$134,133 collected in annual membership fees? and counting. Reviews on Demandforce are painfully inconsistent with other sites. I contacted Demandforce to ask from where the reviews were gleaned since site visitors are NOT invited to review. . The site reports 2747 reviews per this update. Demandforce reports they verify each review as unique per phone conversation. 2747 unique patients billed $49 each year = $134,133. NOTE: I chose NOT to include the client generated reviews from other sites because I cannot verify the number of unique users. Two of those sites contain 53 rating 3 & fewer stars. 53 x 49 = $2497 This Practice’s providers do & will listen to you. The Practice will not. Case in point: The first paragraph in this review. SOMEONE does read reviews but chooses to ignore rather than respond effectively with US, their patients re: any negative concerns. I was told by the 3 providers on my team, "Your expectations are too high (re: wait times, wound care, data based diagnoses)". So, yes, I was heard. If you have a mainstream job with a traditional schedule. Keep researching. If you require alternative transportation like family, friend, service. Keep researching. Your wait time is guaranteed to be incredibly L O N G. I waited so long for my FIRST appointment the Practice could only offer an earlier appointment THE. FOLLOWING. MORNING! I strongly suggest that you do NOT get pulled into the whole, “Our physicians care about each patient and will spend as much time as necessary with each” schtick. They DOUBLE book more regularly than any other provider in my long chronic history. My PCP at this Practice is amazing & intuitive. He interprets complicated lab results like no other in my experience. I see another provider, an FNP at this Practice, too. She introduced me to recent research data re: my chronic disease & initiated a new medication regime. I did have serious issues with both of them re: appropriate communication and wait time. Sadly, I felt blamed by both; one suggested my standards are too high, “I don’t know what else we can do.” I encourage everyone referred to the Dermatology department to request a second opinion before any procedure is scheduled. I hear her supervisory doctor is good. I never saw him. He did, however, diagnose a rare genetic skin disorder via biopsy report and copious notes written very well by his representative at this Practice. With that said, the first line treatment being 5-FU was approved by my Insurance; an alternative was not. However, the application instructions were WRONG. just, wrong. I got very sick. A patient portal message to my FNP went ignored and forwarded to the PA. I brought my 5-FU to an appointment to request a clarification of actual application; how ‘apply some’ is defined. Full disclosure: the area = 12inches above my knew down to my ankle x2 & 6inches above my elbow down to my wrist x2. The question was met with frustration and a similar answer offered, “Just not a lot!” It took almost 3 Months for a Basal Cell excision to heal. Stitches were removed 3 weeks post procedure. Erupted a week later resulting in an ER visit. At the 10 week mark … GET THIS … I was told (This Practice) is not a wound center and that they did not have the supplies to offer, “Just turn the blue bandage over and use the other side” Sadly, I wasn’t told (this Practice) isn’t a wound center until week 10. All that time I was scheduled every Monday ~ Double Booked with another patient ~ my insurance was billed and I paid my co-pay each visit. I sent a message to my primary provider via the Patient Portal at Week 8. And, again, it was NOT read but forwarded to the PA. Again, remember … This Practice bills each patient a $49 Annual Membership Fee for this service. I did maximized the convenience the Clinic provides: lab & imaging. Personnel in each are supportive and personable. The front desk presents a level of hospitality inconsistent with the actual tone of the Clinic. I appreciate the Front Desk more than I can express.

I am writing a review to specifically comment on the outstanding work of this facility. I am confused as to how this office receives such negative reviews. Every single experience that I have had at this practice has been extraordinary from the moment I step through the door to the time I leave. Everyone in the front office staff is incredibly nice. There is a front office male who goes above and beyond to help individuals. If his job entails just checking people in, he has gone beyond that. He has practiced medicine/healing/health care just by communicating with those he has checked in. The woman who sits on the right and the two women who do the scheduling upon discharge are incredibly nice as well. They are always in a good mood and share a positive attitude with other patients as they leave. The patients are always laughing with them every time I leave so I am really uncertain as to how there could be negative reviews stemming from a positive environment. Everything is easy, efficient and executed in a timely manner. The office is consistently able to schedule appointments very quickly. I have seen quite a number of physicians over the last few years due to my extensive medical history, and I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Tyler Southwell, who truly reinforces the value of what it means to be a physician. He sits down and patiently listens to the entire history before asking questions that would aide him in his prognosis. He is extremely intelligent; incorporating his patience, experience, evident extensive scientific knowledge, and understanding to work with me in prognosis. I have read that many patients now use online tools to explore treatments because they don't feel that physicians explain all aspects of treatment. Dr. Tyler Southwell goes above and beyond by explaining the diagnosis, typical cause, and all aspects of treatment. He treats the source rather than the symptoms. He is `truly` the definition of what it means to be a physician. I am sorry I cannot comment on the other physicians in the office, as I did not have the opportunity to meet with them, but if they are reflective of Dr. Tyler Southwell, then this entire facility is the definition of Medicine/Health Care.

