I came about F.R.E.E. fitness when looking for supplementary training for my 11 year old daughter who is involved in competitive sports and has recently been competing nationally and internationally. Tony works with her weekly, focusing on and teaching her technique and correct form when conditioning. As a health professional, having someone who was qualified and had an approach that honored where she was at physically as well as developmentally and mentally was extremely important. In just over a month, I am beyond pleased. My daughter has come home from sports and will often reflect how she is applying what she has learned with Tony (i.e. engaging all parts of her core when doing her pull-ups). This allows her to safely progress but also get the most out of her practices in her chosen sport. There have also been additional benefits I was not expecting. Tony supported my daughter through a recent injury. He showed her how she could continue to train and strengthen other areas of her body, which kept up her morale. After the fact, he prescribed pre-hab exercises to prevent future occurences. I also see the value of life skills she is gaining; she is learning how to navigate the gym in a safe and confident way. Tony's focus is upon healthy progress as a young person and long term well being of her as an emerging athlete and not just on the outcome of competitions. We will continue to invest in her training at F.R.E.E. for as long as what we are able. Which brings me to the reasonable and competitive rates and value for the money that allow us to do so. I now also train at F.R.E.E. with Matt. He was able to accomodate my request for a short burst of training, followed by a weight training program provided that I could do on my own and then regular check ins and updates as needed thereafter. This allowed me to get back in the gym, take care of my own health and make it affordable too. We as parents will move the earth if we could for our kids and too often sacrifice ourselves or put ourselves last. I'm guilty of this but, thanks to F.R.E.E., I'm now putting myself back on "this list" per say. The gym is clean. There are people from all ranges of ability. It is a positive, non intimidating environment. I highly recommend F.R.E.E.

The best thing about this place is the people. I joined Free Fitness to get back into boxing, strengthen my legs, and shed some weight. I'm thrilled to have found such a versatile gym to help me reach my goals. Even my dog enjoys it here; they allow dogs as long as they're well-behaved on a leash, and it's a blast working out with my furry friend and seeing other pets around. If you're a boxing enthusiast, Albert Liaw is the man to meet! He's incredibly inspiring, always introducing new drills, fine-tuning my technique, and motivating me to push myself forward. Beyond the gym, our group shares a passion for watching fights and discussing them, creating a sense of community. Boxing is more than just throwing punches; it's a full-body workout that engages cardio, breathing, coordination, reflexes, footwork, legs, and overall body leverage. It's a rewarding fitness regimen. On top of that training with Albert is super playful! Boxing can be tough on the body, so it's wise to pair it with a strength program. For that and my other personal goals I started working with Hailey Doucette. Her own weight loss journey is remarkable. And you can often see her working out, and her strength is impressive! She's inspiring. I'm confident she can motivate anyone through their fitness journey with consistency and self-compassion. Since I started training with her, I've felt significant progress. She's also super fun, and I appreciate her efforts to get along with my sometimes unfriendly dog. I also got the opportunity to have some sessions with other trainers! Ty Khan helped me with hip mobility and understanding a bit more about the dynamics from my hip on my body. Max seemed like a Wizard sharing details about exercises I have not noticed before. The day I decided to throw some kicks, I had a very energetic and fun session with Daniel.

I started training with Ty Khan at Free Fit about 3 months ago, today I’m stronger, have better balance and just feel awesome after a good workout. I found Ty personable and a great teacher, I always enjoy both our training sessions and conversations. I came in with a previous (somewhat extensive) back surgery issue and shoulder pain, the back has not caused me a single problem during training and my shoulder aches have diminished significantly with my strength increasing. I did some lifting on my own before through self research, but I realize now I made some pretty rookie form mistakes that eventually caused unnecessary injuries. Having a knowledgeable trainer really makes a difference. I wasn’t sure about committing to a trainer at first because of my chaotic work schedule, but he’s been so flexible and amazing when it comes to scheduling and make up sessions. He’s been able to accommodate me every time with grace and zero guilt inducement. The Free Fit gym in general is just super chill, fun and welcoming. They let you choose your own session rate and they don’t try to upsale you, there are no set contracts with the trainer. Another big plus for me is that Free Fit doesn’t come off as a “meat head” or overly self involved gym, you won’t find anyone being overly competitive, showing off their big muscles, or sell you any hokey notion of “a actualized self”. Everyone I’ve encountered here is trying to have a good time while genuinely working on their health. Last and also important to me, the community makes you feel comfortable regardless of gender expression, body type, age or ability. Overall, if you’re looking to step up your health game, I would definitely recommend the team!

