I’m one of those people who will only write a review if my experience is a memorable one. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this practice. Front desk staff needs some coaching. But it’s great to see that this doctor takes the side of her unprofessional staff . Also very interesting experience… Instead of listening she came in talking. Could have just went to urgent care if I wanted a doctor who didn’t want care to hear about my health concerns or prior history. Make sure to ask questions and to ask who you are speaking with when you call. So that you are able to walk-in with all the details. Instead like myself who watched these women lie to my face. Needed a specialist specifically because I have already seen a PT and they gave me the exact same run around and I am still do not have a solution to my health problem. Little tip: one of the nurses had already confessed that they misplaced my paperwork and that’s how I ended up watching the entire waiting room clear before I was called. (Yes and I did arrive and check in before them. Also payed attention when they checked in and noted the doctor they said they were there to see)

This doctor is money hungry. And she loves to preach the bible to her patients. My husband and I went in for our annual physical exams, which is covered through my insurance. Somehow, I still ended up paying over $130 for our annual physical blood work to be done. This is preventative care, covered through my insurance. Yet, I was charged. On top of that, my husband calls in to discuss the results of his blood work, and the office then bills my insurance a claim for a "long office visit". He spoke to the doctor on the phone for 2 minutes, and then they bill $181. I have never had such a money-hungry doctor before. There are doctors out there who practice actual ethics, will call you for your follow up blood-work without charging anything because that's protocol, and will not preach the bible to you during your initial appointment. Highly unethical doctor and office.

Terrible wait times and when you finally do see the Dr. all you get is dismissive hurried behavior. She doesn't listen, she doesn't care, and then she brings up god. I have never been so dissapointed in a physican in my life. Without getting political, let me just say this doctor went against the scientific community and really dissapointed me in every way. Instead of referring me to a specialist, I was esentially told I would be prayed for. Please keep church and office visits separate but most importantly don't ignore your patient's and their plights. On a brighter note, I was able to find a most wonderful doctor and was able to be treated.

She been my Doctor for since 2004 so its 18 yrs now I even referred her to my husband. She is very religious person, knowledgeable, very professional, she like a Psychiatrist to me too thats how i feel, sometimes there’s disgration between me & my hubby thats okay. For me she do it with care, my doctor is not that perfect but I like the way she approach me & my husband and she do it how she get train to be a doctor. Her staff is very friendly and polite, professional she have a new crew or assistant so i would say i will highly recommended her to the acquaintances or friends. I did trust her for so long so why not.

Dr. Eddy-Bertrand tried to deter me from getting my 12-year old vaccinated against COVID by telling me to “do research on 12-year olds getting myocarditis from the vaccine” and “the government lied about FDA approval.” She then proceeded to lie to me that my daughter could not receive the flu vaccine within 90 days of receiving the COVID vaccine. She used scare tactics in front of my daughter and spread misinformation. Professional misconduct at the very least. If you believe in science and would like to protect yourself and others from COVID, find a different doctor.

I feel like I found a beautiful treasure in Dr Eddy! She is very pleasant, but she's also extremely focused on patients. It amazes' me, how fast she is processing a tone of information: diagnosis and the solution. And I assure you she's going to make the best choice for you. she's is the most patient, detailed and makes sure you understand everything. She participates honestly in your happiness, when you are doing well and puts all her powerful knowledge, to bring you to the point of wellness. Dr Eddy, you are the best!!!

Dr. Ohkovat is my husband’s PCP, and he displays professionalism and thoroughness in my husband’s care, ordering an in-office EKG on the spot when hub’s Apple Watch a-fib heart alarm was going off. If you ever have to wait for Dr. O, it’s probably because he was giving excellent care to a patient. Today, that was us! My husband feels that Dr. O listens to his concerns and respects his intelligence. We are continuing with the practice as our Primary care provider.

Great disposition. But don’t count on her or her office for easy availability. Tried to prevent going through the expense of Urgent care to no avail. Now me with my possible food poisoning symptoms going to urgent care in the middle of the day.

Dr. Eddy-Bertrand is awesome! She’s very kind and very compassionate. She’s curing the whole part of your body physically and emotionally.♥️♥️♥️ I love her. She’s been my doctor for more than a decade. …

Love, love my doctor. She is compassionate, detailed, and sincerely concerned about her patients well being.

All the doctors are GREAT, staff is always there to help you in every way possible.
