I want to start with a positive and say Dr. Gulley is really great. She has always treated myself and my animals with the utmost care and respect. She almost makes it worth it to deal with the clinic's terrible front desk staff. Background: I have 2 dogs and 2 cats of varying ages. All but one were seen at previous vets before we moved here. Issue 1: The clinic NEVER entered my pets records into their system after me repeatedly asking them to do so, emailing records multiple times, and pointing out exactly where the data they needed was. Because the previous Vet sent records in time dated format and there were multiple pages, apparently they were too lazy to actually find and input the data required. This resulted in overdue vaccines and a major headache... Issue 2: The clinic has scheduled appointments, then somehow lost those appointments, and we've had to get the office manager involved to fix yet another problem Issue 3: I noticed an abscess on my cats lower jaw on Saturday night. I called Sunday promptly at 10 to see when we could be seen. I was told their first available was next Saturday . When I asked if I could speak to the vet, I was told it's illegal for them to give advice without seeing the patient. Then told I could be put on cancellation list and call Monday AM to see if there was an opening. I called at 7:34 and was told their cancellations had been filled. When I pressed further, I was told they could consult the next Dr in at 9:30. Then after asking more questions about their cancellation process I was given a 3:30 for that day. Weird how that turned up? I immediately called FOOTHILLS ANIMAL HOSPITAL. I told them my cat had an abscess and that I wasn't a current patient but I was hoping they could help. They told me they haven't accepted new clients since February but Chris put me on hold for a moment and then came back and offered me a 9:45. . It's really sad when a clinic that hasn't even accepted new patients in months and doesn't know me from the next random person would care more for my baby than my current clinic who I've spent thousands at. Save yourselves the trouble... They might accept you as a new patient but they certainly won't care for you like an existing one. Get out as soon as possible.

I’ve taken my dogs here 4 times and each time, it was a horrible experience. The last and final time, my puppy was terrified and instead of listening to me and letting me help calm her, they called in two assistants to hold her down which only made it worse. When they went to give my super chill cavalier King Charles his bordatella nasal vaccine, the assistant literally sprayed my kids in their faces with it. Meanwhile, I finally convinced them to let me give my puppy her bordatella vaccine because they were so rough with her and she was stressed out. The vet left the room to get something and I was left in there with two assistants. When she came back, I was in the process of giving my dog her vaccine and without looking through the window on the door, the vet just swung he door open and slammed it into me and my dog. It was totally chaotic. I left sweating, disheveled and so angry. Also, they tried to get me to do $2,000 in totally unnecessary tests and procedures. I mean, before I got my puppy and just had one dog, and at each visit, it was guaranteed that they would try to do $1,000 in services. It’s just ridiculous. Also, at one visit, the vet said that my dog’s teeth were really bad and that he needed a dental cleaning with anesthesia. A couple of months later during another visit, she said that his teeth look really good and clean. Nothing had changed. We found a new vet nearby and it’s been night and day, MUCH BETTER. If you care at all about your pet, I recommend you stay far away from this place.

I am truly touched by the level of care given by the team here. When my boy kitty cat, Fred, started displaying symptoms of a urinary block, Dr. Sarah Derksen made herself available so that I would be able to bring him in ASAP. Mind, I was a completely NEW patient at the time. As soon as we walked in, we were directed straight into a room and got to work. The front office staff were so very kind and sweet in what is/was a difficult time. They treated me with respect and did everything to make sure I would be able to focus on Fred. Never did I feel like “just another patient” or like I was being upsold. In fact, quite the opposite; Dr. D presented several options to try and make a treatment work within my budget. Unfortunately, my fur baby was in poor shape and I had to make the hardest decision a pet owner can make. His remains were given to me in a beautiful cedar box, accompanied by a ceramic heart with his paw print & sympathy card! The thought and care that went into all of this is extraordinary. Dr. D was clearly invested in the wellbeing of Fred; soothing him and making sure he was comfortable. She was incredibly sympathetic to my situation (even providing a shoulder when I needed one). She is an angel. I can’t thank this wonderful staff enough. I would give them a star from the sky if I could!

