I had a terrible experience. I had a FREE quote for a leak in my roof. Brandon attended for half an hour. He said I need silicone in 2 places between tiles and lead flashing and silicone my door. I got a quote for $830.50 he wanted to clear leaves on my gutter which I didn't ask for. Donna took this off the bill now it's $718.50. Brandon charged me 3 hours. One hour traveling to do the FREE quote, half an hour quoting. One hour to travel to do the work, half an hour work work. The boss Brent said the cost should be $240. Donna said he has gone on holidays and the quote is still $718.50. Not happy and abused by Donna for querying the quote. Call out fee is $80. I have a $35 off voucher. Ridiculous quote and rude staff that want to rip you off

called them about my solar hotwater system. told me it's either the thermostat or element. came and replaced the thermostat (5 mins $200). still no hotwater. came back and said i need a plumber now to replace the temp valve. offered to refund the first charge but then back tracked. ignored my calls. went another 2 weeks without hot water. called AB Plumbing who did a full service including cleaning the panels for $180 and fixed the issue. Stay clear of this dodgy company.

This company is a joke. 8 - 12 weeks, no response despite several follow ups, always an excuse and when the excuses ran out, it appeared to have become easier to simply ignore all points of communication. Save yourself the heartache of even attempting a conversation. Can't comment on the pricing, weeks later I can't get a phone call / email back much less a price - so based on this I can't really comment on their work either.

Steve did an excellent job to install my new bosch gas cooktop. The cooktop came with a faulty screw for natrual gas and it seems had glued to the nut which was very difficult to replace to a LPG scew. But Steve tried everything to get the job done. Thanks alot and I finally have a cooktop to use. I have used this company a few times now. Mark and Andrew are all good plumbers in fixing hot system as well. highly recommended

I've been renovating for 10 months and have had an army of trades through my home but i can honestly say that Fixit electrical were by far the most professional happy pleasant tradies ever and they produced a spectacular result for me. Absolute rip off. Charged me over $200 for the bloke to confirm my toilet and shower were leaking - newsflash... that's why I called you! Stay away from this mob at all costs, there are plenty of good plumbers in Brisbane that don't charge an arm and a leg.

Few years ago I used a plumber name Dean to fix my toliet as it kept flowing. We thought the problem was solved, however the toilet kept flowing. I contacted Dean to see if we can get this resolved, however Dean has been ignoring my messages. Cheers