After doing a Google search of gyms in Edmonton and reading reviews, F.R.E.E. Fitness piqued my interest, as the gym's philosophy was what I was looking for...which was to break down the barriers of what held people back from becoming a better version of themselves. For me that barrier was lack of knowledge and not having the first clue of where or how to begin. I contacted F.R.E.E Fitness and Tony responded quickly and set up an appointment to meet by phone where we discussed what I was looking for and had a conversation about how these goals could be met. What immediately impressed me was our conversation was NOT a sales pitch but a genuine conversation. My husband and I have now been meeting with Tony for three weeks and our experience has been phenomenal! From our first session together Tony was able to determine where our physical limitations have been holding us back, and has incorporated this into our training to ensure we begin to strengthen these areas with good form as we build into more strength. Tony has also requested we keep a food log and has taken the time to review with us where better choices could be made and has taken away the concept of "good" and "bad" foods, which has been quite enlightening to me. Tony's knowledge of how muscles, joints and the body work together is very EVIDENT; as well, he has an ability to help push back mental blocks and does this with an amazing sense of humour! In our first three weeks Geoff and I have already noticed a difference in how our bodies move and feel in our day to day activities, and are very confident in the gym and training we chose!!

I've had nothing but a great experience with the team over at F.R.E.E. Fitness. Tony has customized workouts for me to help me work on specific areas and the results have been excellent. The gym has a great atmosphere and I look forward to spending more time there! The team has also put on Live Streaming Workouts during the Covid-19 pandemic and it's been a real life saver. Can't recommend this gym enough! Edit Sept 2022: For the last few months I've been training with Albert from Azn Assasin Boxing at F.R.E.E Fitness and I can't recommend it enough. I had never boxed before meeting Albert and in a few short months have grown so much! Albert is a great trainer with a ton of knowledge and a great sense of humor. He is able to keep things light while still pushing you as far as you can with each session. Albert puts a lot of emphasis on proper technique and is careful to slowly introduce new information and techniques as you develop, building on each previous lesson. Albert is also great at simplifying concepts that make learning new things so much easier to grasp. If you have any interest in trying out boxing, Albert offers a free first session and is quite flexible with his schedule. I plan to keep boxing with Albert for as long as I can! Thanks Albert!

I've been with FREE Fitness for almost a month now and am so glad that I decided to join! I was looking for a new gym, one with a fun and social environment and surrounded by people who motivate you to reach your goals and to live a healthier lifestyle. I decided to try personal training for Olympic Lifting and I wanted someone to help me reach my goals of 1. Becoming stronger 2. Working on technique 3. Someone who is flexible with my schedule 4. Someone who is fun. Max met all of those on our first trial day! Its been awesome working with him and learning from him so far into my program and I count down the days until I get to come back to the gym to train! Everytime I step into the gym, I meet someone new whether it be the personal trainers or the usual's that come to workout. It really is like a family feel in there and that's exactly what I love about this place. Everyone is welcoming which makes being yourself, working out, and working on your goals so much easier knowing you are supported. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey because no matter what, everyone there will have your back and be cheering you on!

I started the free trial with F.R.E.E. in October, and since then I have been hooked! One thing that really drew me to get the personal training sessions was not just the knowledgeable and friendly trainers, but the fact that they have a "pay how you feel" kind of motto. Which really puts a client first kind of perspective to their gym, versus a we want your money kind of thing... Which has been my experience with many past gyms. My first interaction was on the phone with Tony. He was super friendly and informative. He was able to answer all the questions that I had, because of course I thought that there had to be a catch! I recently just signed on with another set of sessions with my trainer, Liam. So far it has been excellent, and I am really seeing a lot of results. I really like how Liam takes the time to understand what my goals are and design a fitness strategy that works for me. I tend to get bored at the gym, and when I see him I definitely do not get bored. I feel the burn! If you're looking for a place that has great trainers, that has a client focused perspective (not just about the money) F.R.E.E. is the place for you! Trust me, you won't regret it!

