Got charged twice for one transaction. I tried to explain to the woman my card was charged twice & she started yelling saying it was not. A few days later the 2 payments have processed. I've tried calling the store multiple times, no answer. It's a hard time for majority of people right now. I don't have time to be spending extra money and waiting weeks for the bank to refund. I Will never come back to the store again. She didn't even have the decency to wait to see if the first transaction went through before swiping my card again.
The wife is very rude and talks to customers in a demeaning fashion, even to the point of refusing to play their lottery numbers. Generally the husband is eating or sleeping even when there is a line of customers whereby he could be assisting his wife with the customers. I do NOT go there anymore for anything!