In my experience, this clinic is all about sales. I've taken my dog in for three separate issues and they push for unnecessary tests and they grossly overcharge for medication. Our first visit was for an abscess. I knew this is what it was because my dog had the same issue (in a different area) 2 months prior and it was treated at 1st Pet. The vet was "pretty sure" this was cancer and pushed for thousands of dollars in testing. I declined. They prescribed antibiotics and pain medication, and the abscess went away. The second visit was for a UTI. This vet pushed for a $200 urinalysis, saying "we *really* need to do the screening to find the cause." No we didn't - it was clearly a UTI. They prescribed antibiotics and the UTI cleared up. The third visit was for allergies. They prescribed OTC Zyrtec but we saw no changes over 2 weeks, so they prescribed an anti itch pill. This is when I learned that their medication is way overpriced. I paid $95 for pills I could've got online for $60. Know going in that they're going to push (hundreds or thousands of dollars' worth) of testing. And unless you need medication immediately, just get the prescription and buy it online.

I have been using this Vet for 20 years, the location in Ahwatukee. I’ve taken all my pets here dogs and cats. Everyone is so caring. LaRue at the front desk is so kind and sweet, always very helpful! All the docs I’ve seen through the years are wonderful. I started with Dr Olsen who was wonderful but no longer there. Sad to see him go but I now see Dr Sarah Derksen and Dr Carla Mott who are just as wonderful! Both my dogs have had issues with bladder stones and have had to have surgery and care by both Dr Derksen and Dr Mott. They have been amazing and I’m so grateful for their care! Dr Derksen has helped my dog with pain management as well. He has a hx of traumatic injuries and she has been able to keep his chronic pain to his leg and back under good control so he can stay active. In addition, although it’s never easy to say goodbye to a pet this office has always been very compassionate and supportive with my past pets that had to be put to sleep. Everyone here has big hearts, so much empathy and support. They really care about your furry family. ❤️

After another vet I used to take my dog to kept brushing off the issues we were running into, I took her to Family VetCare on a desperate whim. They heard the symptoms, got us in within 24 hours, and then got my pup in for emergency surgery 48 hours later. They took every concern seriously, and answered any and every question, no matter how small or outlandish. They kept me completely up to date with my pup's surgery, the results of the tests after, and gave me wonderful in-depth aftercare instructions. Doctor Mott is so knowledgeable and kind, and the nurses make you feel calm and welcome the moment you walk through the door. While they did forget to get me the physical prescription for my dog's food, to be able to buy it elsewhere, it's a simple mistake. When I called about it, the doctor had already left so they placed aside some of the food for me and let me swing by to pick up even though they were closing in 15 minutes. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

My girlfriend and I moved to Phoenix last February 2022. We started Googling a vet office so we could take our elder dog Jetta in and came across Family VetCare. It was nice the multiple locations were close to us so we had better opportunity if one appointment couldn't be made at one location. We took her into two locations, both in Chandler and they were very nice and professional and good to our dog. Unfortunately before Thanksgiving she became very sick and we had to put her down. I called the location at 3908 E Chandler and they offered condolences and said they could take care of the procedure in house however we wanted to do it in our own home for our dog's final comfort. They recommended a great service to do this and after it was done we received a card signed from Dr Jones and staff expressing their sadness with our loss. It was very thoughtful and when we pull the trigger on another puppy will definitely take her to Family VetCare again.

I found Family VetCare after adopting my dog from Maricopa County and receiving a card for a free exam. I had previously been to a few other veterinarians in the Phoenix area but had never found one that I felt comfortable with. That has all changed. I have been taking my pets here for over two years and will not take them anywhere else. The staff here is incredibly compassionate, the facilities are clean and well maintained and the quality of care is second to none. With my crazy schedule and need to have random day/time appointments, I have seen all of the doctors at Family VetCare but always leave feeling like the doctors have known me and my dogs for years! Thank you for all you do doctors and staff of FVC, you guys rock!! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a vet to call their own!