Joining F.R.E.E Fitness is the best thing I've done for myself since moving to Edmonton this fall! I train with Tony and he's an absolute delight! As an individual who harbours great anxiety about joining a new social setting, I've had nothing but a positive experience since joining. Every trainer or member I've interacted with has been warm and welcoming. The trainers are experienced, exceptionally knowledgable and support each of their clients through a unique and tailored fitness plan. The gym is a great environment for all fitness levels! Lastly, the Pay How You Feel training method is what has made training a possibility for me. Not only do I love the atmosphere the gym provides, but I LOVE the concept behind Pay How You Feel. By operating under the Pay How You Feel method, F.R.E.E Fitness gives the opportunity of health and fitness to individuals who may not have been able to prioritize fitness due to lack of knowledge, guidance or budget. Pay How You Feel really highlights the gyms overarching value of community and each client's goals and overall health. I can't think of a single reason as to why someone wouldn't want to train here!

I highly recommend this group of fitness professionals! Tony and the whole crew are very welcoming, knowledgeable and fun to be around and the pay how you feel option is incredible. Especially for the quality of professional training you get. A special shout out to my trainer, Don He. He makes you feel so comfortable, supported and important. He’s engaged, open and just great fun to be around. I’ve had a few belly laughs during my workouts with him! Maybe not so good for the training...but great for the soul haha. Don is also very professional, thorough and hard working. He’s committed to his clients and I always know I can count on him. I’m in my third month of training with him and he’s changed up our workouts enough that I never get bored. He went and above and beyond and created a running program for me, to do outside of training with him, to prep for a 10k too! Be prepared to work hard, see and feel results, and have fun doing it if you train with Don. I can’t believe how much stronger and better I feel after just a couple months!

Had my first kickboxing session with Daniel, and to say it was incredibly amazing, is an understatement!!! Daniel talked to me about the benefits of kickboxing, and what I was looking for from this type of training. He explained the warm-up and cool down/stretching exercises and why they are beneficial and how they fit in. He took the time to reshow me, and breakdown the movements when I asked, and forgot. He never once made me feel like a failure or like I embarrassed myself. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. The energy and excitement he gives makes for an amazing class!!! My class was based out of F.R.E.E Fitness, such a great new gym, easy to find, lots of parking, great hours and staff. Lots of equipment, and so many different services offered. Very very clean and well lit, great set up and friendly members. I’ve worked out in different gyms, but when I walked into F.R.E.E Fitness, it felt like “home”, a great atmosphere and great gym!!!!!

The best decision I made while shopping around to choose a gym was reaching out to FREE Fitness. To make this short and sweet, here is why I chose them. 1. The one on one training hold me accountable for the lack of commitment I had prior. 2. Outside of my 1 on 1 training, I can go to the gym anytime I want to train. 3. As a beginner to physical training, I was scared that with my lack of knowledge I would end up as an embarassing meme on social media. NOPE. Not at this gym. The people are all extremely supportive and great to be around. Everybody helps everybody. 4. They set me up with the Trainer that was best suited for ME by asking the right questions before-hand. Mike is absolutely awesome!!! 5. Can you run a beep test or pull a weighted sled at gyms like WHC? Nope, you cant. But I do at FREE Fitness. As many times as I want to as well! Take this review for what it's worth... but I'm on my 5th session with Coach Mike and have 15 more already pre-booked.

I am absolutely in love with this gym! Tony was the first person I talked to about wanting to start personal training. He is very kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. After having a conversation he helped me determine which trainer would be the perfect fit for me. I have been working out with Don now for 3 weeks and I have truly loved every second of it. They truly value making personal training financially accessible so everyone can have access to developing a healthier life style - whatever your goals may be. The gym is super clean, with an open, fun atmosphere. There is always good music playing and the BEST part is people can bring their dogs to the gym! You get a good work out and some puppy love! It is also wonderful to see all the staff participate in community activities or fundraisers for promotion of health and fitness! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in personal training or a friendly gym to get their sweat on!

I cannot say enough good things about F.R.E.E. Fitness!! The atmosphere and community is so welcoming and open, I leave every workout with more energy than I came in with. The trainers, staff, and members all go out of their ways to create a friendly, supportive, and non-competitive gym environment where everyone belongs and can be their best. The new facility offers so much space and versatility to play around with your training in a way that most other commercial and apartment gyms simply can't allow for. Having trained with Max primarily online has allowed me to see absolutely amazing improvements to my overall health, strength, and fitness and now having the benefit of training in a facility with him and his expertise has really allowed me to bring everything to the next level. I cannot recommend F.R.E.E fitness, Max Larocque, or any of the other phenomenal trainers there enough to anybody in the YEG area who is considering joining a gym!!

