I very rarely leave Google reviews, but I've been debating for a while if I should leave a review of this place, so I decided to finally do so in hopes that upper management will take some sort of action. I've lived in the area for over 4 years now, and back in those first couple of years this Exxon/Tigermarket used to be pretty awesome. They had a manager that took great care of the place; the pumps always worked and were in good condition, trash bags were replaced often, window cleaner and paper towels were always there, hot food was usually out, place was clean and well-stocked, and employees looked like they enjoyed working there and would joke around and converse with you (not that that's some sort of requirement, but it was nice). Fast forward about 2-3 years and it's gone way downhill. The pumps may or may not work, there are spiderwebs all over them with dead spiders behind the display screens, the buttons at some pumps don't even work, there's never any window cleaner or paper towels, don't recall the last time I saw hot food out, and the employees aren't unpleasant by any means but clearly unmotivated and sometimes oblivious. This is all after a rebranding, with the Tigermarkets all seemingly replaced by 7-Elevens, so you would think things would have actually improved, but no. I don't know how often gas stations like these are visited by their owners or upper management, but I would imagine this one is looked at...never?

I've been going to this location for years. Have never had an issue until tonight. The assistant manager Antria was incredibly disrespectful. I talked to corporate as well. A paper copy of an license issued FROM the DMV from the state of TENNESSEE is a LEGAL FORM OF IDENTIFICATION. When she wouldn't sell my cigarettes to my husband who had a paper Identification, i tried to use my hard copy, and she still wouldn't sell them to me. I've been in customer service for over 15 years and am highly disappointed by the level of disrespect, to a paying customer from management. When i did nothing wrong, nor did my husband. I believe she needs to be reassessed as an assistant manager. I will be going back tomorrow to speak with the manager Luke, and this will be the last time i will ever go to this location. Disappointed that service is not at its best. Taking my business elsewhere.

I loosely give it a 3 and that's because I can pay at the pump and generally have no interaction within the store. They've got a huge freezer that's always half full. They've got another freezer for single-serve ice cream treats- empty. I've went in multiple times just to see if I could get a hot dog or something warm to eat. They have 2 or 3 hot dog rollers and I can't remember the last time it was stocked. They seem to always have 2 people at the counter - but half the time - one of them needs to be stocking and putting some food out.

Had the worst experience this morning I go there every morning to get diesel, cigs and energy drink this morning I got there at 8am they there was a sign on the door that said they are closed for 10min. A employee come out side and smokes a cig and goes back in, by then it’s been past 10min I try to go in again it was still lock. I ended up sitting there for 30min before decided to leave. Never had any problems out of this gas station until today maybe it’s the employees they have there. But definitely put a delay in my morning

Went to get my mega million, me and my brothers put 100 each which came at $400. Cashier put the tickets in a bag and gave them to me. I had to count the ticket make sure I got 40 tickets because that's how much I was supposed to get and I only counted 34. So I told her and she said the other tickets were printing but how did other people get there tickets if my where printing and why did she gave me and tell me hope you win. Never trust anyone with money. And yes I got the rest of my tickets she wasn't going to steal from me.

This Exxon/7 Eleven is mediocre at best. It isn’t bad but it isn’t good. Lately, they just lock up and it seems it is for no reason. Of late, I stopped there two times and it was all locked up and no one appeared to be working at all. I suppose someone did not show up for their shift and the employee that was there was not dedicated enough to stay. Lately, their gas prices have been good. I am not sure that makes up for no one being there. I guess they have more business than they need.

False advertisement! If I had known I wouldn’t have just walked 20min to get here! Since Exxon advertises as 24hr I did only to be told that this Exxon doesn’t open their doors till 5 a.m! So I’ll be waiting for 20min. before I can give this business my $$ & then walk back to the house with traffic busier by 20+min later! Whoever gets paid by Exxon for setting up their website needs to CORRECT this lie/ false advertisement!!

Just had the cashier take my change. Gave three dollars for something that came out to be 2.84 and she said have a good day and didn’t even say anything else. It’s only 14 cents apparently she needed it more than I did. Can’t help but think she does this to multiple people on shift to stack money on the side. It’s was a bigger women with a terrible looking Jerry curl swirl on her forehead.

