I called on a Sunday, and the rep helped with me pick a convenient location, best pricing/promotional deal, and the unit I needed. Very helpful and honest! Q called me right as they opened the next day, and was beyond helpful and friendly! He stayed on the phone with me while I reviewed and signed all the required paperwork, and was very patient to answer any questions I had. Then I saw him when I arrived at my unit, and he was extremely helpful and professional! Went above and beyond, even gathering a few extra carts for me to use. Everything about this place is great! Very happy my friend recommended them! Such a wonderful and easy experience during a stressful time moving and storing items! THANK YOU SO MUCH, Q!!

Above and beyond the best customer service I’ve ever received! After the tornado struck Forest Ln., we feared the worst for our belongings at Extra Space Storage. Fortunately, our unit was not damaged. While cleanup crews were clearing the grounds of downed trees, Extra Space had staff in the office waiting to address customer concerns. Q had us escorted to our unit so that we could empty it out before the next billing cycle. He was very understanding of our situation and made sure we were taken care of, even as he was dealing with the fallout from the tornado. I highly recommend this place!

I found the storage facility on line going THROUGH GOOGLE. I called... I reserved the reservation for the storage and I talked to a young gentleman by the name of Michael. He was absolutely wonderful. I was originally looking for a 5 ×10... but he sold me on a 10 x 10 price difference wasn't that much. They had a great deal... which was the first month's rent free. I love the fact that you didn't have to pay for the lock. You can bring your own lock. The insurance was super cheap. Overall the experience was great!!! I give him five stars great service!!!

I’m happy with the storage space and the customer service. The people working the facility the day we were moving into our storage unit were very nice and helpful. The only negative thing about this company is that there’s only one flat top cart to use on the entire premises. They don’t have any other dollies or carts for use. So that made it difficult because we had to go searching for the only available cart. However, that’s the only complaint I have. The price was MUCH cheaper than Public Storage and other storage companies in the area!

Hey we love this place. Super clean, great hours open from 6 in the morning till 10 at night. The most important and most inviting piece of information we received was the 50% off for the first three months! We were looking at a 10 by 20 unit. We were told it was going to be $289 a month but the first three months it would be 50% off while you can't go wrong with that because that's all we needed it for not to mention there are no contracts. This is a month-to-month location and they have many different sizes to choose from.

Awesome management! Always willing to help with any questions. The facility is very clean and well maintained. It’s a very personable experience you get with anyone in the office you interact with. Which to me seems like a great benefit since you know they take the time to get to know you. Everyone is very accommodating and professional. Sign up process is easy and quick! My mother has been a customer of Extra Space for over 30 years. The personnel has always been very cordial and accommodating. Security was good in that she never experienced any vandalism in either of her units in all these years. My mom finally moved from Dallas to the hill country and emptied the two units a week ago and has no complaints. Great experience at Extra Space Storage. Thank you!

By far the best experience I've ever had at any storage place! Aaron, the GM was more than helpful, and very friendly. I've had quite a few bad experiences lately with people in customer service type jobs, so working with Aaron was a nice change of pace. The facility was also very nice. Several flat beds available to move things from my car to my unit. Overall great experience. 10 stars!

Ryan was awesome at helping us select our proper storage unit. The units and property were clean and well kept and the sales associate took time to show us the space and give us all the information we needed. I would highly recommend this storage facility to keep your belonging and ask for Ryan, he will do a very good job assisting you in your needs.

Q has treated me well each time I’ve been on the property. Most storage places have a stall and management that you never see unless you are in the office. This team is always visible on the property. Makes me feel like our storage is always safe. Q is the most helpful person I’ve ever met at a storage rental. I highly recommend this location!

This facility is very clean and well maintained. The grounds are spacious, so it's very easy to maneuver my truck and trailer around. The tenets who rent here are very respectful and courteous to others which is a bonus. The time allotted for access is awesome. This new management team handles customer concerns more promptly too. I work a lot and have to come here often for stored equipment. The bathroom here is my 15 minutes of peace and quiet. The bathroom is always spotlessly clean and even smells as nice as it looks. I literally look forward to using their bathroom some days. The storage is cool too.

I’ve used this facility for about 2.5 years. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The units and property are very clean. All seems safe and so far responsible. I love it so much that when it came time to rent a storage in my current city, Extra Space hands down.

Aaron was great and thorough with explaining everything. The discount on my first month was great and helpful. There wasn't any pressure for unit upgrades, or extra insurance. I don't need my unit anymore, but would absolutely come back if I needed extra storage anymore.