I recently dropped in for a fitness class at F.R.E.E. Fitness. I was happy to find plenty of parking while being in the downtown area. I was greeted pleasantly once I was inside. The interior has a professional design and feel. The class was prepped and all equipment needed was ready to go before the class started. It was run by a VERY educated trainer who impressed me - which is saying something because I used to be an expert trainer. Above all this, I HAD A GREAT TIME. Even though I wasn't a member, I was treated like gold. I felt like I was part of a quality community. After a fun class that literally showed me progress in one hour, I spoke with the owner. He is a friendly giant among his peers in the edmonton fitness industry. I expect F.R.E.E. Fitness to continue to excell at providing top tier coaching and also a top tier platform for coaches and therapists to practice from. Would I go back? Absolutely! Thanks for a great first visit!

Best decision ever!! After 2 years battling cancer and all the side effects I was struggling with I am so happy to said I am feeling fantastic , Tony was my first contact he anwered all the question I had over the phone and kind of give me the info I needed it but I was still making excuses until I decided just to go and see the place and there he was like god sending an angel to the rescue MIKE step up and said hi answered another million questions I had and said "is time to invest in yourself and can help you" it's been almost 2 months and my energy level are outstanding my health results are improving so well the pain on my shoulder is gone Mike is awesome so friendly and takes the time to listen and help, make you feel like you want to come back for the next training. All the trainers at FREE fitness are friendly and is a nice environment super recommended plus very affordable

I recently started attending the group workout they offer for nurses (on Tuesday and Thursday evenings), and have been so impressed by this gym. I felt welcomed by the staff from the moment I walked in. Even within a group setting, Tony is attentive to the needs and abilities of each individual participant. Also, this class is tailored to develop the strength and endurance we require as nurses, which I think is so important! I've also had my first personal training session with Don! During the session he completed a thorough intake assessment, including asking about my general fitness routine, any injuries, and my goals. He then assessed my strength and mobility to assist with his development of a workout plan. He was focused on ensuring I had appropriate technique/alignment, and emphasized the importance of client/trainer communication and safety. Can't wait for my next session!

I felt empowered and focused after having my training sessions at F.R.E.E. Fitness. They truly know how to help you reach your goals. During the pandemic, I needed remote help with my fitness and this business helped me out right away. Fast forward two years later, I came in person to the gym all the way from Calgary, for a guided exercise program and to pickup my new sneakers (which are super comfortable btw). The facility is clean, has lockers, a cool check in area, and has great rates. I love the merchandise collection and the fresh feeling I get from here after an awesome personal workout session. I can’t wait to come back again. It’s totally worth a 300+ km drive for me, and when I’m remotely training. Where do I begin? I went in for a business meeting and left with a plan for my own wellness goals and boat loads of encouragement from Tony! He set me up with Liam, one of the trainers. I'm very new to proper exercise and have a tailbone injury which hasn't been honoured at previous gyms, making working out scary for me. Liam sat for about an hour with me going over my goals, accountability and setting expectations on both sides. My first few sessions have felt SAFE, challenging and always leave me hungry for more. Each trainer I've met in passing have been so welcoming and it truly is a no judgment zone. Their philosophy that wellness should be accessible to everyone is what drew me in and their motivational words, experience and open communication will keep me going back. They may be stuck with me forever! Definitely a gem in the Edmonton community.

I recently started going to FREE after reaching out to Don, who is now my trainer. Right away he was super supportive and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. Don's very attentive and truly wants to know about the lifestyle I live now and the goals I have in mind, and then made a plan to start me on my way to success. Only after a few sessions I honestly cant imagine going anywhere else, and if it wasn't for Don I probably wouldn't be going to the gym at all. Past experiences have pushed me away from working out in a crowded gym where I have always felt out of place. So If you are like me and are looking for a place that has good vibes, amazing staff, and so much support, this is the place for you!! I highly recommend Don! But of course, any of their trainers are amazing and will welcome you like your family!

After attending a lively F.R.E.E. Fitness Fundraiser event in summer 2020, I knew being part of a non-profit that a Fitness Fundraiser with their team was something I wanted to do! When covid restrictions finally eased, Tony had no hesitation to jump on board to help support Paralympic Sports Association with an event! Tony took care of all the logistics, and we appreciated how he took the lead on the event planning, promotion, and reminded participants to register and donate to our cause! Jordan, who led the class was incredible! We love how his full body bootcamp incorporated progressions/ regressions and was catered to all abilities!! (Tony and some of his teammates were also there demoing the exercises!!) It was the perfect event for PSA! Thank you F.R.E.E. Fitness!! We appreciate your support and hope we can do it again!

