I always come here to pump gas cause it's one of the gas stations closer to home, its on my way to work and also on my way to school. I come here at different hours. I've come here after working long hours at a bar and I've never had problems, one of the reasons I come here is that I know the bathrooms are always clean and available. Today I came to buy different stuff and I needed to use the bathroom. I asked the attendant why they have the restrooms closed and he replied that they close at 10. My response was Im here all the time at different hours and its the first time that that has happened. He replied with a very rude tone of voice "this is our store and we can do whataver we want" this guy "Jay" not sure if he has experience with the customers but thats not the way to talk to the customers. Not sure if the manager is aware of this type of situations but I would recommend (them) to train them properly. From now I would just drive down the road to the Valero and do business there. I would pass the info to my friends that most of them live around the area to do the same.

Located on Fredericksburg Rd. In Balcones Heights... Came here a couple of months ago, the cashier in the mornings said I gave him 5$ instead of 20$ for gas. He was very argumentive and I told him that I gave him 20$ not 5$.... Even the owner told me I gave his employee 5$ according to the camera video... Well the owner asked the guy "cashier to check his register drawer, and sure enough, he put my 20$ in the 5$ slot... I wasn't leaving until I got my change from the 20$ Back... Havent been Back (Even tho i live a Coupe of Blocks From this Exxon) have no Intention of Coming Back to this Gas Station! When Coming Here, Make Sure The cashier Knows what you gave him...

During the day, it's a nice place, however late night it's a whole different store. Many times I've gone and the door is locked, the rest rooms are always out of order and employee is rude. If you ask a question you get an eye roll, like if I'm stupid. one time, after standing outside for about 10 minutes, I approached the counter to pay for gas and asked why the doors are always locked. Was told, "we don't want shoplifters, and besides, I run this b#&+@ Very unprofessional Exxon

Was calling for a information about a lost wallet last night. Took 10 times to get through then the store clerk finally answered and said I was calling Taco Bell. When I asked if it was the Exxon she was very rude and said I've been calling them too many times and claimed she answered all my calls. I definitely do not recommend this store. All the store clerk are very rude. IDK who hires these people. No customer service skills whatsoever. This just happened at 745 on 1/25/22

This place everytime I go there to put gas there's a employe works there she looks like she's in drugs I pay for my gas and when I go to put gas she don't turn on the pump and I have to go inside the store and tell her again that she didn't not turn the pump everytime I put gas she always does that to me they need the get her out of there

The store clerk on October 19 at 8:30pm tried to charge me 6.02 for two Bangs when the sign said $4.29 for two Bangs. I had to wait three times in line just for him to argue with me and the sign I showed. Bad customer service. Store clerk should know their promotions.

Can't get through the door without someone asking me for money. Sucks, I hate turning people away but what ya gonna do. It's a fairly busy spot, I suggest using an exit where you can make a right turn onto your route. Besides that, it's like every other 7/11.

Exxon on San Pedro exactly parallel to the 7-Eleven I like the excellent staff they always greet you with a smile they have a ATM machine plenty of goodies to choose from and they're very prompt with their service I would give the store five stars love cat

I like Exxon but don't go after 11 pm. The man working is horrible, rude, bad temper and talks to u or anybody cursing u and bad mouthing in many situations. They need to get better employees. Go there before 10. And they treat u like should.....

Let me see i go there just about every other day there staff always greet you in a friendly manner they're's always a day or two when they get allot of customers and the lines start to back up on them but that's everywhere, nobody s perfect.

Was wrongfully accused of stealing here. Store clerk demanded I empty my pockets. So I did Proving my innocence. EMPTY. Then he said he will check the camera. I insisted he did so. Instead he refused me service and humiliated me openly.

If you don't like your job then get a different job but your job is to take care of the people on the other side of the counter so even if you get a fake a smile the people at this place should get an education on customer service

Cashier india guy started a argument with customer. India guy started it cause he was to busy on his personal phone. India guy play victim when he was very wrong. Store looked not clean and milk still on floor out of refrigerator.

Coffee had allot of coffee grounds inside the coffee, so half of the cup was ok, but the other half had to be thrown away. There was allot of beggers outside asking for change and will not be going back again.

Working in this area myself I understand the steuggle of the surroundings, but even compared to other close businesses this place has a serious homeless issue. Everything else is great here though

Hard to beat this type of place. Everything one needs at your disposal. Even if you don't drive, it's all here. Fresh foods, drinks, and snacks. Always at a convenient location.

If you want to be harassed by employee smashing stick on the counter to grab tell you to leave your backpack at the front (from the fountain station) your found the right store.

This gas station was the last place i used my credit card and was swindled out of 1100 hundred dollars after getting gas at the pump …

I always like to be greeted going I'm maybe it was just a really day for the cashier he didn't greet and was didn't wish me luck on my scratch off lol

Was contacted by someone saying they were going to investigate my concerns but went a few days later, still the same. I do NOT recommend this place.

I love this place because always have hot food. :) and is open 24/7 i usually do my bill payments in this location because is more faster and easy