Called them to try and get in 2 kittens who I recently rescued. (Someone left them in a box near a place where I regularly feed feral cats). They are too young for shots - just was looking for a health/flea check, medicine for one w/crusty eyes, a check for ear mites, and deworming medicine. They had 1 half hour appt and told me they could see 1 kitten only. My regular vet doesn't even spend a whole half hour with my adult cats, unless you count the wait time that everyone spends waiting for the vet to even get in the exam room. They wanted me to bring 1 today, 1 on Monday. Unreal. I suspect it had more to do with charging me a full office visit for each cat which they would not have been able to do fitting in 2 in the same half hour. Found another vet whose focus was to help the kittens.

  • Anthony Panciloi

I brought my cat in when she was very sick. My normal vet advised this office because they had openings. I was berated my second appointment after the first treatment was showing no success. The vet was displeased because I had to make financial decisions about the range of tests she wanted to do. I was told by her "We are not euthanizing a healthy cat". By no means was I thinking that. I was in tears in the room because of how poorly I was being spoken to. When I chose a test that I felt was a reasonable start, I heard her in the back with a assistant talking about me shamelessly. I strongly feel that if I had not taken her back to my original vet for a second opinion she would not be alive today. And no. I did not need the 6k worth of tests I was being berated for refusing.

Our experience at Family VetCare was nothing short of extraordinary, setting a new standard for veterinary care with their unmatched professionalism, warm atmosphere, and genuine compassion. From the inviting reception area to the knowledgeable and patient veterinarians, every aspect of our visit made us feel welcome and assured that our small dog was in the best possible hands. The team's exceptional communication, both during the examination and in follow-up calls, demonstrated their commitment to our pet's well-being and our involvement in their care. We wholeheartedly recommend Family VetCare to any pet owner seeking a friendly, caring, and expert environment for their beloved furry family members.

  • Ariel Henley

I have had a great experience with Family VetCare. They are responsive and every vet, tech and staff member we've worked with have been kind and knowledgeable. I love that there is a 24 hour emergency line available. I will say they do not have payment plans available for any services. Most pet insurance requires you to pay and be reimbursed so expensive services can be somewhat stressful if your insurance is slow to respond/reimburse, or if you have no pet insurance. They do not offer a care membership plan of their own to make services less expensive. The prices are reasonable and the people are excellent, but if you need payment accommodation options, you may need to look elsewhere.

Have been going here for the last 10 yrs. Dr Carla Mott has been taking care of our 4 legged children the whole time. She has shown us the compassion and dedication she has for what she does repeatedly. She treats our pets as if they were her own and would not have anyone else treat them unless it was an emergency and she wasn't available. ALL of the staff here has been kind, respectful, and professional each time we go in. We actually drive 45 mins one way to have them take care of our Oliver. Would HIGHL recommend anyone and everyone to see for themselves. Trust me! I wouldn't give them as boosting review if I didn't believe it with the care of a family member.

  • AnitaRena2ndHalf

I really don’t like giving unsatisfactory reviews. But consumers should know the satisfactory and unsatisfactory. I was a little taken back, NO I was UPSET, how pushy the veterinarian was. I don’t want to mention names not important, but she kept trying to up sale me . I went to the office for two things; the normal shots for cats and I wanted to know why she throws up her food. The Vets tone her demeanor was...missing compassion. It was all about the money for her. I completely understand this is a business. But understand, clients we want our questions and concerns addressed. The front desk staff was amazing . Other than that, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

My dog Lily is a "patient," and she had her first boarding experience this week while we were away on vacation. First, a family member dropped her off for me, which I thought may pose a challenge, but I was pleasantly surprised when the tech called me to confirm some details about my dogs feeding schedule and amount that I hadn't shared with my sister. This shows they really care about the welfare of their guests. When I picked her up they presented me with a report card that detailed my dogs visit, down to her bathroom habits. I am very happy with our Vet and their boarding. I'll definitely bring my dog back whenever I have a need.