I met Tony at F.R.E.E Fitness through my physiotherapist, Vince at Catalyst Physio (same building!) I am a long distance runner and came to Tony 5 weeks ago with the goal of becoming a stronger runner and breaking three hours in the marathon this summer. I was immediately impressed with Tony. He made me feel comfortable and took my goals and concerns seriously. Since working with Tony, my overall fitness has improved, but most of all my strength has come so far in a short time. I am able to run consistently, and on the days I do run hard, my run feels easier. This is all thanks to Tony's specific strength planning which includes an at home program I can easily do in my basement. Once I run the marathon this summer I plan to keep training with Tony as it's really fun and I like the feeling of being strong.

Tony doesn’t waste any time in holding me accountable to ensure I’m always eating healthy and exercising effectively. Been going to free fit open gym for two weeks and it already feels like home. I've been really impressed with many things, the cost makes it it achievable for all walks of life to afford a gym membership with no complicated cancellation fees. The customer service goes above and beyond expectations, response is fast and they checkin in regularly. Anything you need they are there for you. The community are so friendly and welcoming and people are genuinely happy and enjoying their training. There is something for everyone at free fitness whether its general fitness, crossfit, weightlifting or kickboxing. It's the most all inclusive gym I've ever been to, if your new to fitness and need help or just need a space to workout everything and everyone is catered for.

I am currently training with Daniel and it has been a great experience so far! He really made sure to understand my goals and history before making me a customized plan, which he continues to customize as I go along. He has been super helpful in me safely learning how to do certain things that used to intimidate me before. My schedule can be crazy sometimes and he is super accommodating while also holding me accountable to my goals (which is exactly what I had asked for). I used to get bored with normal cardio at the gym and Daniel got me started on kickboxing and I absolutely love it! I really want to share how happy I am and how I have improved working with Tony as my personal trainer for more then a year. When I started, I was not able to climb even one set of stairs without huffing and puffing. Since then, I have improved so much that I even managed to climb the 998 steps of the “ Great Wall of China in Beijing over the summer and managed to walk between 18 K to 20k steps comfortably during my vacation. Thank you to F.R.E.E. Fitness and Tony for helping me change my lifestyle and helping me improve and get closer to my fitness goal. For context, I've worked out prior to joining F.R.E.E Fitness for around 2-3 years. I've only been training with Ty Khan for less than a month but am already seeing more improvements in the areas that I specified (flexibility & strength). I am constantly learning new exercises and nuances about exercises that I used to do for optimal form and results. I also look forward to going to the gym, even on days when I don't feel motivated, because it's so fun to talk to and interact with Ty and I feel accomplished after every session! It's also a very feasible option for anyone that may not be able to afford the standard rates for most personal trainers out there with their very generous "pay-how-you-feel" system.

I love free fitness! You see them everywhere, because they are really involved in the community, which is FANTASTIC. That's how I found out about them, and decided to start training with them. As a pole fitness instructor, I had a lot of upper body and core strength, but my leg strength and lift technique needed improvement. Coming from someone who was easily intimidated by fitness and wellness centres, Tony and the team at F.R.E.E. did a fantastic job at making me feel not only welcome but also comfortable with the space and equipment. Tony’s programs and training were easy to follow and made me excited to go to the gym. After just a month, I felt significantly more confident and capable. I also went to see Kayla for Physio and they worked collaboratively together to ensure my injuries were top of mind. The attention to detail does not go unnoticed. I have been learning a lot from my training sessions with him! I have this goal to lose weight and build more muscle and the workouts are helping me achieve this goal. I feel that I am getting stronger everyday! I am also more motivated to have a healthy diet and lifestyle and watch out what I put into my body. I can't recommend F.R.E.E. Fitness highly enough! I'm someone who avoids the gym because I'm turned off by the typical gym environment, but F.R.E.E. Fitness was something entirely different. I had a personal session with Tony and he was incredibly supportive and helpful, working with me to improve my form and making sure I was pushing myself. The relationships between all the trainers and clients seemed incredibly close and family-like. F.R.E.E. Fit is an amazing facility that offers super unique training! The coaches have various training styles and will work with you to reach your personal goals. I have trained with both Max and Tony and they have been some of the most fun and challenging training sessions I’ve ever experienced! I am a fairly active person and I still always feel pushed to new levels with every session. Tony has designed a program specifically for my sport, which is not a super popular one so it’s cool to see how he tailors each exercise and session to the strength and stability I need. Love these guys! I trained with Ty for about 6 months who was super awesome and fun to train with. He helped me lose 15 pounds and kept me motivated to keep going. Best thing I got out of it - help fixed my form in a lot of areas I was struggling before which makes a huge difference. From the first day I walked into this gym I felt very welcomed. The atmosphere is extremely friendly and I never feel intimidated. I recently attended their outdoor bootcamp, which was SO FUN (they even had a DJ). Also, they have a pay as you feel concept. I love that they are making fitness available to everyone by allowing them people to pay what they are comfortable with. I had an assessment with one of their trainers, Ty, and he seems very knowledgeable. We planned out a schedule and I am very excited to start working with him to achieve my fitness goals. This is the gym I have been hoping for! Friendly, personable owners that have established a gym for everyone. They do so much good for the community/city with their free events that are also so much fun! I started lifting with Max less than a month ago and it's been awesome!! I always have fun, and I can feel myself getting stronger. I always thought I'd have a limited range of motion in my knees due to past injuries, but this week I regained full, pain free mobility! They also have a physiotherapist on site, I think her name is Kayla, who is able to work with you and your program for your specific needs. Overall this gym creates a fun atmosphere that focuses on healthy movement. Highly recommend!!

