I want to give Tracey the cashier at this location on Vickery my honest opinion on my experience just now she was very pleasant she greets her customers as they enter the store by acknowledging their presence and saying hello and has a great attitude at checkout I just went Thru her line with a little over $200 dollars and my experience at other locations with a huge amount in the past wasn’t as friendly “ let’s just say this “You’re establishment needs more cashiers like Ms.Tracey ! She is definitely vip status in my book Kuddos Tracey you were AWESOME You make it easy to spend money in you’re store with you’re upmost friendliness:) Have a blessed day .....

I'm a student from poly and this is the closet Store From our high school, today during lunch my friends and I went to buy some snacks as soon as we Walked into the Store a rude lady screamed at us, telling us that we needed to wait, we asked her why (in a nice way) and she said, you cant buy anything right now. I dont care if you go somewhere else, you can go ahead and go to Store across the Street. We said okay, thank you and we walked out. In my opinion she should get fired... customer service is discusting and if you want people to go to your Store you should listen to the customers, this Lady was mean and rude. She didnt gave us any chance to speak.

Location never has any baskets available no matter what time or day you go in store. Im disabled and really need basket to shop . when ask about basket told they were all stolen but if so never been replaced. Many dollars not spent because no way to get items to counter or car. At times see a basket full of store inventory but not available to use. Please allow location to purchase some baskets for their customers before they go elsewhere to shop.

First time ever going in this store. It was so nice. The ladies greeted me with a smile they were helpful on things that I needed I mean they walked me to the isle and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Wonderful customer service talking about wowing me they went above and beyond. I will continue to shop here and I will tell anybody else this is the place to be.Thanks for everything!

Today is 5/7/2021 every time this girl works she closes the store early and have all of us customers outside wondering what the heck going on ...... customers was knocking at the door asking why she closed the store super early. Like 20 to 30 mins early she saw us walking to the door then she locked it . Rude so everyone was like we’ll just go to Walmart. It was 8:35 pm

This Family Dollar is pretty nice they are stocked with everything. It carries from kitchen utensils toiletries to beer. If you live in this neighborhood because it is hidden. They will have what you need for a quick stop if you need something for the house. One thing is though they do close at 9 while all the others close at 10.

right by my house...its convenient. has nice sized parking lot. 2 entrances...cool manager and staff. I like this family dollar. they just don't have a lot of items to choose from but I see they are working on that.. they are also open until 10 pm now. which is lovely *green eyez*

They always close early. So if its 30min before closing dont even bother going. They shouldnt bother wearing a mask or asking people to wear a mask if their employees dont even know how to put a mask on. Wearing a mask on your chin isnt helping anybody Family Dollar.

They did have what I needed, but customer service was bad. I asked if I could get cash back the clerk said no. The card machine clearly had a cash back option, but clerk kept refusing. As a rule I always get great service at this store.

Manager was rude got upset when I ask about. The coupons. It wasn't nessesery for her to raise her boise. I ask very polite I visit this store on regular basis. Thank you for your help.

This family dollar is nice compared to others and it’s so close to my house I can walk. Everything looks well put together and organized I hope it continues to remain this way.

Very very rude employee named keys she told us to take our hoodie off and while we where looking she told us to put that item back because she want sure If we where buying it

Clean, friendly, reasonably priced. I was impressed that I was In and out with a few grocery staples in under 10 minutes. Beats the big box store by a long shot.

A guy stole from me two times. 41 dollars the first time and then 28 dollars the second time. I don't know if he is keeping it. But I need my money back.

It's a very nice clean store with great staff! My update to my rating is that it's still a very nice store and very clean and the staff is still great!

They are open regular hours now! 8am-10pm I know it was because of the air conditioner they are still out though but they are open for regular hours

Can anyone, employees/public explain hours of operation?? It's like one minute store open, then next min closed. Hopefully store's ac been fixed.

Waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes. Meanwhile 3 associates in clear view continued to ignore me and go about their business. So rude

Typical Family Dollar store. Clean, well-lit, plenty of parking, conveniently located and well-stocked.