My wife and I have been going to this Practice for over 25 years and 3 locations. I quit Dr. Francyk when he would not refill my heart medication for “need” of an in person visit when it was an ongoing script, and I switched to Dr. Southwell (who is no longer at the practice.) I went back to Dr. Francyk…long story short he has held our medications at Ransom for “in person” visits. Even though his availability was more than a week out and would not accept a video appointment for my wife (but did for me?). He left her with an interruption in meds (which there is even a warning against by the manufacturer) I told his nurse I was considering leaving and going to another doctor, ANNND HERE IT IS she stated Dr. Francyk said, and I quote “go for it “. After 25 years plus of being a patient at this practice I would’ve thought my doctor would have at least had a phone call with me to discuss this decision, not be flippant about it. When I told the nurse I would be leaving the practice after that comment I was kicked off of patient portal within two hours. That’s the fastest thing that office has ever done for me !! I’ve stayed on hold nearly that long for an appointment, absolutely waited that long in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment. I just received two certified letters for myself and my wife, total CYA on their part. Absolute stock letters that I think they probably send out more often than they’d like to admit. If you’re looking for a doctor, keep looking. Oh yeah, you don’t have to pay $50 a year to have a doctor by the way. That’s just their thing. Good luck!

Terrible experience. I came in to establish care as I recently moved. I declined to be weighed by the MA and she argued with me, then another MA rolled her eyes and said loudly "just say refused" and the first MA continued to bully me about it as we walked down the hallway to the room insisting "I need a number". This was all in front of multiple other staff members and other patients. When the doctor came in she was ready to go ahead with my appt without having my weight but I said I wanted to address what happened with the MAs and how they made me feel uncomfortable. She apologized but kept making excuses for them and when I pushed back that if she really needed my weight (which she didn't for this appt) then I would give it to her but that should be a conversation the MAs leave for her to have in private. I was very calm and non confrontational when I discussed this with her. She acted like there must be some underlying issue with me not wanting to give my weight and then told me she could not see me if I did not give my weight. I left the appointment without being seen even though there is absolutely no reason she needed my weight at this appointment. I never get weighed at any doctors office and I am able to get prescriptions written and care anyway. It seems this office does not acknowledge a patient's right to consent. I'm glad I found this out at my first appointment.

I have been going to Dr Francyk at Family Practice Specialists for 6 years. Everyone at the clinic or practice are top rated physicians by their patients and peers. The response time when I need to get into the office is exceptional. The office is well organized and very professional. They have radiology services and a laboratory on site. I rarely have to wait 15 minutes and I am usually early. The staff quickly makes my next appointment based on my chart. Dr Francyk and his nurse Charlotte make sure that all my quarterly physicals are done timely and fully. My prescriptions are refilled and faxed to my pharmacy when I get my checkups. The patient portals is wonderful as I can print out my health and pharmaceutical informational for my other physicians, for their medical chart. My phone calls or requests on the patient portal are answered the same day or next morning. Urgent issues are sent to a medical staff member to handle in a timely manner. If an urgent issue comes up, on the weekend, a physician is on call and returns your call within an hour with few exceptions which might be in flu season. I have moved an hour away, from their office and I still continue to drive to their office due to the great care that I receive. I am a retired healthcare professional and I know exceptional professionals. Thank you to all at Family Practice Specialists.

