. He even told me I could get some water and use the bathroom. He even gave me a tour of where my storage is located and how to usey key. He even asked if I needed help. He deserves a raise!

One of the best things I like about Jerome is his ability to explain how storages works. He's remarkable at providing the correct information. Jerome standards must be extremely high because pricing and the sizes have value to him as well as pricing. Jerome I do appreciate your business.

My unit was broken into and items were stolen , I had insurance and they denied the claim , I can’t even get in contact with anyone. Do not store your stuff here, they do not care if anything happens even with insurance. The good reviews have are most likely fake.