Everyone at the office was so amazing when I had to go to the awful time of having to make the decision to let me dog go when the cancer got to bad. They were professional, kind and so unbelievable caring. My normal vets office was closed for the day when I had to deal with this awful decision. From the first person I talked to on the phone to the tech and the vet were so caring even never having been seen at the office before. I truly felt cared for and that my baby was in good hands. I even received a card from the office days later from them with a lock of his hair and his paw prints. They made a really hard day a little easier.

I was pretty new to the area and searched around for a place to take my dogs. I found Family Vet Care and couldn't have been more pleased! One of my labs had a bad ear infection and they were both due for a check up anyways. I took them in and sure enough...horrible ear infection. The doctors looked and even showed me how bad it was so I could better understand. They then took time to show me how to treat this specific infection. My dog was back to normal within a couple weeks. Such a relief! Then they followed up with me to make sure I understood but more importantly that my dog was feeling better. Thank you Family Vet Care!

  • Sandy Lambe

My 10 year old rescue terrier was having some pretty major skin and digestive issues. This got progressively worse during the pandemic. I was using a different Vet clinic, and they just became very difficult to work with, and kind of just gave up on my dog. I switched to Family VetCare, and Dr.Gulley and her staff have been amazing to work with. We never found out the actual problem, probably some food allergies, especially chicken, but Dr. Gulley found a food that totally cleared my sweet boys problems up. No more skin issues, no more tummy problems. Walter is much better now. Thank you to Dr.Gulley and her staff.

  • Peighton Ploudre

Called in to see if they took walk ins and they said yes, there’s a walk in fee, which was fine. They offered me a 50% coupon for my first visit to see what’s wrong with my pet. Put me on hold for a few minutes then came back to say they can’t offer me the coupon because I called ahead before I walked in. I asked them if I walked in at a different time, could I use the coupon? They came back and said no because we know who you are and know you called before you came in. How does that make ANY sense?! Money hungry clinic that offers no help whatsoever and doesn’t care about your pets situation. Never recommend!

  • Chris Guenther

In my opinion probably the worst vet clinic in Arizona! If you want to be overcharged and take your animal to a vet that cares more about money than the well being of your pet...This is the place!!! In response to the reply from one of the vets that posted that reply....In my opinion, that's a lie! He was not present at the appointment and to the best of my knowledge never treated any of our 3 dogs!!! Yes, there were 3, not 2. I know for a fact that he never treated Pepper. I really didn't expect an honest comment from this office.

  • David Barlog

I couldn't be happier with the care my pets have received at this Family Vet Care location. The doctors and staff I've come to know are among the most compassionate and caring individuals I've ever met. Our dog Chelsea is near the end of her life and everyone at Family Vet Care has gone out of their way to help us thought the final process. Dr. McGivern most recently and a person on staff I apologize for not knowing her name, have been especially helpful. God Bless them all for what they do.

  • Angel Munoz

Very unhappy with the visit..Vet Mott was disinterested, she had a disgusted look on her face and didnt even give any advice about anything. someone knocked on the door while the vet was mid sentence and she never returned.. it was like a sales pitch they kept adding on the charges trying to make a sale. Waited along time for the "report card " and didnt get acknowledged from front desk for over 10 minutes. If a business is going to charge these prices customer service should be 5 stars.

  • Monica Duk

We took our pup here for her first visit and had an amazing visit!! Everyone here made Paprika very comfortable with lots of love which made us pretty happy. Being new parents, we were nervous for the visit but Dr. Derksen took the time to inform us all about the health problems she could have and how to prevent them. They even gave us a guide on how to take care of her in her new home and to help with training which we desperately needed. We can’t wait to see them at our next visit!!

  • Christopher Wessel

Had a bad experience with another vet in the area, after leaving them I had a friend recommend Family VetCare of Phoenix. The previous vet had given me a treatment plan for double the cost of the EXACT SAME treatment plan that Dr. Mott gave me. Dr. Mott is wonderful. We discussed the need for a Lepto vaccine, instead of forcing it on me, she called to vets in Flagstaff/Payson where we routinely camp to understand if they are seeing it up there. Highly recommend this vet.