Cannot believe the negative reviews over a lousy $49 dollar administration fee. I was assaulted last year and required surgery on my shoulder for a knife wound. Dr Southwell did an outstanding job on my follow up visit as he checked for many illnesses the hospital did not check for like hepatitis and hiv. My internal stitches began to pop through which is no one's fault as it just happens sometimes. However, an infection started and I was at risk for going into sepsis. Dr Southwell stayed late to see me and I was better in 24 hours as he prescribed the right antibiotic. The wait times for scheduling are no different than other doctors. Also, one review refers to Nurse Practioner Montgomery as a doctor which she is not. If you are going to post a review at least be accurate. Last minute appointments are readily available with the nurse practitioners and they are both thorough and excellent. Another review says office visits are required for prescription renewals. For my blood pressure meds I just call and leave a message. Problem solved with in 48 hours. No problem at all. I am sorry if someone cannot afford 49$ a year but that is no reason for a 1 star rating.

  • SpiceItUp

After nearly 7 years with this practice, we decided to break away from this practice after they decided to make money making policy decisions that were not in the best interest of their patients. For one, they now charge every patient an annual administration fee of $49.00 at the beginning of the year. Most important, they now want to see you in their office every 3 to 4 months, so that you can get refills of ordinary medicine. Basically, your medicine refills are held hostage until they see you. This office will use up your limit of well office visits so that you can continue to get medicinal refills, then when you're really sick, you'll have to pay through the nose for a cold and rushed office visit. Other clinics require regular office visits if you're on a drug like antidepressants, thyroid, etc..not ordinary medicines. They've become a money making racket and their patients are realizing this. All patients beware and stay clear away from this office! There are other practices far more caring and reasonably priced and won't hold your medicine refills hostage!

I had an appointment scheduled today (Wednesday) and confirmed via text on Monday. I got here today and was told that my appointment was cancelled. Apparently I was left a voicemail yesterday afternoon that they wanted to switch the provider I’d be seeing and because I didn’t call back to confirm the change, my appointment was just cancelled. I wouldn’t be upset if they’d just changed the appointment to the other NP’s schedule, but I don’t leave my job until after business hours and had other appointments today since this is a rare weekday off for me. To just cancel my appointment after I’d confirmed it is unprofessional and inconsiderate. It’s not that the providers were unavailable or had an emergency. Apparently my time is unimportant. Another patient said the same had happened to her as I walked out. I will seek out better care elsewhere. Maybe this is why people just go to the large practices like Dignity and Honor Health…

  • David Ploc

I called and made an appointment, told the receptionist I was a new patient. When I arrived I was given paperwork to complete and sign. On page 7 it says you agree to pay an ANNUAL Administration Fee. They do not list the amount of this ANNUAL FEE (it's $49) it is NOT covered by insurance, and is NOT included in the healthcare services. When I inquired about this fee the receptionist told me "All of the Dr's are doing it today". I instantly cancelled my appointment, was refunded my co-pay, and found another local dermatologist who does not charge the fee. In my 50 years of going to the Dr. I have never heard of this. BEWARE!!!! If you use this practice, on page 7 of the forms they give you, you agree for them to collect this fee from you. It's just another way for them to screw you out of $49 ANNUALLY. It's a SCAM. BEWARE!!! Never once was I told of this fee when I called the office.

  • Maria Saucedo (Lucy)

This place is horrible! My husband went in for ear pain back in may or june of 2014 and the doctor was rude and so unprofessional. Dr. Montgomery was so insensitive to his problem, she barely listened to him and she kicked him out of the office when he was telling her that she wasn't even listening to his problem. She recommended he see an ENT so far from where we live knowing that there was one closer to our house. Before this doctor we had Dr. Ungar and she was just the best but she left in December of last year. Ever since this last incident neither my husband or I will be returning to this awful place. They just care about your money here not your health because I've let them know about my husbands experience and they don't care. Also the fee they charge is ridiculous. It's so unnecessary and they charge it out of nowhere. Highly disappointed and will not recommend at all.

  • Alinna Flores

Just the worst if it weren't for Catherine I would leave and now I will be , looking for a new place. They are never on time and when you request time off of work not once but twice and you have to reschedule that's just not good patient care. The ma just looked like she was gonna punch you in the face and her attitude and mannerisms we're even worse, then I get the NP who just was very cold and was to annoyed with her day she must have had. All I have to say is if you are calling for a weekend appointment and you ask for the lab hours and they tell you , it's like clinic its open till 12 and you know there fasting labs , so you don't eat and they close earlier... Like seriously why the hell then why would I be so specific with why I need a weekend appointment in the first place before I even scheduled All in all this place sucks!

