LADIES FOR YOUR SAFETY DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY Honestly had a very uncomfortable and scary experience with Nick at Freedom Locksmith. I had booked him for a set time and the day of he decides to change the time on me. It took 40 minutes to get to the storage space due to traffic so he was soooooo mad to the point where he almost wanted to punch me. I told him he could leave and then he said, "No you have to pay". Obviously I was terrified of my life and this was a work related project to I couldn't just pay him off, I needed to get the job done. The entire time he kept complaining and snapping at me. I was frightened for my safety. I should have just called the cops. If you're a WOMAN stay away from hiring this company!!!!!

I'm so glad I found Nick from Freedom Locksmith.For me, like a business owner was very important to find trustable Locksmith close to my business in Sherman Oaks. A few days ago, one of my office door lock get stuck. I did call Nick and he arrived in about 15 minutes. He did explain me everything about the locks and how I can make my place more secure. Just in about another 15 min. he replaced the lock and he made me an extra key set for very reasonable price. Really fast and professional work.
