Worst experience with ferns and petals. They don't even deserve single star. What they show in the image is completely different from the delivered one. They don't even deliver on time and the products are overpriced. FnP app is worst app ever used. While placing order, the payment page has issues. Their sales person will call you for the order in cart but not suppose to deliver the product on time for which I already paid. So irresponsible customer support even they don't have coordination with their other branches. Just for the 10 roses and a pack of chocolates they charge 1500 which is not worthy. Its better to invest that money somewhere else. I am sharing the picture how unprofessional the gift is looking. Is it really worth spending 1500 for this !!!!!

When I was unable to upload a photo for a personalised Anniversary cake from USA, I called their local Jaipur number and spoke to Lekhraj. He was extremely helpful and efficient. The exact cake with the photo was delivered the following day on time as promised. I am very impressed by their service. I had sent out an email as well which was promptly responded by Nancy. Though it would be nice to get the website fixed so that others don’t face the problem and frustration I went through uploading a photo. But thank you so much for your excellent service and cooperation. Will definitely use it again and recommend my friends too.

The quality of the product is poor, and the picture seen on website is extremely different from the order provided. I would avoid F&P and all its associates whether it is for cake or for flowers. Customer service post-delivery is extremely painful. Please avoid at all costs. Do Avoid, call customer service several times.

Ordered from Mumbai for someone special in jaipur. Yash flowers helped me select the best possible combination for a competitive price. They also delivered it on time as requested. Thanks for making it so easy. She loved the surprise. Will be coming back with more such orders. Highly recommended.

Wish i would had read those reviews before I ordered a bouquet for my mom, this mothers day. They are ridiculous. There flowers are bad as well as they delivered it on the wrong address. I would recommend not send anything rather than ordering something from them. Don’t waste your money.

I paid for flower delivery. The guy came to our place and refused to deliver the flowers to my parents. Ultimately I paid for it, and the flowers and the gift was never delivered. No compensation, no refund.