  • Vinnie S

Dr. Southwell is 1st class! I personally find the wait times to be in line with other facilities. If the wait time doubled or tripled I would not say a word. I have had dozens of surgeries and flown around to the best facilities in the country. I have met and treated with more doctors and specialists over the years than I can remember. I truly appreciate good healthcare. After seeing the best of the best in healthcare I can honestly say Dr. Southwell and his way of practicing medicine ranks up there with the best. To get the absolute best healthcare you can get you have to establish a relationship w your doctor. Dr. Southwell strives on that exact bond of relationship. The man has a true love of medicine and making people well and I can feel that at every appointment. Can't thank the man enough!

  • Kelly Bossert

I have called and left several messages with the office in regards to the Roe v Wade. When I called again they informed me if one finds themselves pregnant and needing assistance to "Go to New Mexico or planned parenthood." Save your time trying to get abortion access with this office. They are unable to help for fear of their office getting prosecuted in the future for supplying abortion access. This is a great office I have been going to since I was 12 but this is such a sad time when they will not provide care to everyone for fear of their own safety. I hope this practice will expand it's access for abortion care in the future, not just birth control.

  • Tanni Baird

I would rate them ZERO STARS if I could. 40 minute drive each way. My initial appointment was this morning; was told to be there at 9:45, appointment with Dr Southwell at 10. At 10:30, I asked about delay. They said he was reading my file and they were behind. No apologies, but heard office person say she hates confrontation to the other office person. 15 minutes later, at 10:45, I left. Dr Southwell writes about respecting his patients, but this is a very poor way to show respect, ESPECIALLY at an initial appointment. Well, at least I was disrespected up front. Apparently this is the norm from what I have read here. FAMILY WAITING PRACTICE is right!

  • Jason H

I scheduled an appointment for 11am Monday. They failed to tell me they had moved office locations (my GPS even took me to their old location I had previously visited.) I was late and had to re-schedule. Fair enough, that's partly on me because I could've checked their website. I re-scheduled for the "same appointment time tomorrow," that's the exact words they used. Tuesday morning comes, I arrive at 11am on the dot. They inform me I am an hour late and they cannot see me. I didn't even want to play the "he said she said game" so I just left. I will be finding a new doctor, one that is willing to step up when they make a mistake to fix things.

  • Brooke White

This is absolutely the worst doctors office I’ve ever been too. There are way too many people shuffling in and out. It took 2 weeks just for my 1st appointment and they never tell you how much things cost. The initial appointment is $300! Then they charge you a $50 annual admin fee? That is ridiculous. Finally the nurse practitioner I saw told me I have insomnia so she could do a blood test and it would be covered by my insurance. Well it wasn’t, so I had to pay for that too. This place is awful with its hidden fees they never once tell you about. Save yourself time, money and hassle, find another doctors office.

  • Brenda Steward

I've unfortunately been to many doctors in my life, trying to find the right fit, someone that listened and tested correctly with my issues to get answers. I met Dr. Jennifer Francyk and I've never felt better about my health and getting the answers I need. She listens, she explains things to me when I get my results, she communicates with me through the patient portal, she is getting me to the correct specialists I need, she is the best doctor I've found EVER! Thank you for your dedication, hard work and your all around amazing service you bring to Arizona. Family Practice Specialists is lucky to have you.

  • Tony Caputo

Unfortunately this office has changed its motto. They are the epitome of a money making machine, attempting to maximize whatever income they can generate, either from the insurance company or their own patients. This was, I re-iterate and repeat, "was" a reputable place. It is no longer. If you are sincerely concerned about your health and financial stability, I would not recommend this establishment. I stopped going here, sadly to say because of their ethical behavior, in my opinion, after over 25 years of being their patient. Good Luck and Good Health to you, if you do decide to go here.

  • Jasen Davis

I have been going to this office since 2009 and now they want to charge $50.00 every year to be a patient? They refused to see me for my injury even after signing all releases for insurance and standard forms. I was refused for medical treatment for 50 dollars a year..... All they seem to care about is money. It’s sad that because of me not wanting to pay for a log in with their practice’s website every year for a service I do not want, I will continue to be in pain. Thanks family practice really... I needed immediate medical treatment and I was refused over a $50.00 membership fee!

  • Sue Roche

Dr. Southwell is tbe best doctor I have ever had. Very thorough and really listens to you. If he is not available I have seen other doctors as well as Catherine O'Neill wirh positive results. The entire group are very professional and caring. As far as the annual fee when you average it out fot the entire year it is only a few dollars a month. My question to those who have commented on it would you rarher have first class medical care or shop around for a new doctor or clinic and spend more time and money doing that and naybe not be satisfied.