  • Rich Haapala

Be careful if you bring your wife to an appointment for surgery. There's this super nice highly qualified surgeon that shows up all good looking and really personable. Wife hasn't been the same since. Dog came out perfect and it was an awesome experience, but that dude is too good at his job and too friendly to really be trusted. All jokes of course. Could not have loved the staff more. We really felt comfortable leaving our little girl in their very capable hands.

  • Aleks Ortega

The receptionists, vet, and techs were all so very preofessional, kind and nice. Without hesitation, they worked with my budget when I expressed concern over it. Still though, the office was far too expensive. I had to skip out on valuable "treatment" due to me not having an extra $500-600 to dish out just on tests. My furbaby ended up dying only hours after our visit here.. there needs to be more options out there when affording vet care.

  • Kirstie Jorve

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Dr McGivern and the entire staff. I was really concerned about our cat, and had called several other clinics in the area with no luck. Family Vet Care fortunately had an opening, and I’m so glad they did! The entire staff was sympathetic to my concerns, knowledgeable, and kind. I was really impressed and will be coming back with our other pets in the future. Thank you for caring for our furbaby!

  • Jennifer Jill Jones

I recently changed Vets. A friend of mine recommended this office. I’m an elated and the professionalism the staff and the Vet offer. Our bulldogs are very stubborn but, they seem to be very sweet and loving to our babies. The fact that I can go in with our pups makes me so happy. They call to check on our pups. The hours are convenient because it’s difficult for me to take one let alone both by myself. Kudos to this practice!! ❤️❤️❤️

  • Jeannette R

I brought my dog in because she had a problem that was Inmediately diagnosed, instead of leaving it at that, there were unnecessary tests done, at the end they charged me for a whole package including tests that weren't done. When I asked for a refund for the test that wasn't done, the receptionist was rude and said to me they couldn't do it because it was a package price. I want to point out that no one there explained this to me.

  • Jordan Schmidt

I just started bringing my puppy (Ruby) here for all her vaccinations, etc. I can already tell this will be my go-to location for all her needs. The vets/other staff are all super friendly and do a great job with my little girl. They also make sure to educate you on everything they do and prescribe, so you have confidence in your pets well being when leaving the building. I strongly recommend this location for ALL your pet needs.

  • Jacelyn O'Roark

I Family Vet Care! Thank you so much for your kindness and expertise during every visit with my first dog, Gigi. I brought her thereover 13 years for everything from regular visits to dental cleanings to boarding, even years ago when the was a groomer- such a sweet lady! I just brought my 2 year old rescue, Zack, for his first visit. Still so professional and caring. Thanks to all the doctors, technicians and receptionists!

  • Theresa Walters

Love, love, love this veterinarian office! The doctor is outstanding and caring. She takes the time not only with our puppy but also to answer any questions that we have and provides very good information for us on nutrition and the and is very knowledgeable about the breed of our dog. The office staff is always friendly and offers us information about any and all vaccines and medications. I would highly recommend this place.

  • Mike Gutierrez

I love the team here. Everytime I take my cat in they are always very pleasant and polite. Their follow ups calls are tremendous, I honestly make them work harder unintentionally as they will call back untill I'm able to answer. That's customer service like I've never experienced. Dr Gulley is amazing, I trust her completely and know my cat is getting the best care and treatment there is with her and her team.

  • Mrs. Buckner

Highly overpriced and a fee every single visit. They cut my puppy's nails to short and caused him to bleed. We heard him crying and when they brought him back to us she didn't immediately let us know what happened until I noticed and said something then she shrugged it off like "it happens" which was very upsetting. They double booked us so we ended up waiting longer then our scheduled appointment.

  • iVET360

Family VetCare is a group of true professionals. We have been unbelievably impressed with their quality of care and dedication to their patients. As our clients they have been proactive, adaptable and nimble, which is quite the accomplishment for an organization with multiple locations and doctors. We are proud to work with them on a daily basis and look forward to continued success together.

