They did not have the shoes I wanted so they found some online that were similar that were to ship to my home. 10 days later I still had heard nothing from them, so I called customer service. They informed me they could not find my shoe order as it was still processing. Then i went into a different store that night to just get a refund. The lady explained she could not refund my money without the shoes. I waited another 5 business days and called customer service where she told me they could not find any shoes like the ones ordered, and that i would receive a check in the mail for my refunded money. None of this was communicated to me through email or phone call, I'm the one who had to keep calling and checking. The check arrived a month later. I ordered my shoes from the Van's store instead, they were at my door 48 hours after I placed the order. They now have my business, not famous footwear.

Bought some Chucks. Sz 10. Fits good. Toe box is good. Good basic shoe store. Good service.as well. If your looking for a high end running shoe or athletic shoe, this is not the place. Good walking shoes, Vans, sketchers etc. Good sketchers work shoes as well. Edit note: the size 10 is about 1/4 size larger. Feels good though. I think it's a plus because they can run narrow especially Vans.

Needed new shoes for the family. We found great styles and the right sizes. The sales clerk was very helpful, pointing out memory foam insoles--a game changer. At checkout, she helped me with the discount on my app and even told me about an additional coupon in the app. We saved a ton! Great experience...we'll be back!

We came at 11:00am on Tuesday, August 13th and the store was locked and closed. Hours posted beside the door said they were supposed to open at 10:00am. Don’t waste time driving all the way here if it’s more than 10 minutes away because it might just be closed when you get here :))))))))

Use the app esp. if you have a large family. Discounts earned, items shipped to you if they don't have your size at the store, great clearance prices...nice leather boots buy one get one half off, mix and match boots, sneakers, kids shoes, men's shoes and sneakers, etc. Great selection.

Mr X was so helpful. Knew where the shoes I wanted were. Suggested other shoes that might fit my need. Very attentive. Being in an industry where you serve people Mr X as he likes to be called has made his store the place I'll go to all the time

Needed to get shoes fast, lady understood listed out where to look for what I needed and helped me choose a good shoe, signed me up for deals and got me my shoes quick since I was running late definitely coming back here when I want to get shoes

The staff were helpful in finding the sizes I needed. The shoes are high quality, yes a bit pricey but the price is worth it the shoes are comfortable and it does not just target one gender, like OTHER shoe stores.

Associates were extremely helpful in finding what I needed & after spending all day going from place to place looking for a particular type of mens sandals. They had what I needed. The gentleman loved them.

They never have my shoe size I wear size 10 sometimes 10 and 1/2 never ever plus they never have my daughter's size and she only wears a two never ever been in Vegas for years still.