  • Ana Holloway

Rip Off! They charge for the air you breathe - the minute you walk in. I kept having these additional charges that insurance would not pay for ... then I realized they use their own way to add miscellaneous fees, admin fees that makes our office visit double or triple of the amount approved by the insurance. Hence, I will never go back and I disputed all their "additional/miscellaneous charges"- that they never disclosed prior the services. Bad business! For the love of money - not the love of Health and Medicine. Sad!

  • Shawn Elmore

I've been coming here for 8 years due to the bedside manner this practice gives. Many times my appointment times are pushed back - sometimes by an hour - however, I never get upset. Why? Because they will spend up to an hour or so listening to your concerns, discussing treatments for illnesses, talking about mental health issues, etc. In essence, they are what Dr's should be. If there were more stars I would give them the max. (p.s. Kate Montgomery is great ... she's my regular Nurse practitioner).

  • Greg “Goyo” Chambers

First, I would like to say I'm 58 years old and have been to a Doctor a couple of times I find the staff here courteous and professional. Wait times are excellent Dr. Southwell is fantastic. He always makes sure I get the most bang for my buck. Lab tests, preciptions, etc. Family specialists fees, etc. have always been crystal clear and very reasonable. I highly recommend Family Specialists $50 Administration fee? Worth the money. (Pebble in the beach). What's high quality health care worth?

  • Amy Holt

This office has been fantastic to my family since we started seeing Dr Gloyd about 3 years ago. Dr. Gloyd has always had such a calming sense about him. Nothing seems to rattle him, but he always addresses the concern in a very sincere and professional manner. His nurse Maddie is always so efficient and responsive which makes the visits seamless. We've seen a few PA's which have been great and the flexibility of zoom appts is awesome. HIGHLY recommend.

  • Mike Riviere

The second problem of franzyk sending a certified letter telling me they are not going going to provide care without warning or time to find a new doctor are: 1. My blood sugar went up to 423! Very dangerous. 2. I just got of hospital for multiple blood clots (DVT) In both my left leg and lungs! Potential killer. This doctor is obviously more concerned about his money than his patients. Also, I have records about my visits. Stay away from this guy.

  • Bob Rebeka

I’ve been seeing Dr. Wyse for almost 10 years. Dr. Wyse and staff provide incredible experience and personal care when you see him. You’re never just another patient, in and out with little conversation. They make going to the doctor a pleasant experience. They truly care about you. With this personal care and extra time to better understand you will come with some delays and longer than expected wait times but to me it’s worth the wait!!

  • ahron green

Call with their front desk during covid. Me: I've been having a high fever and dry cough for the past 5 days, can I see a doctor? Receptionist: we aren't doing any sick visits. The earliest I can get you a virtual appointment with the doctor is in 3 days. Me: that's way too long for the way I'm feeling, I guess I'll try to get some care elsewhere. Receptionist: ok, bye bye. End Call Me: Signs up for care at another practice. ...

  • Gabriel Alexander

So my Doctor that I had was very attentive and listen to my concern, however when I had first signed up they never had mentioned anything about this miscellaneous admin fee. Upon calling they said “it was in the welcome packet that you signed when you came in”. In my professional opinion I think it’s unethical and not great business practice to not let someone know that there will be an annual admin fee just as a heads up

  • Irving Isaacson

Dr. Francyk has been my doctor for almost six years, and I have always found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful in keeping me in good health. I find the staff at Family Practice Specialists to be friendly and professional and I have not had any issues contacting them to make appointment times or needing to reschedule if necessary. I am very satisfied with the services I have received from Dr. Francyk and his staff.

  • Kellie MacDonald-Evoy

I used to enjoy this practice until I started to have actually health concerns. I saw two different doctors who both ignored and minimized my symptoms. They suggested an over the counter supplement that a basic google search showed has absolutely no evidence of efficiency. I know doctors are known for not really listening to their patients, but here I really felt as though I didn’t matter. Would not recommend.

  • Carla Ibbotson

Really lucky to have found this place! Catherine O'Neill FNP always listens, takes time, truly cares and is incredibly knowledgeable. We have a 98-year-old in the family who has unique needs. It is hard to find a practitioner who really understands how to care for the elderly. I am surprised at some of the negative reviews. We have always been handled very well from all of the staff.