  • Gabi Garrisi-Nevarez

I have taken both my cats to this clinic and received good care and timely appointments in the past. Unfortunately it seems now you can’t get in to see a vet at this clinic for 3 weeks. So I guess its fine if you need a check up but if your pet has a problem they are out of luck. I might suggest keeping an appointment or two open for pets that need assistance and can’t wait 3 weeks.

  • Eduardo Delgado

I am very disappointed with this Vet Clinic. They did not even try to help before they were referring me to finance company and emergency. I did a lot of research before calling and the solution for my dog is very straight forward. This vet left a bad taste in my mouth about what my experience is going to be out there. They just want the money. I am very disappointed!

  • Robin J

My rescue dog, medium terrier, is a sweet, loving dog - until you try to cut his nails. One groomer and two vets later I took him to Family VetCare. They accomplished the impossible- perfectly cut nails and a happy dog!! Very happy customer - I'll be switching over to them asap. Open 7 days a week, boarding, clean, extremely nice staff - met every check mark i had.

  • Ana Egatz

We have been taking our two dogs to Family VetCare of Phoenix for years. They are the best Vet office in town. They genuinely care for the dogs. When we moved our dogs to Spain, they helped us with all the paperwork and records we needed, providing them as soon as we asked, with all the details required for travelling (signatures, chip numbers, etc.)

  • Sho-Bizz Landren Jr.

They were willing to be so helpful. Without being overbearing at a stressful time The love of my life was really stressed out. About our little Minn Pinn MissPorsche And they really help me to relax her. So I'm very thankful. For their patience on a Saturday non-emergency With an option for Sunday as well. Number one go to vet. Yes indeed.

  • Nikki

I have been taking my little guy there for a few months now and the staff has been so great an understanding of all his crazy puppy behaviors. He is always overly excited to see them (which leads to some happy piddles) and they are just as happy to see us. Everything so far has been reasonably priced and service is top notch. Thanks

  • Carolyn C Valdez

Thanks to Dr Mott, Dr McGivern, Dr Gully, Dr Derksen, and Dr Wodiske for caring for my dogs. Recently, my senior min pin, Captain, was gravely ill and Dr Mott, Dr McGivern, and Dr Gully were able to accommodate for his care with short notice. I would recommend anyone to Family VetCare of Phoenix for the care of their pets.

  • Alicia Chavez

Very clean room! Staff is extremely friendly & they know how to calm a nervous dog down. It was my dogs first time to the vet. He was behaving very differently but the was the staff handled him, was extremely professional & kind! We will be back a follow up to see how our dog is doing with the medication they provided!

  • Danielle Serrano

We have always had a pawsitive experience here! One of our dogs seems to constantly be getting into trouble, and the staff is always accommodating, understanding, and caring. Can't speak for the price, since this is almost exclusively where we've gone, but for the care of your beloved fur baby, this team is top notch.

  • Lynn Swartz

I have been taking my 6 yorkies to Family Vet Care for about 10 years now. Dr. Mott is an extremely knowledgeable and caring vet. She treats our pets like they were her own. She explains everything in detail about treatment and outcomes for your pet. Very friendly caring staff. Keep up the great work Family Vet Care.

  • Dawn Metcalf

I had a good experience here. I was greeted by friendly staff and quickly ushered in to a clean room. All of the fees were explained beforehand. The staff handled my elderly dog with care. The vet (can't remember her name) is young but very knowledgeable and competent. I will not hesitate to bring my dog here again.

  • Nis Hartman

Staff is very attentive and friendly! They take care of both of my cats, and we've even had our older cat boarded here for several days. I worried about him, but he was so comfy that when I came to get him, he actually hissed at me!(which he has Never done, even when I've left him at home with his brother cat!!!!)

  • Melanie Rolon

Just awesome! My dog loves it! They are like his second family. Thank you for being the best at what you do, for taking care of our family member and always be willing to help. You keep in touch and always try to find a way to help in everything we need for Spike. We will be staying with you! Thank you!

  • Taylor Vaughan

The staff at the Family VetCare of Phoenix are amazing! They took great care of my rescue dog at her first vet appointment. Scheduling our appointment was very easy. They did a great job with listening to my concerns and explaining what was happening. Prices are very reasonable as well. Thank you!

