Now, I really prefer EzWash Yaba to Lekki, so I decided to go today, May 18th.. Got there around 5:20pm. Was talking to one of the Ladies on duty (as kids were bringing in the clothes) , she was nice & helpful ... Next thing the second lady came over & told me to move my things which were beside the receptionist table. Now, I understood why she said so, the issue was the distasteful look on her face. After she said it, I told her that a greeting first would have been nice. She apologized & went to seat down. I then turned to her & noted that she has a kind of disgusted look on her face. At that point, she noted that she was not feeling too fine. I told her that I understand that she is not feeling fine, but a customer seeing that look may not even want to question her in the first place to even inquire why. She still continued saying she was not feeling fine. At that point, I told her that it will be good she understands the feedback as ppl will just read her facial expression & may/maynot question her further & feel their hard earned money is not welcome. She only went further to explain that she "feels like vomiting". At that point, I knew the feedback was useless but maybe helpful to the owners, if they see this. UPDATE: EZ Wash definitely has my heart. By the time I got to the Lekki Location from Yaba where I had a bad experience, they were talking about the review & Ebun, the co-owner had responded to my complaint. Hats off to EZWash. They listen. They do care about that Customer Experiemce & take it serious. Continue on this track & business schools will be using you as positive Case Studies. Good place to do your laundry and work or chill while you wait. They have 7 washers and 6 driers and they’re usually up and running most of the time. I try to come as close to their opening time as possible so I be first at the machines. They also offer a pickup service where a rider comes to pick up the laundry from your home, they wash it, and you can have it delivered back to you, or you can come to pick it up. It comes at a slightly higher price but it’s usually worth it because it’s relatively stressless and they fold the clothes too. Depending on how early you send it, you can request delivery the same day or the next day.

So this place is actually really great. Good facilities and great employees etc. Plenty of seating space available, a television to peek at whilst you do your laundry and even FREE WI-FI! However, I must fault them at the waiting time to get a laundry slot over the weekend. It's absolutely insane. I waited a good...2 hours or so to get a turn to use a machine. The management need to think of a way around this insanity. Perhaps weekends should be by appointment only or....something. Apart from that, it was a very pleasant experience.

Truly one of my favorite businesses in Yaba. A small cozy place where I can both do my laundry and work at a desk. You can come with your own supplies or buy some at the laundromat. You can choose self-service or drop off the laundry so you can have one of the staff members handle your laundry for you, and recently I hear there is a delivery option - which is great. They also have an app, which makes it easy to pay for your laundry without using cash.

I liked their service. It's best to go early if you're going on a weekend because it gets really busy on weekends. And you can charge your phone which is always an advantage. I think they have WiFi; not really sure about that but I think they do. It's not pricey; with 2500 you can do about two washes and you get a discount if you're visiting there for the first time. There is enough parking space if you're driving and they have the drop off option.

Very good customer care service. You wait your turn to use the machines and it is affordable. #1500 per wash (one machine for washing, one for drying). #2300 for 2(2 washing machines, one dryer). #150 for their soap if you don't come with one. 7 washing machines available and 6dryers available. 30min per wash and 30min per dry The plastic baskets are for undone laundry while the steel baskets are for done laundry, you get to use one of each.

I love the ambience of this place, service I would say is just okay, as after using a drying sheet, my clothes didn't dry properly and they asked me to run another spin again. Which I declined, the washing machines are good, the customer facing personnel are actually great and try to make your experience a good one by responding to enquires in detail and cheerfully.

Very good place to do laundry. There’s self service and there’s a drop off service. They have seating area, tv and WiFi to keep yourself busy while waiting for your laundry. They also have an app which makes paying for the service easier. However it gets crowded on the weekends. They might need to introduce a booking service.

I love here! The convenience of washing and drying your clothes in just one hour is so cool. They also have an app for payment so you are not delayed by Network issues or queue. Members of staff are friendly so you feel at home. There is free WiFi here too. Anit's open all through the week. Kudos to the team

Nice place to wash. It's self service and an extra fee if you can't wait to do your wash yourself. Washing and drying is charged together. While waiting for your wash you can work in the workspace provided, it's small though. On weekends, you can watch EPL games while waiting for your wash.

My number 1 laundromat to go to get my clothes clean and dried. I especially like that I pay per wash (I.e per machine I use to wash my clothes) as opposed to weighing my clothes. If this is something that appeals to you then head over. The staff there are also really helpful

WzWashnDry is located inside the Plaza at upstairs. Their laundry services are automated and the staff are really professional. You could actually watxh the process if you are patient enough. Their fees are reasonable and they keep to schedule.

My day 1 laundromat. Great for a quick wash and dry. Quite popular, so you may have to wait your turn if you are not an early bird. Love the team spirit of attending staff. Quite a shame they are not allowed to accept tips. They work so hard!

It's a very convenient laundromat. The staff are very welcoming and the prices are very reasonable. It is usually crowed though. One needs to get to the laundromat as early as possible so as to avoid the long queue and wait time.

Very good laundry room. Washing and drying costs 1.5k WiFi, a good TV, seats, and a courteous staff make it a very good choice. Located first floor, Ozone Cinemas mall, it's quite easy to find

I'd recommend that you bring something to entertain yourself as wait times can get pretty long. However you will get top notch service, and your clothes will smell amazing afterwards