  • Hannah B

I really enjoyed coming here as my pcp until my husband had to come in. His nurse practitioner said we wouldn't be charged for a biopsy, because we changed insurance and was in between insurance. She promised my husband we wouldn't get a bill for it. Well we did. You're supposed to be able to trust your doctor. The wait times are also atrocious. I've waited an HOUR to be seen.

  • Dwane S Hilderbrand

I like my doctor but the staff is to slow. I have been trying to make an appointment for 4 days and cannot seem to get through. I leave messages and no calls are returned. Maybe it's time to seek health care someone else. I have stopped trying to make an appointment. I cannot seem to get anyone to answer the phone. I have left messages and I get no returned calls.

  • Rachel Jankes

Dr. Southwell and Chris are the best! They make you feel valued as their patient and I have had nothing but great experiences here. Dr. Tyler Southwell is more thorough than any doctor I have ever had. He is so nice and more importantly, his goal is to always get to the bottom of why you might not be feeling well. Trust me, he will find the answer!

  • Wendy Westhoff

Horrific office. Deserves negative 5 stars. Front office is even worse than the back. 2 hour average wait times and doctor (Southwell) cancelled appointment upon showing up in office with no explanation, after ordering multiple (expensive) bloodwork panels. He won’t review results he ordered. I’m stumped. Steer clear of this place.

  • luis serrano

My experience there was with nurse practitioner Catherine Montgomery, who shamelessly gave me a very a mediocre, and rushed annual physical exam. The greediest practice in the Valley by far....also, be ready for loooooong waits, as it looks like doctors see 3 patients before they see you, even if you arrive on time.

  • Tad Cheney

Double book appts, never on time..I pay for services and expect professionals to get patients in and out...I do not recommend this practice..front desk gals are no better and come off rude, you can hear everything they say and frequently talk about inappropriate content and patients,,,very disappointing here.

  • TRobert blocky

I recently became a new patient and have been really happy with the service I have received so far. I have been able to make my appointments as needed and my doctor is always responsive to my needs. Yes, there is an annual fee as indicated below but they have some of the best doctors and services around.

  • Steven Haase

Great staff who are very attentive and understanding. Dr Gloyd is great! He's very easy going and explained complex medical concepts in simple terms that I could understand. Even the lab work (which give me some anxiety) went smooth. Jenna was great about making me feel as ease during a stressful time!

  • Shari Smith

I have been with Family Practice Specialists for 10 years. I have seen Dr Francyk, Dr. Wyse and Dr Gloud. They are all exceptional doctors who truly care for their patients. Dr. Francyk is my PCP. I trust him completely with my health. The staff is excellent and tries to get to know people.

  • finot kasahun

Very unprofessional scheduling dept! I scheduled an appt on Wednesday for Friday, and it was never mentioned that they actually moved location during the phone call, with confirmation text message either! Now I have to reschedule. Sorry taking my money somewhere else! ‍♀️✌ …

  • omar flores

I had a great experience! From the front office, (which they did mention they moved locations on the phone) to the personal staff, and to Dr. Gloyd! He is awesome, caring, and funny. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a caring, fun, and clean environment!

  • Ino Malverick

Friend recommended this place to me so this review is based on new patient and first visit. I loved my doctor! She was very responsive to my issues and very educational. Listened to my concerns and we are making more progress than I ever have towards my health.

  • Skye Wolf

I heard some good things about this place but their front desk person has no professionalism at all couldn't even set up an appointment because she was so rude to me I'm not gonna see a doctor who can't hire staff members who dont care about the pacients.

  • Kristen Rowley

Dr. Francyk and staff here are excellent. They are thorough and detailed and will take the time to get to the bottom of your symptoms. I would trust them to treat any of my family or friends. I also love that they have a lab on site. Super helpful!

  • Patti P Bacher (Patti)

A Fabulous Doctor. A Doctor who actually calls you back personally. I highly recommend him. His office staff is also outstanding. I can see why we were referred to him. I want to be sure you know you are being referred by me, now. Patti

  • Lovie S

Were good now it is really bad! Worst of all they don't even care! Phone system is horrible takes 12 min. Minimum to getc a live person. Once you get through you wish you didn't rude staff who doesn't care at all. Gone downhill bad!

