Absolutely disgusting customer service by an Indian lady behind the counters. So ordered an item from Dyson which had this post office listed as a click and collect location. On collection she goes you shouldn’t have selected this post office as your click and collect location. I asked why is your post office listed as a location and that they should speak to the retailer to have this rectified. She then answers back quite rudely telling me to contact the retailer and ask them to rectify the issue myself! Then she went on one about I can refuse collection like she done me a favour by accepting the parcel in the first place. From all the reviews on here it seems like the same lady who has an attitude problem. I don’t have any issues with religion but please keep your shrine at home and not on display as this is a post office. I guess this is what happens when a franchise is sold to a bunch of lunatics.

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE UNLESS YOU TRULY HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE! The staff are incredibly imcompetent, condescending, unprofessional and, disrespectful towards customers, especially the South Asian male at the counter who's supposedly the manager. They deliberately keep charging me 2.5x the standard rate making my experience disastrous every time. I would give them a negative star if possible. Sort it out Royal Mail as I won't be returning to this atrocious place in the future!

Very bad service! One particular lady behind the counter is very unhelpful, bossy and rude. Despite visiting several times the same lady has refused me service. On one occasion I had a large parcel to return, she had refused to accept the parcel and told me to go to another post office. On another occasion she’d refused to exchange coins into notes. They joke around about the customer in their language while the customer is present, very unprofessional!

Terrible service, the Asian lady behind the counter was so rude and blunt when serving me, when I told her about the services other post offices offer she began interrogating me as though I was questioning her role. Overall will not be visiting this place again. I simply wanted to drop a parcel off and she made me purchase so many other times and tried to sell me Loren products which were not needed. Customer service really does not exist anymore.

I withdraw some money at the counter at the post office and by mistake I left some of it at the counter, it had fallen between in the gap between the window and the slot where the cashier hands you the money. I went back to the post office after I had realised there was some money missing and Shaheen was so helpful, she had kept the money for me and gave me the money after doing the checks. I am so grateful to her. Excellent service

The worst post office staff ever I have seen they are unprofessional and don't help the customers with any enquiries regarding any parcel , especially the Indian lady she is so rude when I went to collect my parcel which supposed to be collected from there as collection point she should not be working as a customer service. .

This post office provides so many different services which is very helpful, they also have a good selection of books, stationary, toys etc. The staff is so welcoming especially Shaheen who is always willing to help with a smile on her face. She is an asset to our community and gives us the best service.

I have used this post office branch for many years and have always found the staff to be very polite and smiley.They always serve me and my mum and dad when he was here with respect, we never get the feeling that they are trying to rush us. If only other assistants in other shops were as good

I went in for travel insurance today and was assisted by a lady named Shaheew who was very helpful indeed. I explained what i required from the insurance and was given the best option based on my criteria which I then purchased. Great service, absolutely efficient. Would 100% recommend.

I think I come here nearly everyday for my Amazon and asos returns. Really friendly service from the team, and good to catch the locals every now and then. Quick service, open everyday but Sunday. Vanitha and Nepul are the people I normally see, and are always so helpful!
