I contacted Song the owner informed her that the appointment was for my mother, for a facial, massage and waxing on the actual day of her 85th birthday. That she’s elderly and has frail fragile skin. She asked my mom to remove her jewelry and Song put it in a box and placed it in a cabinet. She proceeded and did the facial. She peeled the skin while removing blackheads. My mom has dark blemishes on her nose, where the skin peeled. Looks worse than the blackheads ever did. After we paid her we forgot to get the earrings from her. As soon as we remembered we contacted her and asked her if she could please mail them to us. She promised she would. After a week and a half she texted me that she needs to speak with me. I was at work but still was concerned so I told her to call me. She informed me that my mom’s earrings (pearls) had been accidentally thrown away in trash and she’s extremely sorry. That’s all. I was speechless. The earrings were a present my brother had given to my mom for her birthday. Apart from monetary value they were of great sentimental value. What an awful experience and such careless and unprofessional behavior. Regret ever going to her.

Adorable place, small and cozy. I'm actually from Orlando and was in for thanksgiving and decided to get waxing service before heading back home the next day. I like going to business that are by appointments, don't have a full waiting area & are nice and quiet and this is exactly what this is. I also called the same day and she had an available spot for me, offered to text me directions and details how to find the business.

This was first experience in any spa or even having a facial even. It was the best service ever. Made me feel so comfortable n like I'd been coming there along time. Loved the waxing...hot rock massage along with the most amazing relaxing facial. I highly recommend Facial n Waxing...wonderful experience. Well n worth the money n better for the experience! Referred by a friend. Had a horrible first time with someone on Groupon. My second time was a little better maybe because she talks you through how waxing works. I know I’m a big giant baby lol didn’t give much thought about waxing until I hit 36 But now I think I might keep it up. Mrs. Song= detail! I thought only God knew how many hairs we got on our bodies lol.

The owner was very nice and pleasant. Her facility was well kept and very clean. I was hesitant at first being that I'm not from Jacksonville and this was my first Brazilian wax in over 3 years but her work spoke for itself and if I'm ever in the area I most definitely will visit her again.

I went for a Brazilian wax and was leary on trying someone new. Song was VERY friendly & made me feel very comfortable. She gave me the best Brazilian wax ever! Wish I lived in the area to keep coming back but if I'm in the Jax area & need a wax I know where I'll be going.

I got my first Brazilian wax today. As you would assume I was super nervous not knowing what to expect. When I got there she made me feel so comfortable. She talked through the entire process and was patient when I was pull away. She is def worth the money!