  • Russ Downs

This place is a joke, all the doctors, but no care. Don't need care, unless it can be scheduled several days or weeks in advance. And then get ready to pay your yearly "maintenance fee" for their office staff to do its job.

  • Charlie Johnson

Horrible customer service!!! Staff is awful and they would rather you go to urgent care... Why do we pay for insurance and have a primary care doctor. I'm sorry I recommend this office to friends when the staff is rude !

  • Carol Stevens-Gobillard

Dr. Wyse has been my PCP for over 20 years. He is the most caring, knowledgeable and charismatic doctor in the planet. He has kept me and my entire family happy and healthy. I am grateful to him and his entire practice.

  • Aaron Campbell

This use to be a good office on till my Dr. retired and and they moved locations. They have terrible patient care, fraudulent billing, spamming my phone and terrible front office staff. Steer clear of this business.

  • Jen Hanna

This practice never sent a letter or email informing my spouse that his Dr of 30 + years had passed away. Nothing acknowledging an exemplary Dr who was a huge asset and a wonderful person. I find this unacceptable.

  • Scott Bouwhuis

This organization is habitually and perpetually behind schedule by at least an hour for every appointment I've ever been to. Nice folks, but be prepared for an +hour-long wait time whenever you have an appointment.

  • My Stad

Do not go here. They charge you a $50 "annual administration fee" at a later time for no reason. 6 months after seeing them once in my case. Find a doctor that doesn't do this. It's very deceptive and unethical.

  • Paul Bever

I miss my PCP. She listened and was very knowledgeable regarding my condition. The $50 admin fee per household, not per person, was the final straw. It's not worth dealing with the front office nasty attitude.

  • Cara Cunningham

The staff is very helpful and kind. The office is clean, in a great location and is easy to reach. Dr. Gloyd is funny, energetic and very knowledgeable. He takes time to meet with you and truly cares.

  • Candace Lannon

Can't believe they charge their patients for being patients! An annual admin fee of almost $50 for being their patient? Insane. Never going back and do not recommend their services/doctors.

  • Jasmine Payne

I have been a patient here for about three years. I love Family Practice Specialists! The staff is always warm and welcoming and my doctors make sure I feel heard and well taken care of.

  • Nicole Wenz

I have Dr.Archibeck. She is very nice and knowledgeable and down to earth. The office is great too. No conplaints. Big wide variety of specialties in office also.

  • Kevin Bilder

Kate Montgomery is wonderful. She is my regular Physician and I highly recommend her. She is very kind, understanding and provides proper care and information.

  • Joel Gilmore

Worst doctors and fnps in the valley. Katherine O’Neil is the worst. God forbid she becomes a doctor. What a loser she is. I wouldn’t send my dog to her

  • Tamela Lyons

Dr. Wyse is an awesome doctor. My mom sees him and he has helped her so much. The office is clean and the front desk ladies are great. Love this office

  • George scott

Great care. Doctor Gloyed has bin my doctor for years. And always makes time for me and gives me the best of care I'm so happy to have him as my doctor

  • Nick Loutzenheiser

Awesome people! Very helpful and they don't send you to 8 other places. I have recommended the practice to others and they like it there too.

  • Cheryl Leon

I enjoy going to the doctor as I feel like I'm family there. I love everyone there. They're wonderful, knowledgeable and very efficient.

  • CreativeSource4Sale

Average wait time is 45 minutes before you see a doctor, plus an additional 30 in the waiting room. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS CLINIC.

  • Renee Ellis

Dr.Timothy Gloyd,MD is great! He Is So Nice. I Trust Him. The Office Is Clean. The Staff is professional,I recommend This Place!!!!!!

  • Adam Pearce

They should call it family wait specialists. But it's great care and good people so just bring a good book or catch up on emails.

  • Lisa Antell

Our family has been going here for years. We love the staff and medical professionals. Dr. Francyk is a gem.

  • Jehnny Segui

First time I have to said place is nice caring great staff like doctor David Farrow thank you …

  • Elizabeth Glaesman

The doctors are fantastic and knowledgeable, but their scheduling and admin is a mess.

  • Courtney Brice

Good luck trying to get someone on the phone to even make your first appointment.

  • Cale Fulton

Beware the annual service fee! $49, buried in the paperwork.

  • Tim Phillips

New location, high traffic arra on shea blvd.

  • Alexandra Read

FYI - they charge a MISC Annual Admin Fee.

  • Paul Trask
