"family bank,how can a client walk in the banking hall and waste almost an hour in such a day only because the officer incharge is not at his desk to serve the customers, my wife is sick, I want to withdraw money to take her to hospital, but I'm getting late because there is no one to attend!!!! I can't believe it"