The gym itself is like a literal playground. So much to do and so much equipment. (The basketball net was a huge bonus for my partner, haha). Love F.R.E.E fit’s online IG fitness classes! Since the beginning of the social isolation free has been very committed to getting their followers moving every Monday and Thursday night. Being in Calgary it is easy for me to follow along with their different trainers. I love the variety of classes and they definitely get me sweating! A go fund me page to support the trainers has been created which gives followers an easy way to donate money to this wonderful local gym!

F.R.E.E. Fitness has a great community, so if that's important to you I would highly recommend reaching out! There is no shame as the trainers are their to work with you to reach YOUR goals. It's not about selling services, it's about your success. I have been training with Daniel while he puts me through the wringer, I leave feeling empowered. I know I'm going to get a great workout while he works with any limitations I have.

Free Fitness offers a welcoming and supportive environment for you to train either at your own pace or with one of their amazing trainers. I like the variety of equipment and the general cleanliness of the facility. I happily trained here often and I'm always recommending others to go here. The flexibility in the gym hours helps the eliminate any excuse not to go. It's great space to progress your fitness! Would recommend.

I have known the guys of F.R.E.E Fitness since 2018. The gym is the best one that I’ve had the pleasure of training in, and I have also worked with Tony. Max and Ty. What these gentlemen bring as coaches is a level of professionalism, experience and knowledge, understanding, compassion and a willingness to help their clients become the best versions of themselves that they can be. Albert with Azn Assasin Boxing is an AMAZING coach!!! I had ZERO boxing experience, and 3 lessons later am learning combos and becoming more consistent with my punches. What a great way to get a sweat inducing 30 minute cardio workout in! It’s so fun that I’ve now got my teenage boys coming with me to get sessions in too! I’m always looking forward to my next session. Try it out! You’ll come back for more!!

I recently joined this fitness family, and I am glad I did! Everyone at the gym is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. The trainers are competent and accomodating. They help you set realistic fitness goals and more importantly, they help you reach them and become your best self! Regarding the facility: it is clean, has all the training equipment that you need and is well spaced-out. Would recommend!

Checked out the gym after it opened up its new location by Kingsway and I loved it! The biggest thing that stood out is the vibe - the people, good music, the facility itself.. the owners are awesome and did a great job putting it together. Their involvement and impact with building the fitness community over the years is inspiring to see. Highly recommend that people go check it out and support a local gym!

What impresses me most is the high level of professionalism, and the fact that it doesn't feel like there's a one size fits all approach to the training. There is more than enough equipment to get in a variety of quality workouts! Community is the first word that comes to mind for Free. I’ve been here for over 2 months now and it has been wonderful. Personally I’ve worked with Matthew for my personal training goals and I’m already seeing great progress. I started with FREE Fit recently and really love it. It had been a while since I'd been in a gym and Don made it such an easy transition to learn what I was doing again. He's a great trainer and has made me feel welcome and valued since day 1! I highly recommend him. The whole team is super friendly and they're a really tight community. This is the most fun I've ever had while training.