  • Miriam Palmillas

My husband and I cannot express the gratitude that we have for them! Everyone was extremely helpful, very nice and they made our pet as comfortable as they can. Love Dr.Mott work, she was straight forward and always assured us about our pets health. We highly recommend to go to family vet care.

  • C K

I've been going to Family VetCare for 15 years. Today was my first time at this location. Dr. Rae Gulley and Alyss the vet tech were amazing! Both of them were very friendly and spent a good amount of time with me and my dog. I would definitely go back to this location in the future.

  • Debra Elrod

This place is awesome. Gave us a same day appointment. Everything was handled in the safest way possible. Got our fur baby needed treatment and vaccines in one visit. Prices are reasonable and all staff so informative and efficient. Can't say enough about our great experience here.

  • Rachel Rueth

Established care for my beautiful bulldog here in a convenient neighborhood location. The staff is warm, friendly and compassionate, the facility is clean, and prices are reasonable and explained well. I definitely recommend this practice for anyone needed a good veterinary clinic!

  • Shawn Pahl

I love this place. I trust them with the life of my most treasured pet!! Please take your pet here for all of your vet needs. They are fast, friendly and affordable. I really am lucky to have them right next to my house. I would drive across town to get to these guys. LOVE THEM.

  • Maria Ventura

Between my two dogs I have been coming here for over ten years and have been treated wonderfully every time. Last week my dog had a seizure, they got me right in and gave me the peace of mind I needed to sleep that night. They followed up with a phone call the next day.

  • Chris Hsieh

Awesome veterinarians and staff! Really felt welcomed and Dr. Wodiske took the time to go through my options and the best path to maintain the health of my dog. He went above and beyond to communicate my dog’s issues in a language I understood. Highly recommended!!!

  • Janelle Black

Took my dog to Family Vetcare for surgery, and the staff was amazing! Our dog is a rescue, and he is apprehensive of people in scrubs. But the staff was patient with us and handled the situation very well. We highly recommend FVC and will definitely be going back!

  • Adela Agard

We came in for a routine check up on our family Dog. The staff is warm and pleasant to speak with. I loved the fact that the veterinarian was truly concerned with our worries about or dog. We asked for a same day appointment and it was available!

This was the best vet experience I’ve had since moving to AZ four years ago. The staff was kind, gentle, and informative. I did not feel any pressure or upselling. I will be returning with my second dog when they are due. Thanks Dr Cope & staff!!

I moved from out of state where I had the same vet for over 20 years. I use the promo card for free first visit that I got in the mail and I was very pleasantly surprised. They are very professional and attentive and I will continue using them!

We have nothing but praise for Family Vet Care, Dr. Travis Wodiske and all the staff who've helped us over the past few weeks. Our 14 year old dog was suffering from an ACL tear. Due to her age, we were initially met with a grim outlook on

They are very compassionate and explained everything very well. They were quick to examine my cat, and they had a plan ready for treatment. They are all very professional and courteous. Thank you all for taking such great care of Tag!

I have been once and the staff was very kind and friendly. I didn't enjoy the 30 min wait time to see the actual doctor, though. I was also bummed out that they charge $30 more per cyto point allergy shot there than my other vet in

Very attentive and nice staff, they really care about the pets. They always call the pets by their name. They also have a cat and dog boarding option on site which is nice because a vet is present If something were to go wrong.

  • Susan Cadis

From day one Dr.Gulley has been very caring and kind and she goes the extra mile to find out what's going on with my dog. The bottom like is they are great with my dog, and I'm happy to have found such a caring Vet and staff.

They were able to see us immediately even though we didn't have an appointment. They understood the pain we were in and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. Never once did they rush us even if they needed the room.

The best vet in town! We rescued a pup who needs a lot of attention and Family VetCare has been so understanding, patient and accommodating. Always takes our calls/questions and works with us. We also board our dog here!

They are really great with my dog. They don't give unnecessary treatments. In fact, I asked for teeth cleaning for my dog for several years before the doctor agreed it was even necessary. Great team!