This place is always closed early. Its 1030pm and the employees standing out front the store , telling everyone they' are closed . Being rude and saying its her store. I've watched at least 10 ppl try to pull up and she and her friends standing there being loud and rude waving ppl off. Won't be back here again. Tired of rude employees not doing they job's

Its a quick stop close to where we're staying. Issues Is often a lady that work there seem more focused on picking up a date. She's always trying to hit on my husband. My husband and I laugh about once we are back in the truck. She doesn't seen to know I'm his wife becauses we always pay separately. Still stick to just hello goodbye or have a nice day..

This place is horrible. Go to another gas station if you have the chance. All the soda was gone out of the fountain machine. The hot dogs and other food looked like it was days old, and then they were completely out of soda in bottles. The mens bathroom smells like it was mopped up in urine. I guess if you want water or gas this place is fine

Sometimes I feel safe. Sometimes I don't. Most staff are efficient. The worker yesterday was pre-occupied talking to a friend in the gas station instead of paying attention to providing attentive customer service. And another thing...I was here a little bit ago and the wrong gas price was listed on the sign. Get it together people!

The one thing that bothers me the most about this store is how I come in at least twice a week, see the same ppl, and they still ask me for my ID! I had a temporary paper one bc I lost my old one and the guy said he couldn’t accept it even though he has seen me several times and knows that I’m over 21!

Paid for a fountain drink & it didn't taste right. Poured it out got another still missing something. Told store attendant and he says "oh yeah there is a work order in on that I don't know what's wrong with it". So why sell me a fountain drink. He would not give me my change back either.

I come here literally everyday almost to get my cigars and other things and always show him my id and the one day i forget it he won’t sell it to me, it’s the same dude all the time, I’m 32 and know damn well that I don’t look under 18. Very inconvenient I’m taking my money elsewhere

Busy station, quick and friendly service, could be cleaner inside, especially the bathrooms; often the bathroom is out of order-well at least one of them. The employees do try to enforce the customers to follow the mask mandate but they are very nice about it.

The white guy at night wouldn’t sell me wraps cause my ID “doesn’t have an expiration date”. I’m from out of state so it’s different and after I said my bf would come get it, he said he couldn’t sell it to him either although he’s over the age of 21 as well.

Went to purchase some items today and it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced sad that they have to employ the worst of the worst to service people here. Oh yeah and they never have products very poor representation of a 7 eleven.

Turned away at 4:30am. Clerk told me manager said store closes from 2-5am even though this is supposed to be 24 hrs. Had to drive miles elsewhere, super inconvenient and wrong information posted about the hours

It's a coin toss. And even if you catch the right clerk on a good day, you gotta come back and hit "yes" because the software is even bass ackwards. There's much better options within a couple miles.

This station is now a 7-11 station but seems to be a decent stop the shelves were mostly full stocked which is much better experience than at a lot of nearby gas stations friendly staff also

So they had their giant homemade fresh baked cookies cooling on the counter... When my husband asked to purchase 1, he was told she could not sell it she didn't know how to print the labels.

A few of there pumps are defective/will lock automatically and it’s easy to spill gas if you’re not filling up all the way. Also there posted sign doesn’t match the price at the pump.

Staff always seems distracted here for some reason, like you are interrupting something. It's the most convenient station from my house but I find myself going somewhere else.

The lady who is usually there is very nice but they have a new guy who is very rude. I don't mind driving an extra mile to take my business elsewhere.

Sometimes the employees are rude and throw attitudes for no reason at all. Getting smart just to be smart with you because they are having a bad day.

Store isn't well maintained, consistently has inventory sitting around in the isles partially stocked and staff in general are unfriendly.

I showed up to get gas and there was a sign posted on the front door that the store was closed due to Staffing problems who knew? …

Considering current high gas prices, they were on the lower end of the range. Station was clean and is convenient to get in and out.

When everyone was running out of gas, Exxon came through. Good local stop for gas, food or drinks. Well lit in the evening.

Way the hell out of the way and very poorly lit, does not feel save late at night if you are gassing up for the drive home.

It would be nice if they offered you perks for spending like Speedway and I actually have an ExxonMobil gas card bummer

It's always dark and creepy looking at this store. Always looks like they have no products. Just shut down already.

Not actually open 24 hours. Say they take Google pay but don't. In fact, when I visited they didn't even take visa.
